Avoid at all costs!

Avoid at all costs!! Called them for a simple job to fix a blown spur power box. Was abundantly clear with what the problem was, Service department sent the wrong engineer out that couldn’t do anything and still invoiced me for the call out £222 for them sending someone that wasn’t a fully qualified electrician. Plus wanted an extra £180 to then send someone to fix the problem that could have been dealt with on the first call out. Which we did not do ! And apparently it was the customer not being clear enough even though all the paperwork provided by them has the information correctly displayed. When dealing with the office no accountability for the mistakes made by the service team when booking the appointment. But putting blame on the customer and not communicating the issue properly and not requesting an electrician. I’m not sure how clear we could have been when the problem was all over the paperwork prior the call out and you would hope they would know who to assign for the job. Don’t think the customers are meant to be making that decision with all the information as they don’t work in that industry, But relying that the service would be provided.
