So far I'm happy, but not very happy with how Higgsfield MCP not letting me use Claude to use the unlimited generation for Seedance 2.5.

Reply from Higgsfield AI
Unlimited promotion for Seedance 2.5 stopped working half through the advertised period. Customer support didn't help and didn't solve, claiming they were overwhelmed by the amount of customers reaching. My feeling is - they didn't estimate correctly the amount of users signing for their Unlimited offer and the manually slowed/paused the system. Higgsfield overall is a good platform but their strategy is to care about you only until you sign up, after u become their user you will be down-prioritised.

Using Higgsfield for generating IA videos, and they advertise unlimited generation on Seedance 2.5 for 14 days, however, after 3-4 days, you're stuck on processing and can't generate anything anymore. Everybody is having the same issue. Don't be scammed by them!

Update - Why you guys marketed unlimited plan , if you don't have servers which can handle the load? It's like taking money from everyone to buy the servers and their unlimited time finishes by then 🙄People already lost lot of subscriptions since you guys over promised and stuck with your support team in discord. Don't sell if you can't make it work
scam company. Never believe their unlimited offers and any promotions. Their t&c always change and you will not get refund even if you try to generate anything and it gets stuck. The agents in discord channel , always say contact Theo who never responds and your unlimited time finishes with stuck output.

Heavy limitation fake unlimited claim 500$ i can get this unlimited for a year if 50 videos take a week to generate 500 take 10 or 20 weeks even if this was true unlimited.
So lot of bullshit 5 min to check an id of an image really?!?!
No i do not want ur reply

they say their stuff is unlimited when it takes them 10-12 hours to finish one video, frustrating experience and they are a bunch of scammers w the marketing

The service lures new users with promises that it doesn't fulfill in the end. They promise two weeks of unlimited generation on new models, but at the end of the generation, either they are not generated at all, or they are generated for so long that they can reach one video in 24 hours. Complete lack of support and some kind of feedback. The worst service.

I bought the Seedance 2.5 special offer which supposedly granted 7 days of "Unlimited" Seedance 2.5 gens. I went fine for the first 24 hours but then the generating time for each gen went from 10-15 minutes to a freaking 10 hours. It's is a scam platform, avoid at all costs!!!

I’m leaving this review as I have already waited 45 mins. for just 8 popcorn images on the unlimited plan I thought would be great. I used to be able to produce many images just a month ago. As a result of my favorite model’s downfall, I have committed to leaving reviews where I can.
I purchased a two-year Higgsfield plan specifically because I wanted predictable access to the service without constantly having to purchase additional credits. This two year plan was a great deal, absolutely. Unfortunately, changes to the service have increasingly undermined the reason I committed to such a long subscription in the first place.
Generation speed is one of the biggest problems. Some models that initially generated in around one minute can eventually take 15–45 minutes after only two or three months of using the service. Other users have tested and reported similar differences between newer and older accounts. We don’t know exactly what causes this. It could be cumulative usage, account age, prioritization, throttling, or something else. What we do know is that the difference can be enormous.
Higgsfield frequently attributes long waits to “peak hours,” but that explanation does not reflect my experience. I’ve used notoriously slow models at 4 a.m., 11 a.m., 5 p.m., midnight, and other times throughout the day, and the waits remain consistently long. Other users have reported similar experiences. When users repeatedly observe something that doesn’t seem to correspond with the company’s explanation, it becomes difficult to trust what we’re being told.
This becomes especially troubling because Higgsfield also has credits. When unlimited generations become dramatically slower, using credits can become the practical way to avoid those waits. I cannot say whether this is intentional, but the financial incentive created by the system is obvious: degrading the usefulness of unlimited generation can push paying subscribers toward spending additional credits. From a customer’s perspective, that feels incredibly shady.
Popcorn makes this even worse. It originally allowed effectively unlimited concurrent image generation, which helped compensate for long generation times because you could continue submitting work while waiting. That was later reduced to only eight concurrent images. Combine an eight-image limit with 15–60 minute generations and suddenly a feature that was one of the reasons to pay for Higgsfield becomes substantially less useful.
I’m now facing the possibility of running out of credits this month, despite having purchased a two-year subscription specifically because I wanted to avoid repeatedly paying for more credits. That is what has turned my frustration into genuine anger. I committed money to Higgsfield based on the value and functionality of the service I was purchasing, only to watch limitations and performance change afterward in ways that can make additional spending increasingly attractive or necessary.
There are reliability problems as well. Individual models occasionally stop working, and I’ve experienced an instance where the entire site went down. Outages happen, but combined with the other issues, they contribute to a service that doesn’t always feel dependable.
Customer service and community moderators are generally polite, but complaints and suggestions frequently receive some variation of “we’re taking your feedback into account.” After hearing this repeatedly while seeing little evidence of recurring complaints resulting in meaningful changes, it begins to feel like a stock response rather than meaningful engagement.
Higgsfield has genuinely impressive technology. That’s what makes this so frustrating. I don’t expect unlimited computing resources, zero outages, or instantaneous generations. I expect transparency and reasonable treatment as a paying customer, particularly after committing to a two-year plan.
If sustained usage affects generation priority, explain it. If certain models routinely take 15–17 minutes regardless of the time of day, don’t repeatedly attribute the problem to peak hours. If unlimited Popcorn generation is being reduced to eight concurrent images, clearly communicate what is changing. And if the practical solution to increasingly slow “unlimited” generations is spending additional money on credits, customers deserve to understand that before committing to a long-term subscription.
I bought two years of Higgsfield because I wanted to avoid constantly buying more credits. The fact that changes to the service may now cause me to run out of credits anyway is exactly why I can no longer recommend it.

Signed up for an "unlimited" plan. It worked for about a day. Glad I only signed up for a month and not a year.
What the reply to my message shows is either (1) Whoever is writing the responses has no idea just how bad their own service is and how it takes hours for a single generation (if at all), or (2) They are fully aware just how bad their service is, they just don't care when trying to downplay it.
The service is basically a non-functional service at this point.

Good apps but false promise . One of the biggest scammer in Content AI. Deliver what you say if unlimited keep it . If not tell it from start. Personally dont fall for there offers try different platform cheaper. There only hook is marketing and unlimited offers spread and then they pull the plug because there is no direct line of communication

I paid for a full day of Unlimited Seedance access. It worked for only a couple of hours, then generations got stuck on “processing” and stopped completing. I reported it in real time to your agent Jason — the timestamp is in your own system — but nothing was fixed. Seven hours passed with no resolution while I was still paying for Unlimited access I couldn’t use. This was during a widely reported outage, not a problem on my end.
When I followed up, your agent Cole dismissed the entire situation — told me “the access was used” and that generations were merely “slower than expected,” and refused both a refund and a replacement day. That is not an honest description of a service that sat frozen for hours.
So I’ll ask plainly: what gives you the right to keep a customer’s money for a full day of access you did not deliver? All I asked for was fair — either extend my access by one properly working day, or refund me. Instead I was brushed off.
Disappointing handling, especially from a platform currently running a global festival to attract filmmakers.

The unlimited plan is very limited. Last time they had a unlimited plan with Seedance 2.0 they ran into the same issue. Queue times after first 1-2 days skyrocketed from 10 minutes per generation to 4 hours per generation.
And if you complain they'll just tell you to wait, took 7 days to fix last time and if you are on a 7 day unlimited plan then that's already gone.
And ofc they will do nothing to help compensate you with it. The only company that will refuse to compensate you for a problem that's on their side, it's the only company that has given me such low quality customer service.
What other service would you be fine with them ruining the feature you paid for and then you aren't even compensated for it. For an issue THEY caused.
they say it'll be fixed, but it takes days to do so. And I have a 7 day unlimited plan. 3-4 days is already more than 50% of what i paid for
One of the worst queue times and lack of actual support for the issue that´s on their end that they know of to try to save money

I subscribed to the Ultimate Plan specifically for the multi-model generation and the ability to run multiple concurrent unlimited jobs (up to 4 at a time). It worked great for a while, but they just pulled a massive bait-and-switch overnight. They have now enforced a hard, throttled restriction of just ONE single concurrent unlimited video, image, or audio generation at a time across the entire shared queue. They are effectively holding the workflow hostage to force users to burn through paid credits just to multitask or batch jobs.Slowing down the unlimited queue to a grinding halt completely defeats the purpose of paying for a premium tier. If you actually need a reliable platform for a heavy workload, skip Higgsfield. They will change the rules and throttle your speed the second it becomes inconvenient for their servers. Unusable now.
Edit : support reached out and solved my issue.

❗절대 속지 마세요 — DO NOT BE FOOLED❗
🚨 ADVERTISED "33-DAY UNLIMITED SEEDANCE 2.5" — NOT INCLUDED IN MY ACCOUNT 🚨
I purchased the Ultra annual plan on Aug 9, 2026 ($831.60, Invoice ZMOZIKAP-0001) through Higgsfield's own personal-discount funnel. That checkout page - and the pricing page to this day - displays "33-DAY UNLIMITED SEEDANCE 2.5" inside the Ultra plan card as an included feature. Higgsfield's own "Unlimited Generations" policy states: "The duration of Unlimited access is always clearly shown on the pricing page", and that N-Day Unlimited "requires an active subscription" - nothing else.
❗Yet my account received NO unlimited access at all. When I toggle "Unlimited mode" on the Seedance 2.5 page, I get a purchase dialog asking $120 for 1 day, $280 for 3 days, or $540 for 7 days - on top of the $831.60 I already paid for the plan that advertises this exact benefit.❗
I emailed Higgsfield customer support twice on Aug 11, within the 7-day refund window. No reply yet. I have screenshots of everything: the sponsored ad, the pricing badge, the policy popup, the discount checkout funnel showing the 33-day badge, and the $120-per-day dialog.
⚠️ I was sold something that does not exist on my account. I have lost trust in this service and I want a FULL REFUND of $831.60 to my card - not credits, not a partial fix. If it is not processed, I will proceed with a card dispute and consumer-protection reports. Account username: craftsmanworm1759.

I’m updating my original review because I think it’s only fair to share the full outcome.
My initial issue was with the 14-day Unlimited Seedance 2.5 offer. While testing the platform, I didn’t realise that I had to specifically select the Unlimited option, so 178 of my 3,000 credits were used. On mobile, I found the distinction between the promotional Unlimited access and normal credit usage quite confusing.
I contacted Higgsfield because I had only been testing the platform and wasn’t actually ready to use the subscription properly yet. Initially, my refund request was declined because their policy normally does not allow refunds once credits have been used.
However, after further communication, Higgsfield reconsidered my case and approved the refund, which is now being returned to my account.
I have to give credit where it is due: their support team remained professional throughout the conversation, listened to my explanation, and ultimately resolved the matter fairly.
What impressed me even more was that they didn’t just process the issue and disappear. They encouraged me to come back when my construction project reaches the post-production stage and even offered to help me choose the right plan, models, MCP and Supercomputer setup when I return.
I still think Higgsfield could improve the onboarding around Unlimited promotions—particularly making it clearer that Unlimited mode needs to be specifically selected so new users don’t accidentally consume credits. A simple tutorial or warning would solve most of that confusion.
But the way the company ultimately handled my case has completely changed my impression of their customer support.
The technology itself was already impressive, which is why I wanted to use Higgsfield in the first place. Now, after seeing how professionally they resolved the problem, I will genuinely be coming back when I start the post-production stage of my project.
Credit to Tim and Jason from Higgsfield for listening and making things right.

Fake Unlimited Generations
Do not fall in the trap of buying any of their subscriptions where they say u get unlimited generations with X model. They are total scammers. I need to wait for a generation 50 minutes.
Never buy a subscription again.

Reply from Higgsfield AI
Unlimited generations is just a marketing trick.
We paid $100 for one month specifically to get unlimited generations with Seedance 2.5, but in practice we have to wait around 30 minutes for almost every generation. It doesn’t matter whether we use the platform in the morning, afternoon, or in the middle of the night - generation times are consistently extremely slow.
I could understand Seedance 2.5 being overloaded occasionally because it is a newer release, but we also tested Seedance 2.0 and experienced basically the same waiting times. At that point, calling the plan “unlimited” feels very misleading when the service is throttled so heavily.
Another frustrating issue is the way credits are handled. While generating videos, the interface can suddenly switch the generation option from unlimited mode to using credits. If you don’t notice the change, you can end up spending credits without intentionally choosing to do so.
For a $100/month subscription, this is extremely disappointing. The whole experience makes it feel like the platform is designed to push users toward spending additional credits rather than actually providing a useful unlimited plan.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Higgsfield. If you are considering paying for the unlimited plan, be aware that “unlimited” does not necessarily mean fast or unrestricted generations in practice.
I will never come back to this platform again.

The things they are doing well are offering trials at a lower cost or even for free.
I also like the unlimited mode offered by this platform. However, what I dislike is that even though I have paid for the Ultra plan and have access to unlimited mode for Seedance 2.5, it can take an entire day to generate just three scenes. This could be improved by providing faster generation times, allowing users to create more scenes and finish their movies or other projects more efficiently.
Another thing I dislike is the number of restrictions. I haven't noticed many restrictions with prompts, but the most frustrating ones are the restrictions on image and video references. OpenArt and AZ8 Art do not have these kinds of restrictions. This is very frustrating because, for example, I can't continue using the video extension feature.
It would be great if you could reduce these restrictions, especially for image and video references, and improve the generation speed. This would make the platform much more useful and enjoyable for users.
