Do not buy the Unlimited Seedance 2.5 plans
I am writing a one star review for Higgsfields "Unlimited" 1 day purchase of Seedance 2.5. Do not buy this!! It is false advertising and a total scam. You use your credits and your generations take maybe an hour to create. You're out of credits but you have your scripts ready to go and you have a full day to work on them so you buy Unlimited for one day at $194.40. You start generating. You can only generate one video at a time and now they are taking 3 plus hours to create. Support explained that this happens because when you purchase "Unlimited" your generations get put in a less desirable queue resulting in longer generation time. If I sleep 8 hours, that leaves 16 hours of creating time. If each generation takes 3 plus hours, that is only 5 videos. For $190, I could have gotten 4000 credits which right now would have generated 14 thirty second Seedance 2.5 videos. I want a refund - this is a total scam.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience, especially as a long-term customer.
I have two active Higgsfield accounts and have spent thousands of dollars on subscriptions and credits. Recently, I paid over $200 for their Unlimited plan. In approximately 24 hours, only TWO generations successfully completed. Everything after that remained stuck processing for hours and never generated anything.
I contacted customer support multiple times, but they refused to offer any meaningful solution. I wasn’t even asking for my money back — I simply asked them to convert the $200+ I spent on the Unlimited plan into regular credits I could actually use.
It’s incredibly frustrating to spend thousands of dollars with a company and receive this level of customer service over a $200 issue.
I liked Higgsfield and used it regularly, but unless they resolve this, I’ll be moving my work and spending to other AI platforms.

have real clients and need to generate multiple AI videos regularly.
Unfortunately, after purchasing the plan, I found that generations can stay in processing for several hours. My videos have been stuck for more than 2 hours without any result.
I don’t understand the purpose of an “Unlimited” plan if the generation speed makes it impossible to use for client projects. Unlimited should not only mean unlimited attempts, but also a service that is reliable enough to actually use.
Unlimited plan is not usable for real client work
For someone creating professional videos with deadlines, waiting several hours for a single generation is not practical.
I hope Higgsfield improves the priority and reliability of the Unlimited plan, because currently it does not meet the expectations created by the name.

Unlimited is a HUGE scam! The first 4 generations were fine, then nothing after that. I have contacted support and they say its just cos its in a long queue. But thats not true, I have tried multiple generations for hours and hours. One even over night. and nothing.

I really dislike Higgsfield and almost regret signing up for 1 year for them. Unlimited generatons takes centuries, and despite them being included, they have the audacity to tell me that it is a benefit they will keep as I have signed up for them months ago. I got the "unlimited" plan. It's the slowest shit I have ever experienced and is not unlimited. Is extremely limited, super slow and works worse than when you use credits. Tried getting a refund but told me I got it too long time ago. This still doesn't change the fact that the name is completely false, they are misleading and the service is absolute trash.
One image with the "unlimited" turned on (they always turn it off automatically so you spend credits by accident) takes around 30 minutes to 2 hours to generate and you can only generate 4 at a time.

Not as advertised, and support failed to honor two written commitments
I paid $756 for a one-year Higgsfield Ultra subscription on August 13, 2026, based largely on advertised capabilities such as character consistency, camera control, and regional editing.
In my actual project, the character’s face changed and became deformed, a hand fused with a sword, camera instructions were ignored, and five Regional Edit attempts failed to remove footprints while altering the surrounding sand. I provided Higgsfield with the original files, exported results, and video evidence.
Support then made two specific commitments in writing: first, to demonstrate at no cost a working correction workflow using my submitted video; second, to escalate the matter to billing and provide a final written decision within 24 hours. Neither commitment was honored.
I requested a refund and later proposed a fair prorated refund of $693, allowing Higgsfield to retain $63 for the 241 out of 3,000 credits I used. They refused, even though 2,759 credits remain unused.
This is not simply dissatisfaction with one imperfect AI result. It is about advertised capabilities repeatedly failing in a documented case, followed by support not doing what it explicitly promised.
I have also seen multiple public complaints describing Higgsfield’s “Unlimited” offering as misleading or heavily restricted. Prospective buyers should verify the exact eligible models, access period, queue priority, and credit rules before paying. Test the service carefully before making an annual commitment.

The is what PT Barnum would have designed if he was around today! There is a definite carnival atmosphere. The site is busy, overwhelming and disorienting when you first join. Every button, every step is designed to nickle and dime you every step of the way.
I really enjoy the platform for creating, and the selection of tools, options, and the community. Ive learned a lot from others projects that are open source and a lot of people are willing to help. These tools are very capable of producing high quality outputs.
What I dont like are the high pressure sales tactics. Even when you upgrade to ultra you're hounded to move up to the next tier. It is not clear at times how long you have unlimited on certain tools. Or if you purchase unlimited for a few days or weeks, there is no reminder it will run out at this date, time. It is just gone and then another pop up.
The contests are fun and it is absolutely amazing to see what others are able to produce with these tools.

The “unlimited” tier was fantastic and the customer service is excellent.
I tried their 7-day unlimited Seedance 2.5 plan (720p 15s) averaging about 25 minutes per generation which was better than all other "unlimited" promos. However, my one-week unlimited promo started a day later due to a system issue and was cut off at the exact moment, leaving me with only six days of access. When I requested an extra day to make it fair they couldn’t accommodate but offered a refund for my subscription fee.
Customer service was a major concern before committing to a longer subscription, but Higgsfield exceeded expectations. They provided relatively fast unlimited generations and great customer service, which is why I’m giving them five stars.

It has been incredibly slow. I got the seedance 2.5 unlimited and I have hardly been able to use it recently. I get that it will be slow at times but this has been 24/7. Origianlly it was amazing. My mom didn’t have as many problems with her account, it was still slow. The quality of photos are amazing, and very fast to make. The video quality is first class.
