Scammy company, awful videos, predatory pricing. They try to upsell you every chance they get, and their video generations have awful AI slow tells that make you waste your money and time. Oh, and the unlimited plans are a scam, you get a model for 1 or 7 days and they severely rate limit your usage. Generations take forever. Cut off the middleman and go straight to model providers for much better pricing and experience.

I purchased the 24-hour Unlimited Seedance 2.5 access specifically for a production day. Early in the day generations were reasonably fast, but performance deteriorated significantly as the day continued. 5–7 second generations went from around 10–15 minutes to 20–30 minutes and in some cases much longer (currently I have a 5s video stuck in "processing" for over an hour so will now cancel) with failed or unusable generations as well.
The biggest issue is that Unlimited only allows one active generation at a time. When that single generation remains in Processing for an extended period, the entire workflow stops. This is particularly problematic for a product sold as 24-hour access, because a substantial portion of the paid access period can effectively be lost waiting in a shared queue.
Support confirmed to me that Unlimited access runs through a shared pool and that high demand can cause longer Processing times. I understand that demand fluctuates, but the throughput I experienced made the 24-hour product extremely difficult to use for production.
I also purchased additional credits to test the same service and those generations processed dramatically faster, which made the difference in experience particularly noticeable.
For filmmaking, iteration speed is essential. I need to generate, review, adjust and regenerate. Waiting extended periods for one active generation at a time makes that process impractical.

I tried the 1 day unlimited seedance 2.5 1080p and after a few 5 - 7 generations, it got stuck on processing and never generated again till the plan expired.

I initially had a frustrating experience with the 1-day Unlimited Seedance 2.5 pass. After the first few successful generations, processing became extremely slow, with some 10-second videos taking over 40 minutes and others remaining stuck or ending in errors.
I contacted Higgsfield support and I’m very satisfied with how they handled the situation. Christopher took the time to explain that the issue was caused by heavy traffic in the Unlimited shared queue, acknowledged that I did not get the experience I paid for, and offered a full refund for the $180 one-day pass.
This is the kind of customer service I really appreciate: transparent, professional, and willing to take responsibility when something goes wrong.
I genuinely enjoy Higgsfield and Seedance 2.5, and this response gives me confidence to continue using their platform. Thank you to Christopher and the Higgsfield team for taking my feedback seriously.

I was having an issue with my Higgsfield Unlimited account, but their tech support responded right away and got everything fixed quickly. Everything was back to normal in no time. Really appreciate the fast and helpful support.

I actually like what Higgsfield can produce, which makes my experience with the pricing and feature structure particularly frustrating. I purchased a subscription and spent time creating a custom Element specifically so I could maintain character consistency in my content. I then discovered that when I switch to other available generation tools, my Element isn't necessarily available. When I attempted to use SeeDance 2.0, which supported the workflow I wanted, I was prompted to upgrade again.
This makes the subscription feel increasingly like an entry fee rather than access to a cohesive creative platform. I understand that different AI models have different costs and capabilities, and I don't expect every model to be unlimited. But character consistency is fundamental to creators building branded content. If I invest time creating an Element inside Higgsfield, I expect reasonable portability of that Element across the tools included in my plan—or very clear disclosure before I invest the time creating it.
The credit system adds another layer of frustration because credits expire at the end of the billing period. I now have credits I want to use before my subscription ends, while some of the workflows I actually want to use require additional upgrades.
Higgsfield has creative technology. But the combination of subscriptions, expiring credits, model-specific restrictions, and additional upgrade prompts makes the experience feel unnecessarily fragmented and expensive. I would reconsider subscribing in the future if Higgsfield simplified this structure and made custom Elements more portable across its platform.

Unfortunately, my experience with Higgsfield has been disappointing, mainly because of how confusing the subscription, credits and “Unlimited” offers are presented.
I was using WAN 2.2 for video generation and it was shown as Unlimited. As I was testing Higgsfield for an ongoing animated production, this was obviously an important factor for me.
Later, WAN 2.2 was no longer available as Unlimited. After looking more closely into the account and the offer, I discovered that this particular Unlimited access had only been available for two days.
At the same time, my account shows several models as “365 Unlimited”, but these are image-generation models rather than the video models I actually need for production.
This creates a very confusing experience. There are subscriptions, additional credits, 365-day Unlimited image models, temporary Unlimited video models, and separately charged video models. In my opinion, it is far too difficult to understand at a glance what is actually included in the subscription, what is temporary, and what will require additional credits.
I even purchased additional credits while trying to understand how the system worked. It was only $10, so the financial loss is not the issue. The problem is transparency and predictability.
For a professional workflow, especially an animated series where you need to use the same video model consistently across many scenes, you need to know exactly which model you will have access to and for how long. A model becoming unavailable as Unlimited after a short promotional period can seriously disrupt that workflow.
The platform itself has interesting technology and I was able to generate useful results. My criticism is therefore not primarily about the AI models. It is about the way subscriptions, credits and temporary Unlimited access are communicated.
After this experience, I have decided not to use Higgsfield for my ongoing video production.
I strongly recommend that Higgsfield make its pricing much simpler and clearly display, before purchase:
• Which video models are permanently included
• Which models require credits
• Which “Unlimited” offers are temporary
• The exact expiration date of every temporary Unlimited offer
• The real expected cost of continued video production
The technology has potential, but the current pricing and subscription structure was simply too confusing for me to rely on professionally.

Big rip off. Spend over $200 for things they say you will get unlimited and you dont. They keep asking for more and more money to update credits when in fact i didnt use any and it will pull credits when you dont need to. DO NOT FALL INTO THIS SCAM

I had an active subscription on Higgsfield, and my account was renewed automatically without issues on the billing side. However, the service delivered does not match what was promised and paid for.
The unlimited generation mode is completely missing from my account. More importantly, Seedance 2.5 is not available to me at all. I am only given limited image generation capabilities instead of the unlimited plan features I subscribed to.
Taking payment automatically while downgrading or failing to deliver the promised unlimited features and core models like Seedance 2.5 is completely unacceptable and misleading.
I expect this issue to be resolved immediately by fully restoring my unlimited access and enabling Seedance 2.5, or issuing a prompt refund for this billing period.

It would be really helpful if Higgsfield clearly communicated how many generations are actually possible with the “Unlimited 1 Day” Seedance 2.5 package.
The package is advertised as “unlimited,” but after a certain number of generations, the speed apparently gets heavily throttled. In my case, a single generation now takes more than an hour — sometimes even longer.
Because of this, I wasn’t able to finish my video. If I had known about this limitation beforehand, I would have planned my project and the available 24 hours very differently.
I find this extremely frustrating, disappointing, and unfair. For someone like me, both time planning and financial planning are very important. $120 is a lot of money, and when a package is advertised as “unlimited,” any significant limitations or throttling should be communicated clearly and transparently before purchasing.
As it is currently presented, you only discover these restrictions while using the service, when it is already too late to adjust your project. That is especially frustrating because after the throttling starts, it becomes almost impossible to continue working efficiently.

I subscribed to Higgsfield’s Max plan ($79/month, 1,800 credits) specifically because the pricing page advertised several models as “unlimited” during a 7-day window.
The models I relied on included:
• Nano Banana Pro at 2K: 7-day unlimited
• Nano Banana 2 at 2K: 7-day unlimited
• Seedream 4.5: unlimited
• Other models were also presented as part of the unlimited offering.
The entire reason I chose the Max plan over a cheaper tier was the ability to generate freely on these models during the advertised unlimited period without consuming my monthly credit balance.
Unfortunately, that is not what is happening in practice.
Every “unlimited” model I have tested is still deducting credits when I generate:
• Nano Banana Pro: 2 credits per generation
• Nano Banana 2: 1 credit per generation
• Seedream 4.5: 1 credit per generation
What makes this particularly frustrating is that I accessed these models through the unlimited offer itself. The interface continues to indicate that the model is unlimited until I actually generate. At that point, credits are deducted.
This has happened consistently across multiple generations and across multiple models, so it does not appear to be an isolated charge or a one-time glitch.
From a customer’s perspective, there is a straightforward expectation when a plan says a model is “unlimited”: generations during the specified unlimited period should not consume the plan’s limited monthly credits. If there are conditions, caps, or credit deductions attached to the word “unlimited,” those conditions should be clearly disclosed before purchase and generation.
Instead, I am currently using my 1,800 paid credits on models I understood to be included in the unlimited benefit. That significantly changes the value of the Max plan I purchased.
I’m documenting this here before contacting Higgsfield support directly.
If this is a technical issue, I hope Higgsfield fixes it and restores any credits that were deducted incorrectly. If “unlimited” is subject to conditions that explain these charges, I’d like those conditions clearly explained.
If Higgsfield resolves the issue, I’ll gladly update this review.
For now, however, the unlimited benefit advertised to me is not functioning as I understood it when I purchased the plan.

Amazing platform. Well constructed and user friendly. Would use it 24/7 if it was a little pess expensive!

Please offer unlimited for atleast enhanced seedance 2.0 model

The platform is very intuitive and has many features that are tailored for creatives which is extremely useful. The customer service is quick and responsive in my experience. The only reason I gave 4 stars is due to a lack of clarity in the promotions as for example "unlimited" offers where sometimes it does not explicitly say at which 480/720 or 1080p the videos are unlimites, and the promo credits dissappeared from my account 3 hours prior to the expiration of my subscription to which I didn't fully get the explanation for. The customer service was helpful and gave the complimentary 500 credits out of 2k back, however I wasn't able to recover the rest.

I had a very disappointing experience with Higgsfield’s Seedance 2.5 1-Day Unlimited offer.
I paid for the 24-hour Unlimited access expecting to be able to work intensively on my project, but in reality, I was only able to generate a very small number of usable scenes.
I spent more than 14 hours trying to render scenes and repeatedly ran into NSFW / Content Moderation Errors, even though the characters were AI-generated, fully clothed, and the scenes contained no nudity or violence. I changed the prompts multiple times, changed the references, simplified the scenes, and kept trying different approaches, but the same issues continued.
Another major problem was the processing time. After generating a few videos, I noticed that new generations would often remain stuck on “Processing” for a very long time, sometimes for more than 30 minutes, before they even changed to “Generating”. When you are paying for access that only lasts 24 hours, having such a large portion of that time consumed by processing queues is extremely frustrating.
In my case, I lost around three-quarters of the paid period dealing with moderation issues, failed generations, retries, and long processing times. I even stayed awake trying to make the most of the 24-hour window, and I still couldn’t complete the project I needed.
Based on my experience, the 1-Day Unlimited Seedance deal is absolutely not worth it. Calling it “Unlimited” feels very misleading when so much of the limited 24-hour period can be lost to processing delays and repeated moderation failures. I would not purchase this deal again unless Higgsfield changes how the 24-hour period is counted or compensates users for time lost due to platform-side processing and failed generations.
UPDATE: Full refund received.
Following my original review, Higgsfield’s support team contacted me, explained the processing delays and moderation limitations, and offered a full refund. I can now confirm that I have received the entire amount, with no deductions.
Thanks to Rachel and the support team for their professional communication and help resolving my complaint. My original experience with the 1-Day Unlimited offer was still frustrating, and the refund cannot recover the time lost. However, I appreciate the resolution and believe it deserves to be reflected in my review.
Going forward, I’ll use credit-based generations from now on, as their team recommended.

Was a good service, and I still use it for Nano Banana Pro, but recently when Seedance 2.5 came out, I have problems with everything connected to videos. Support is nonexistent - don't count on ANY help if you have a problem. They will just write something and leave you hanging for weeks. I am a paying customer and I have unresolved issues because they added a promo for Unlimited and the whole support just got swamped. Classic.
