What could improve: showroom speaker placement / additional training on receiver setting [was impossible to for example try out the phantom mode]

Ordered a Sonos Boost due to connection problems at home. Quick and neat delivery by Hifi Klubben. Poor installation instructions by Sonos (adding a Boost to an existing system wasn't as simple as they promised!). Excellent assistance by Klubben experts!

Ordered the wrong cable online. Went to the store in Utrecht and the sales men advices something he didnot sell. He was also helping very pleasant without any pressure. Also got a pair of earphones blue tooth with return guarantee. Which is not needed btway because they r very good and exactly what I needed.
