Higgsfield has a lot of potential and I’ve created some strong visuals with it, but I’ve also spent a lot of credits on generations that did not follow the prompts correctly. Fight scenes often had character switching, incorrect movements, and continuity problems. I also tried to disable Auto-Refill, but the confirmation button would not work even after refreshing the page. I hope these issues are improved because I like the platform and want to continue using it, but creators should not lose so many credits because of repeated generation glitches.

On the fight scenes, output depends closely on the prompt and the inputs behind a request, and the more precisely a shot is described, the more predictable the result becomes. Setting out who is in frame, how each figure moves, the sequence of actions, and what should stay consistent from the first frame to the last gives the model considerably more to work on than a broader instruction does. Worth trying as well is Seedance 2.5, our newest model, which holds up strongly on exactly this kind of work, with movement and continuity across longer sequences.
On Auto-Refill, the top up amount is set by you and the feature can be switched on or off at any time under Profile → Manage Account → Subscription → Credits Auto-Refill.

I actually moved my review down from a 5-3 because generations started off great at first but then I started getting copy right infringement fails, when I own the rights to all the logos and characters I created. Plus all the popups for upgrades and that it takes 15-20 minutes to create a free video with a 60% chance of it failing.

On the copyright checks, some models are sensitive by nature, which comes from how they work and how they are operated on the provider's side. To make that easier to navigate, we run our own IP protection checks before a generation starts. When you upload an input, it goes through an initial check, and if something is not eligible you see it at that point and can adjust before any credits are used. The generation then passes through further checks on the provider's side, which is why an input that clears the first stage can still be flagged later in the process. Where that happens, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
On logos and characters you created and hold the rights to, that is worth looking at as a specific case. Please reach out to us at support@higgsfield.ai with the subject line 1008REVIEW05, along with the email address linked to your Higgsfield account and documentation of the rights you hold, and our team will review it with you.
Model availability is tied to the plan, which is where those appear from, and your feedback on how often they show has been passed to our team.

My experience with Higgsfield’s 4K…
My experience with Higgsfield’s 4K unlimited access was very disappointing.
I purchased the subscription specifically because it included unlimited 4K generation for a limited period. However, generating a single 8-second clip could take around 2 HOURS, which made the “unlimited” access much less useful in practice.
What frustrated me even more was what happened on the LAST DAY of my 4K access. According to the time shown in my account, I should still have had about 2.5 hours of 4K unlimited generation remaining, but the feature was disabled early.
When access is offered for a specific limited period, users should be able to use it until the stated expiration time — especially when individual generations can already take hours to complete.
I really like the potential of the platform and the quality it can produce, but this experience was extremely frustrating. If you advertise a specific period of unlimited access, that full period should actually be provided.
