I purchased the $180 one-day "unlimited" credit pass expecting to generate videos throughout the full 24-hour window. After producing five 30-second videos within the first two hours, all subsequent generation requests were routed to a "standard queue" and did not process for the remaining ~22 hours of my subscription period.
If "unlimited" access is in practice throttled or deprioritized after a handful of generations, this should be clearly disclosed before purchase. As it stands, I paid for a full day of unrestricted use and received roughly two hours of functional service.
I'd recommend potential customers get clarity on actual usage limits and queue prioritization before buying this plan.

Their UNLIMITED offer is totally a loophole, and SKEM, they slow down the process of generating images on UNLIMITED models.
If you are okay with waiting 5-10 minutes to generate a 1 single image, then GO for it.

Easy to use and fast interface. Lots of useful options. Unlimited deals are very good (although slower). I would add a suggestion that you could replace an @image reference or if you edit it ,the edit will be changed in that ref (without needing to upload it again). Also past videos you create take quite time to upload.

To the Higgsfield team:
I paid for your "unlimited" plan, trusting the word UNLIMITED. And what do I get? The first six days were fine. Then suddenly I'm getting roughly one video every 24 hours. Stuck in queue, stuck in "processing," stuck forever — and at the end of the day, exactly one video comes out. That is not unlimited. That is a joke.
If you're going to put "unlimited" on your marketing page, at least have the decency not to silently throttle your paying users with your so-called "battery system." Use it too much? Slowed down. Hit some invisible threshold? Slowed down. Peak hours? Slowed down again. What the hell is "unlimited" about any of this? Why didn't you disclose this before taking my money?
I paid for a service you promised to deliver. Now you're collecting payment while quietly limiting users to one video per day through hidden mechanisms. This isn't a "user experience issue" — this is deceptive advertising, and frankly, it's bullshit. Don't give me the "high traffic" and "dynamic adjustment" excuses. I want straight answers:
1. Is there a hard daily or weekly cap on Unlimited mode? What is it?
2. What exactly are the rules of your "battery system," and why are they hidden from users?
3. Why do so many of us hit a wall around day 6, dropping to one video per 24 hours? Is that a coincidence, or is this by design?
4. I still have credits left on my plan — why am I forced to wait 24 hours for a single video?
Here is what I expect:
- Restore normal Unlimited speed and stop the invisible throttling, OR
- Admit this is a daily-limited plan and refund my money, OR
- Publish the real definition of your "unlimited" in plain language where every customer can see it.
You have 48 hours to give me a direct, honest answer. If I don't get one, I will share this experience everywhere I can and file a dispute with my payment provider. Stop wasting my time with canned responses — you owe your users an explanation.

experience was good, sometime the top menu is not completely hoverable, and was bit slow at times, probably due to traffic, not sure. otherwise i was only using image and video as they were having unlimited options. but for cinema studio have not explored fully yet.

I saved a lot of money in the unlimited seedance 2.5. I did get heavily throttled by the end but that was after already getting more than 3x return on my payment in free credits.

I’m updating my review because Higgsfield’s customer support handled my situation extremely well.
I initially had a frustrating experience with the Unlimited bundle, but Tim took the time to look into what happened, explain the situation clearly, and offer me multiple options to resolve it.
I really appreciated how professional, understanding, and helpful the support team was throughout the process. The way they handled my concerns completely changed my impression of the company.
Great customer service and a very positive resolution overall. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I purchased the Seedance 2.5 Unlimited plan specifically to generate 20-second videos at 720p for my Film Festival project. However, the service has been practically unusable for several days.
Unlimited generations regularly remain in the shared queue for four to six hours. After waiting that long, some tasks fail without any explanation, while others are incorrectly flagged as NSFW. These false NSFW results have occurred even when my reference images only showed a fully clothed adult character in a work uniform or a normal industrial environment. On multiple days, I was unable to produce even three usable videos.
I understand that processing times may vary with demand, but waiting several hours for every attempt makes normal creative iteration impossible. Support advised me to disable Unlimited and spend credits to use the priority queue, but this means customers who already paid for Unlimited must pay again just to receive a usable processing speed.
The Unlimited subscription continues to count down while the service is unavailable or unusably slow. Higgsfield should provide sufficient queue capacity, control the number of Unlimited plans sold during periods of heavy demand, display realistic waiting-time estimates, and improve the incorrect NSFW detection system. Failed or falsely flagged tasks should also be retried automatically without losing their original queue position.
Customers affected by prolonged queue problems and repeated false NSFW results should receive an appropriate refund or compensation for the unusable portion of their subscription.
*Update*
The service has improved recently, and support also provided credit compensation for the inconvenience. I appreciate their response, so I have updated my rating from one star to four stars. I hope the Unlimited queue continues to improve.

**Paid for 24h Unlimited — It Was Not Usable at All**
I purchased Higgsfield’s 24-hour Unlimited bundle specifically because I had planned an intensive production session and intended to work through the night.
The service was simply not usable.
Generations remained stuck in processing for hours, with some still processing after more than two hours. When you're paying for a product that expires after just 24 hours, waiting hours for individual generations makes the Unlimited access effectively useless.
I contacted Higgsfield support, and they confirmed that the problem was on their side: unusually high demand had saturated the shared Unlimited cluster, causing jobs to remain stuck in processing instead of moving to rendering.
So this wasn't an issue with my account, my prompts, or how I was using the service. Their own support acknowledged an infrastructure capacity problem.
What happened next is what I find unacceptable.
Despite acknowledging that their infrastructure prevented me from properly using the service I paid for, Higgsfield refused to extend the Unlimited period, replace it, or provide compensation.
I was even told that I could use my credits instead because credit-based generations run through a higher-priority cluster.
Think about that: I paid specifically for 24 hours of Unlimited generation. Their Unlimited infrastructure couldn't handle the demand, making the service unusable for my planned production session, and the proposed solution was essentially to consume another resource I had already paid for.
I am also an Ultra subscriber and an active paying customer.
Technical problems can happen. What matters is how a company handles them.
If you sell a time-limited 24-hour service and your own infrastructure makes that service unusable, the customer should not simply lose the time and money. A replacement day, equivalent compensation, or another fair solution should be basic customer service.
Instead, I paid for a service I could not use as intended, Higgsfield acknowledged the problem was on their side, and I was still left with the loss.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Higgsfield’s Unlimited bundles, and it seriously makes me reconsider continuing to use the platform at all.

I have been using Higgsfield for around a year, and unfortunately I have seen the same pattern repeat over and over again.
Whenever there is a promotion or a strong push to bring in new paying users, the service appears to work reasonably well. But once the promotion ends and the flow of new money slows down, Unlimited users suddenly face extremely long queues, generation times that jump from roughly 30 minutes to several hours, and the same vague explanations about “technical issues” or server overload.
Of course, technical problems can happen. But when the exact same situation repeats again and again, it becomes very difficult to believe that it is random. Especially now that the Unlimited plan is no longer being sold, while existing Unlimited subscribers appear to receive slower and slower service. It feels like the goal is to make Unlimited users generate less, without openly changing what they paid for.
What makes this worse is the lack of clear communication. Instead of giving users a transparent explanation, realistic capacity information, or a proper plan for resolving the issue, Higgsfield keeps offering cheap apologies and generic excuses. After a year of seeing this cycle repeat, I have lost confidence that the company genuinely cares about long-term users or its reputation.
I would also strongly advise against buying the Annual Plan. Based on my experience, annual subscribers can end up paying much more while receiving far less actual value. People who pay month to month, use the service while it works well, and then simply leave often receive significantly more generations and better value for roughly the same amount of money. Meanwhile, annual users are locked in even when queues become extreme and the service no longer delivers what was expected. In practice, it can feel like annual subscribers are overpaying by up to ten times compared with monthly users who leave once the quality drops.
In my opinion, Higgsfield still does not offer a stable, reliable product with enough consistent value to justify this approach. The business model feels focused on attracting as much money as possible first, then managing dissatisfied customers afterward through delays, vague statements, and repeated apologies.
At this point, the whole thing feels uncomfortably similar to a pump-and-dump strategy in spirit: create hype, collect subscriptions and payments, then let service quality decline while existing users are left waiting. That is my personal impression based on my experience, but Higgsfield has done very little to prove otherwise.

During my Higgsfield AI membership period, my subscription has not yet expired, yet I am unable to normally access the unlimited‑generation feature of Seedance 2.5. I wonder if the official team can resolve this issue for me.
I have been operating in a reasonable and compliant manner throughout this time. Please restore my access to this feature if possible. Thank you

The biggest scam ever! 4 to 5 hours per generation and they're doing nothing to fix it. They had to secure a new round of funding so they did this rug pull to increase their users on paper. If you fell for their yearly membership, you're pretty much screwed. Just ask Claude to review their unlimited terms and conditions. Remember when they got caught making shady changes to their terms and conditions before they got caught? Well they're doing it again. NO SURPRISE! Even though Unlimited generations don’t actually burn credits, the moment you’ve touched the platform they act like you’ve “used” the service and refuse refunds.
They’re fully aware the Unlimited queue is broken. Support admits the capacity problems, then turns around and says there’s nothing they can do because you paid for access, not results. Meanwhile they’re sitting on a fresh funding round while users are stuck waiting 4–5 hours for a single clip that might fail anyway.
This isn’t a temporary glitch. This is the product. This is what Higgsfield is. Beware!

So far soo good. I think people are not understanding how to use the platform to the best potential.
The unlimited seedance 2.5 is awesome. Been working on a film and it's already going great.

I bought an "unlimited" bundle to test for he first time. It's not easy to prompt, sometimes the result is far from being what expected, so unlimited credits can help you to build and to learn at the same time. i wish I could try more of cinema studio but credits are too expensive on this option.

Reply from Higgsfield AI
Seedance 2.5 bought with unlimited 33 days, not working on 2 accounts. Discord can’t and won’t help, and support just offer 300 credits and won’t help with issue. This was not an offer this was just a scam

Total scam rip off, they sell unlimited plans and then do not scale to keep up with the volume, video generations take 3-10 hours on average and they are making no effort to resolve this.
Charged me 600 dollars with the promise of unlimited gens and misleading info on how fast gens would be.
Awful company, awful support.

It was all great, the marketing part is a bit misleading though. For instance the "unlimited" models do not mention that you are put in a queue and at times each gen takes more than 20 minutes... I you have time to wait then it's fine, if it's for a paid project that you need to get cracking with gens then don't go this route.

I got the 7-day unlimited Seedance 2.5 plan, and my experience was honestly amazing. The waiting times were totally reasonable, and the experience felt almost the same as regular paid usage.
I was working on my portfolio during this period, and it helped me a lot. For me, it was genuinely a game changer. The reference adding and Elements features make the whole workflow much easier and more practical, especially when working on consistent characters and scenes.
I only wish I had chosen the 14-day unlimited plan instead, but unfortunately, it looks like I’m a little too late for that now.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the experience. Thank you, Higgsfield!

33 day unlimited Scam, but people aren't able to generate videos for days, and are saying they got scammed/Rug pulled so be careful right now!
