This is my second purchase from this website and I was not disappointed. I ordered a necklace with a photo in the pendant for my daughter’s friend’s Birthday. It is just perfect

Purchased a necklace and two keyrings. they arrived quickly, are great quality and the customer service is amazing! would 100% recommend.

I ordered a key ring gift for a friend and they loved it so much but only after a couple months the stone fell out & got lost… I emailed custom items through the website & got immediate response and even though the item was out of date to get a refund or return , instead they replaced this item with no problems at all and my friend is very happy with her replacement item but probably will not attach to her key rings from now on as she doesn’t want to lose it again.! Would recommend this company no problem as they were very quick to respond and resolved the problem without any issues. A very happy customer and their items are a great idea.

I ordered a necklace for my girlfriend with a picture of her and our son for her birthday she was over the moon with it. The necklace arrived within the time they said, the product is amazing and good quality, the service was faultless with regular updates with how the order was going and Maria was very responsive with any emails I sent to her regarding my order. Highly recommended them. Thank you to all involved for an amazing service and gift my girlfriend will cherish forever

The company is ok. The products are not disappointing and everything is reasonably priced. Maria is pleasant and responsive. I think what lets the side down is their packing and distribution. We had a bit of a wait but we didn't realise it was an international dispatch and to be fair, despite having to chase the item, it arrived and Maria seemed genuinely concerned that we hadn't received part of our order with something else that did arrive earlier.

Gave my friend her projection necklace today & she absolutely loved it! She had just lost her best friend to cancer, so I gave her the necklace with their photo inside. Took about 2 weeks to arrive, but worth the wait.

A slight delay waiting for my flag to arrive. But more than happy with picture of the Slag Brothers from Wacky Races.

I brought 2 gifts and both people receiving them loved them. I still find it really clever how it works every time I look at it.
I’m not sure if the sterling silver necklaces are any different but as I was buying both the gifts for people not to wear I just went for the basic chain. With the thought that if they did want to wear it we could change the chain at a later date as the pendents are big enough to fit any necklace.

The items did take over 2 weeks to arrive but when I did email to see if everything was still ok I received an email back straight away from Nette that everything is still ok with an update of how far along they were.
So if you are planning on buying one for an occasion like a birthday I’d say order it a couple of weeks before.

All in all very happy with the product and service.

Bought a necklace from this company for my friends 21st and I couldn’t be any more happier with this!! Photo was good quality and the whole necklace overall is so amazing!!

I ordered a photo pendant and payed extra for it to be Sterling silver..... well its definitely not silver its plated the silver is rubbing off and turning a kind of pinky colour 😡

I have sent numerous emails to which I get the response- sorry the returns window has passed we can see that the item was delivered on a certain date.

I'm not disputing the fact that it hasnt been delivered its the simple fact that I payed extra for the item to be silver not cheap metal which is rubbing off.

Absolutely perfect, just what I wanted. It is a bespoke piece of work, so please be aware you won’t get it the next day. Potentially allow 2-3 weeks for making and delivery.
Communication with custom items was fantastic and reassured me all the way.

I had a issue with the delivery which resulted in me writing a 0 star review. However, I have since deleted this as I’m happy with the way it was resolved with Maria. She kept me updated on the process.

shocking company and product. the projection photo supplied has a line right across the face which is not on the image supplied and tiny is not the word. so overpriced for what it is and took a month to arrive which upon ordering stated 5-10 days but as soon as you have paid you get an email stating due to demand delivery is taking longer. maybe they should update their website with correct information.

So disappointed with custom items…. Exactly 4 weeks today since I ordered it and even tho they have been communicating I still haven’t received it…. Was for my partners Easter gift and that’s now been and gone…. Maybe it will arrive…. But the moment has been missed…. I’m going to reorder it with a different company….

So it’s finally arrived! And I must say it’s a really good product and the missus was very happy with it. Just a shame that the 4.5 weeks it took to arrive over shadowed the whole experience! So would I order again, yes, but I’d make sure if it was for a certain day I’d order it around 6 weeks in advance as their stated delivery times are so wrong! But again the item is really good and even tho the date was missed she still loves it

I ordered a custom flag and it was fantastic quality, the custom service team (Nette) were brilliant and sent me a pre design of my item to avoid any misunderstanding.
I will absolutely be ordering more custom flags for my football club because the quality and care that go in to each one is a credit to this small business.
