Bad experience

I bought a ztella DAC from hifi-suite. The lightning converter for iPhone broke after a few hours of careful use. After complaining I received another one which also broke after few hours of very careful use. I used the ztella dongle with expensive headphones, so I naturally used it very gently.

When I complained again, they would not help any further and claimed the issue was with my phone (which as I also stated is not the case, at i tried two other iPhones).

So now I have a useless DAC. And a very bad costumer experience. The service stated out friendly, but ended up rude. I will not buy from them again. With that low level of service I am relieved I bought one of their cheapest items. I cannot recommend this shop
