I’m very happy to recommend Jordan and mihidro car valeting services. It’s clear to see Jordan takes great pride in making the cars look spotless and it’s so convenient to book online and have my car cleaned while I’m at home. Well worth it.

Unfortunately my friend wasn’t feeling too well and vomited at the back of my coupe. As you could imagine, I was fuming. I spent all day the next day trying to find a cleaner who could clean my car that same day. Funnily enough, trust pilot brought me to HiDRO. From the moment I picked up the phone and spoke to the receptionist, with great customer service I knew that this would be a great experience. Jordan came in a van with all the necessary tools, in the pouring rain and some how! ... managed to clean my seat and the vomit on the carpet. This was very good customer service and one thing I liked and really appreciated was Jordan’s ability to get along with me. Going forward, Jordan and the HiDRO team will be doing my washes.

Once again thanks Jordan. To anyone who may think this is a small company based on their Instagram profile. Don’t be fooled like me! They have a huge customer base and know what they’re doing.

Fantastic service from Jordan, who explained the whole process and how it worked without lots of water. Very thorough inside and out and with it being both a bargain and good for the environment, I can see us using HiDRO for our car washing needs in the future.

Our car was a wreck both inside and out. We were getting it valued the following day and upon looking around for car valets, couldn’t find any that weren’t miles away leaving us wandering around to pass the time. I saw a comment from someone on Nextdoor, so went and had a look and HiDRO looked like just what we needed.

And it was better than expected! Jordan arrived promptly and was very polite - he worked tirelessly for 2 hours and I had never, ever seen our car so shiny (even when we bought it, it was never that pretty!) There were lots of stains and dried mud/woodland inside from our boots, a small child and dog leaping in and out all winter long and there was no trace after Jordan had been. It smelled amazing too, mmh!

Anyway, I don’t want to sound over the top and like I’m trying to sell them too hard. I am just a customer who has been blown away and felt like I truly got more than my money’s worth as well as being given such quality service (something I feel is increasingly rare in today’s world). I would pass details on to anyone who needed HiDRO (though I do kind of like it being my little secret to having such a nice looking car compared to my neighbours!)

HiDRO are great. Car cleaning at your home. They have a special system that reduces the water required to clean your car - great for the environment and if you don’t have outside water. Jordan and Nicole did a thorough job and I’ll have to ban the kids to ensure it stays this clean...😉

I have just used Jordan from HiDRO to clean 2 of our cars inside and out after the company being recommended to me. I can honestly say that I couldn’t be more pleased. Everything was done in a friendly and professional manner. Jordan took his time and did a thorough job of an XL car and a regular car. They both look like new after building up quite a bit of grime from sitting around during lockdown. All done for a reasonable price without my having to travel or be inconvenienced at all. I will definitely be rebooking and have no hesitation in recommending Jordan or his company.
