Poor service
After waiting for almost three years and being asked to give good reviews to speed up my claim, they finally replied to my emails. They blamed HMRC for the delays and said I would be receiving my claim in two months time. After over three months they told me that my claim was unsuccessful. Very poor service from them - don't use this company.
