They take no accountability over delivery and returns.
They take no accountability over delivery problems even when you pay for delivery. When you return an item, they will make you insure it for the full amount. Never in my adult life did I have to pay 30 GBP to return an item. There is absolutely no reason to ever buy from this place when other competitors treat their customers much better.

While restocking fees commonly apply in similar circumstances, we waived those restocking charges for you and only required the return to be insured for the item's full value, as this protects both you and us in case of damage during transit.
