not sure why this score is so high but their unlimited generations is fake, you wait a very long time

I am extremely disappointed with Higgsfield. This is the second time I have purchased the Unlimited Pass, and the experience is unacceptable.

When using regular credits, everything works fine and fast. However, as soon as you activate the Unlimited Pass:

Unreasonably long wait times: Average waiting time is around 35 minutes per generation, as if pass holders are deliberately pushed to the bottom of the queue.

Frequent failures: After waiting over 30 minutes, generations very often end in error.

Lower quality: The output quality is noticeably worse compared to standard credit usage.

Since the Unlimited Pass is time-limited (24h), these artificial delays mean you lose precious time and cannot actually use the product properly. It feels like a deliberate trick to limit usage.

If I had known, I would have just bought regular credits. Very frustrating experience, I do not recommend the Unlimited Pass.

Qualities seems to be pretty good, and workflow is OK but you rip through credits like no other! and when you sign up for any other unlimited things, they backseat you to every other thing so basically you're not getting unlimited because it takes so long just to generate a single image, let alone video. So their unlimited is basically worthless! Unless you just have hours to waste, which most don't. Definitely won't be keeping this subscription.

DO NOT GET THE UNLIMITED OPTIONS. Everything else is ok. I paid $ 420 for 3 days unlimited seedance 2.5 and it takes HOURS to generate. Might as well just pay for credits, at least you won't waste your time. I don't understand why they still keep advertising it if it's unreliable. I should have trusted what others have been saying about the unlimited options.

Never take the unlimited subscriptions its a scam trhey put you processing to every vidéo for like 3h so at the end of the day you generate like 3/4 vidéos max. Pure scam

Absolutely one of the WORST AI platforms I have ever used. Higgsfield AI feels like a complete SCAM and an absolute money-grabbing machine.

You pay ridiculous amounts of money expecting a premium AI video generation service, but what you actually get is an overpriced, frustrating, painfully slow, and completely unreliable experience.

Let's talk about their so-called "UNLIMITED" mode. WHAT A JOKE. You can literally wait TWO HOURS for a SINGLE VIDEO GENERATION. TWO HOURS! And after waiting all that time, there's a good chance the result will be absolute garbage. Wrong movements, ignored instructions, broken animations, terrible consistency, and outputs that look nothing like what you requested.

You can spend hours carefully writing detailed prompts, providing reference images, explaining EXACTLY what you want, and the AI will STILL ignore half your instructions. You end up generating the same thing over and over, wasting your entire day trying to get one usable result.

And the worst part? YOU ARE PAYING FOR THIS EXPERIENCE.

The whole platform feels designed to drain your wallet and waste your time. The marketing makes everything look revolutionary, fast, and professional, but the actual experience is nowhere near what you would expect from such an expensive service.

Their "Unlimited" mode feels practically useless when you have to wait forever for a single generation. What is the point of unlimited generations when producing anything worthwhile takes an eternity?

As someone who actually works with video editing and AI-generated content, I expect tools to improve my workflow, NOT destroy my productivity.

Higgsfield has been nothing but wasted time, wasted money, endless frustration, and disappointment.

I genuinely regret spending money on this platform.

My advice: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON HIGGSFIELD AI. Don't fall for the flashy advertisements and impressive promotional videos. The reality of using this service can be an absolute nightmare.

Unfortunately unlimited seedance 2.5 for one day felt more like All you can eat Buffet where they advertise you can eat as much as you want but then near the end of your visit they limit your food intake and give you less than what you ask for.

A lot of this is due to the standard queue line and not being in the priority queue. I think should be in the advertised plans for clarity as I only found out after I purchased for an unlimited day.

At first it was nice. Generating a 30s 1080p video every half hour or so. That last for a good 7h.
Since then, I'm waiting 3+ hours just for one 30s 1080p video to generate.

Now that I've read other reviews, I'm susceptible to agree that their technology is cutting edge and cinema studio 4.0 is very appealing. However, the subscription and billing not for your average Joe.

Segway. Prompts with detailed characteristics explaining female dog anatomy with reference sheets did not stop it from generating my dog with a male penile half the time. Unfortunate..

I subscribed to Higgsfield specifically to use Wan 3.0 Prime, but the service has turned out to be extremely slow and practically unusable!

I've only managed to generate TWO videos, and now my requests are stuck on "Processing" for over FIVE HOURS without generating anything!

Seriously, what kind of service is this? I paid for a subscription expecting a working service, not to waste my time staring at a Processing screen!

This honestly feels like a scam! I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed.

This is my FIRST experience with Higgsfield, and this is what I get? What kind of nonsense is this?!

I paid for a service that I can't even use properly. This is completely unacceptable!

I demand an immediate explanation and a solution. If you cannot provide the service you advertised, then I want my money back!

I think the platform is great in general, I like the tools we have there that are made to make all we want.
There is still room for improvement on the time of the "unlimited" tools, it takes too long when using them, so much so that it feels like a scam, not an unlimited resource what is frustrating.
I understand that there is a queue, but it feels like it's longer than the one to get in the Louvre museum if you did not by the tickets in advance, and we bought it! :-(

I feel scammed. with the. unlimited fake package you sold me. I have been waiting for hours and days to do even 1 small 5s clip. ? I have paid. for it. and you are hiding these throtteled queues that last for days not only hours you slowed my content. and project and will not. use these engines throw your. plat form with this kind of response from your team. ,

You will not get a refund after subscribing to their plans, even though they have stated that you can get a refund before 7 days.

And when you try to cancel their service, you will go through unlimited questions.

The worst ai generation platform. That unlimited plan they advertised is a scam let’s say you have 1,3 days unlimited,7 days . One they overcharge for those days and on top of that as you keep generating you will see that the generations go slower and slower . It will start with maybe 5 minutes for the first one and as you keep going it will be slower and slower . It got up to 30 minutes + for generations eventually . On top of that you can only do 1 at a time so yeah if you have a project to do good luck hope you don’t need numerous generations . It will be painfully slow and requires you to be at that computer all day and pray that the generation did not fail after waiting for long time and it’s also more censored than most ai platforms . I would have been better off sticking to topview instead of falling for advertising crap. Stay away

I'd call it a scam as it aggressively does marketing with chatgpt integration and unlimited generations specifically for videos. but even with the plan that costs 70€ per month you can only generate 4-5 short videos, which is completely ridicoulus.

First experience: I bought a one-day unlimited pass to use Seedance 2.5. My video froze and stayed stuck for over 12 hours. I contacted support and got no answer to fix it.

Second experience: I was charged 128 EUR when I wanted to cancel. I contacted support the same day, having spent zero credits. Their answer was that it’s a renewal, so it’s not refundable, with a reference to their terms.

So support is silent when the product doesn’t work, but quick to explain why you won’t get your money back. It feels like dealing with a company like Adobe: poor customer support, and no chance to charge you is missed.

I wouldn’t recommend it, especially if you may want to cancel at some point.

Let me be clear: I'm not a casual user. I'm on a full-year Ultra plan, paid upfront. The credit system is fine, transparent and predictable. This review is about one specific product: the 3-day UNLIMITED Seedance 2.5 add-on. It's the worst money I've spent on any AI tool.

3 HOURS. PER GENERATION. Not minutes, hours. Yes, I know there's a queue. But this is a premium product that costs $500+, and you're selling "unlimited" access that in practice means sitting at your desk all day, refreshing the page and wondering if your video will ever come out.

I was sick during those days, so I literally had the laptop on my lap all day, waiting. What made it so nerve-wracking wasn't only the wait. It was how unpredictable it is. You have no idea if a video will take 10 minutes or 3 hours. At least show an average generation time on the offer, something like "typical wait: 1-3 hours". Then everyone could decide for themselves whether it's worth it. Instead, you only find out after you've paid.

THEN IT GOT WORSE. Around 10 of my videos were blocked for "copyright", with no real explanation. These were videos of my own product, so there was nothing to infringe. I reached out to the team on Discord, explained the situation and asked what was going wrong with the generations. They couldn't solve it. So after hours of waiting, the output was simply taken away and nobody could tell me why. Add it all up and roughly one full day of my paid access was destroyed: waiting with nothing generating, then blocked content.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WON'T HELP YOU. They are very consistent about one thing: pointing you to the Terms of Service. Don't expect understanding, flexibility or compensation. Legally they're covered, because the queue for Unlimited is in the fine print.

DO THE MATH BEFORE YOU BUY. Count how many generations you can realistically finish in a day at these wait times. The "unlimited" label stops meaning anything. You physically cannot use what you paid for. In my opinion, that's not an unlimited plan. It's a net rip-off with good legal coverage.

To be fair, the company is quick to follow trends, ships improvements fast, and the UI is solid. That's exactly why this is so disappointing: the product has potential, but the business practices around Unlimited treat paying customers as an afterthought.

My advice: DO NOT buy Unlimited. If you still do, go in knowing exactly what you're paying for.

Higgsfield Seedance 2.5 1080p Unlimited — I feel misled, and the experience was extremely disappointing

I spent an entire MONTH preparing images, files, and prompts so I could make the most of one day of Unlimited access. After all that preparation, I ended up wasting time and money on a deeply frustrating experience.

My monthly subscription had expired, and I decided not to renew it because I planned to purchase the one-day Unlimited offer instead. Only AFTER purchasing it did I discover that an active monthly subscription was also required. Why wasn’t this clearly displayed directly under the offer before payment? Highlighting “one day Unlimited” while leaving me to discover an essential requirement afterward made me feel misled.

Then came the waiting: one of my 10-second videos remained on “Processing” for more than THREE HOURS. What practical value does one day of Unlimited access have if so much of that day is spent waiting for a single short video? I also tried to cancel my subscription but was unable to do so.

Support explained that Unlimited users share processing resources and that high demand causes delays. They offered to clear a pending generation, but that did not solve the underlying problem or recover the time I had lost.

There are many reasonable ways to handle this:
• Display all purchase requirements prominently before payment.
• Warn customers clearly when generation times may stretch into hours.
• Provide realistic waiting-time estimates.
• Extend access or offer fair refunds or compensation when excessive delays prevent reasonable use.
• Prioritize unusually delayed jobs and allocate additional capacity where technically possible.
• Make cancellation simple and accessible.

Instead, I was left feeling that the advertising created expectations the actual service could not meet. For me, this was a failed and very disappointing experience, especially after a month of preparation.

I’m requesting a refund and assistance cancelling any recurring subscription, with written confirmation that renewal is disabled. If this offer cannot be delivered reliably, Higgsfield should pause selling it until the experience improves.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Seedance 2.5 1080p Unlimited. I will update this review if my complaint is resolved.

I purchased one day of Seedance 2.0 Unlimited approximately four hours ago, but unlimited generation is no longer available. (Paid 154.77 $ at 9:43 PM PST)

Earlier today, the website showed “Generate Unlimited,” and I successfully generated videos. It now shows a cost of 135 credits for a 15-second, 1080p Seedance 2.0 video. Please see the attached screenshot.

Could you please check whether my unlimited entitlement is still active, confirm its activation and expiration times, and restore access if it has ended incorrectly? Please also confirm whether I need to select a separate Unlimited model.

If this is a service or entitlement issue, please extend my access to cover the time lost. If access cannot be restored, please advise on a refund.

The product definitely have some benefits, but they're just incredibly scummy with their marketing. They say you get unlimited generations from several models, but they don't mention that doesn't include the CLI. They offer you big discounts via email, but those discount codes give much smaller discounts than advertised. Just the absolute worst practices in terms of optimizing revenue.

After three months using Higgsfield and spending more than $5,000 on credits, I have lost confidence in how the platform treats its customers.
The clearest example was a $180 “1-day Unlimited” Seedance 2.5 package. The purchase screen disclosed one concurrent generation and stated that access would start after checkout. It did not visibly warn that individual generations could spend hours waiting in a queue. There was a “Learn more” link, but this crucial limitation was not explained on the offer screen itself.
For a package that expires after one day, that matters enormously. Your access period keeps running while you wait, and you cannot start another unlimited generation alongside it. After spending around 16 hours at my computer trying to use the package, I managed to generate just four videos.
I contacted support within the first two hours, as soon as I realised how the queue affected its usability. I asked for a refund, or even to have the purchase converted into credits. Both were refused. Instead, support suggested purchasing credits for faster generation, without meaningfully addressing my complaint about how the offer had been presented.
Being told to spend more money for faster generation after paying $180 for a time-limited unlimited package was particularly frustrating. Had the possibility of such long queues been clearly stated on the purchase screen, I would not have bought it.
I continued purchasing credits because I was already committed to finishing a film for Higgsfield’s own AI film festival. That continued spending should not be mistaken for satisfaction with the service.
The festival also weakened my confidence in the platform’s commitment to filmmakers. My own film was not selected, but my concern extends to other submissions, including films I considered stronger than mine. Several were omitted while entries I found less accomplished were selected. Artistic judgment is subjective, and I cannot know how thoroughly each film was reviewed. Still, the selection and communication around it did little to rebuild my trust.
My overall experience has been of a platform much more effective at selling generation packages than at resolving problems with them. After spending this much, I expected clear information about important limitations and a reasonable response when a purchase proved so disappointing. I received neither.
If you are considering a time-limited unlimited offer, ask specifically about queue times, whether waiting consumes your access period, and what remedy is available if you can barely use it.

I couldn’t find the Unlimited mode toggle on mobile, so I contacted support. Theo listened to my feedback, passed it to the development team, and kept me updated. The team fixed the issue, and the toggle is now showing on my phone. I really appreciate their help and patience!
