Unfortunately, I have also been waiting for my order for over 3 months now! No updates, no refund, nothing. Can't reach customer service. It's probably a scam!

Get your cash out asap. Website closed, Instagram comments closed, no response from any channel. I wish this wouldn't be true, but it definitely looks like an exit scam.

After not receiving my order for close to one year, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. I´ve been waiting for my refund for about 2 months now and have received a mail stating that I should be patient. Very disappointed as I have been super patient with their supplier struggles. Will be looking into legal options.

Poor. Delivery of my sheets is months over due. No communication from the company. No one answering emails.

We waited for more than a year for our order of two bed sets (we received explaining e-mails in between why it is taking so long and a partial refund in the beginning, so we stayed on board). When it finally arrived we werent happy with the look and send it back.
Now we're four months in and still waiting for our money back.

Looks like a scam - cannot recommend. :(

I ordered some sheets for my bed and It stated 5 Weeks until my order was delivered. After 7 Weeks I contacted the customer support which told me it would be another 3 Weeks and I got a 10€ Discount on my Purchase. Another 5 Weeks pass and I contact them again. Now I am being told that It will be another 3 Weeks. I have now contacted them a fourth time and I haven’t received an answer for almost 2 Weeks.. This Company is such a huge disappointment even giving all the supply chain issues in this world, at least be truthful to your customers.

I ordered a bundle in April 2022, they announced me it will take around 4 weeks to be delivered. This order was never delivered and when contacting the support, they were always increasing the supposed delivery by 4 weeks. I then requested a full refund, they told me they issued the refund and even sent me a confirmation email, it has been more than 20 days, and the money is still not here : now they don't answer to my emails any more. This is just pure scam but they do it gently with a green heart at the end of each message.
