As an AI creative director drawn in by Higgsfield’s hype and marketing, I expected something awesome. Instead, I’m seriously disappointed. They basically grabbed APIs from models like Nano Banana and a few others, bundled them together, and charge users 5 to 10 times more than the actual cost. The platform feels massively overrated and fails to deliver on its promises.
they still refuses to give me a refund, not using even 5 of the free credits and applying for refund in the same 10 minutes i subscribes

Accidental annual charge, unused — please finalize refund
I was accidentally charged for a Creator Annual plan today (KST) and have 0 usage.
I asked for immediate cancellation + full refund, but I keep receiving automated replies instead of a human review.
I’ve requested assignment to a human billing specialist and confirmation of refund initiation (with transaction ID).
Once this is resolved, I’ll update this review accordingly.

I have never in my life reviewed anyone 1 star anywhere until now.
But when the company which wants to charge you +$1700 for the subscription can't answer to your emails I'm really furious and disappointed.
Only form of communication is the substandard ai bot via support mail which cannot resolve the billing issue. On my repeated requests to speak with the real person/agent, bot just sends me back my initial messages verbatim.
24h later, no one dared to help, it's like talking to a wall. Shameful and distrustful behaviour. You shouldn't trust this company with your money.

Absolute scam. The AI generations are nowhere near what’s advertised. Plus they show you a monthly payment figure for subscription but charge you a yearly fee.
I was charged $560 AUD just to generate my first prompt, which was garbage anyway. No refunds are offered. Not even a partial refund.
I’ve raised a dispute with my bank and will hopefully retrieve my funds.
Avoid them at all costs.

Do NOT fall for these AI garbage generators. They over charge you for quality that is the same as open source models (which is barely usable). They will not refund you. They advertise on accounts such as Evolving AI or artificialintelligence.in etc with extremely curated demo reels that are their best cherry picked content to hook people to open their wallets with false advertising claims.

The product is presented as a subscription service that you will have to pay monthly, but they will charge you for the full year and dont count on a reliable customer service to help you out, through emailing them i was told it would be no issue, over a month of emailing back and forth i joined the discord and eventually got "help" i was then told that i had changed my subscription to a monthly one by myself which was not the case, they had changed this and then did not issue me a refund, i had picture proof from email about this and eventually got a refund, also charged me 6% processing fee when it wasnt paid with credit card, an absolute scam!

I would give zero stars if I could. Higgsfield is extremely misleading – their website makes it look like you’re signing up for a monthly subscription, but instead they charge you for an entire year without clear warning. This feels like a scam, and their customer service is unhelpful. Be very careful before entering your payment details here.

Do not pay for a subscription or give them your money false advertising reported to better business bureau. The so called promotions they offer unlimited are not unlimited and just scam you to subscribe once you pay your money they take the promotion away nothing is unlimited. Charge 30.00 a month for so few credits when there are better companies that generate quality videos and offer many more credits. They are thieves stay away !!!

there was a $9 trial purchased on June 4th, advertised as a one-time payment. However, on July 3rd, my card was charged $29 without my consent. I contacted support for a refund, providing all requested account details, but have received no response despite multiple follow-up emails. The lack of communication and unauthorized charge are concerning, and the after-sales service has been unresponsive. I advise caution when considering this company.
