I also like the unlimited mode offered by this platform. However, what I dislike is that even though I have paid for the Ultra plan and have access to unlimited mode for Seedance 2.5, it can take an entire day to generate just three scenes. This could be improved by providing faster generation times, allowing users to create more scenes and finish their movies or other projects more efficiently.
Another thing I dislike is the number of restrictions. I haven't noticed many restrictions with prompts, but the most frustrating ones are the restrictions on image and video references. OpenArt and AZ8 Art do not have these kinds of restrictions. This is very frustrating because, for example, I can't continue using the video extension feature.
It would be great if you could reduce these restrictions, especially for image and video references, and improve the generation speed. This would make the platform much more useful and enjoyable for users.

Fake unlimited promises, makes you wait a lot and barely gets it right, and if you wanna edit smthn in it you can’t use yr unlimited unless you redo it again, credits drain so fast, can’t use unlimited mode with MCP, and generally sucks imbr not worth 50$ a month at all.

i have subscripted to higgsfield unlimited nano banana pro thinking it would function efficiently but its damn slow and its mentioning that unlimited runs goes to standard queue. switch of unlimited for faster priority results. if you are someone thinking of buying unlimited. don't make that mistake instead buy top up credits. its much effective that this unlimited scam

My experience with Higgsfield’s 4K unlimited access was very disappointing.
I purchased the subscription specifically because it included unlimited 4K generation for a limited period. However, generating a single 8-second clip could take around 2 HOURS, which made the “unlimited” access much less useful in practice.
What frustrated me even more was what happened on the LAST DAY of my 4K access. According to the time shown in my account, I should still have had about 2.5 hours of 4K unlimited generation remaining, but the feature was disabled early.
When access is offered for a specific limited period, users should be able to use it until the stated expiration time — especially when individual generations can already take hours to complete.
I really like the potential of the platform and the quality it can produce, but this experience was extremely frustrating. If you advertise a specific period of unlimited access, that full period should actually be provided.

The result of the image and video are great to apply directly in my content creation! Just hope you can provide at least some days of unlimited use of certain tools during determined period. THANKS!

Quality is extremely great. You should avoid creating hype via "unlimited promotion" for already existing plans, especially for those who are in the 3-day test phase. It would be great if you could give it for free and for real for some days

Great, easy to use compared to other tools with everything you need in one place and the great option of doing unlimited creations.

I subscribed to Higgsfield almost a year ago and paid on a monthly basis. At the time, I took advantage of the launch offer that included unlimited access to Nano Banana Pro, which was never made available again afterward.
The subscription initially cost around $29 per month, but the price gradually increased to over $69 per month. In my opinion, this became far too expensive, especially since I was only using Nano Banana Pro for image generation and was not using any of the video-generation tools included in the plan.
It was also never clearly explained that generation speeds could become significantly slower. In some cases, images took several minutes to generate, and there were even entire days when the service was completely unavailable.
Eventually, I wanted to temporarily pause my subscription because I was going on holiday and would not be using the service. However, there was no option to pause it. My only choices were either to pay for another month that I would not use or cancel the subscription entirely.
I chose to cancel, but when I later tried to subscribe again, I discovered that I could no longer access the unlimited Nano Banana Pro plan.
Overall, it feels very unfair. I was forced to choose between paying for a month of non-use or permanently losing access to the plan I had originally subscribed to.

DO NOT USE HIGGS FIELD!
it's a scam. I haven't used such a bad product in my life... after 15 years of video making and being super enthusiastic about AI content.
This shit should be punished by law. I hope they go bankrupt.
- They take your money with fake promises. No unlimited anything... it's all paid content creators scamming.
- Nothing is clear. For this present, you need one of the 500 plans they have, and good luck finding the one that allows you to do exactly that thing.
- The UI is like a 90s computer full of viruses, 100 popoups all the time with fake promises.
- Its all engineered for you to spend on credits like many AI apps but this one won the award for being the worst.
I hope everyone boycotts this App. Artlist seems to be a better option

As a creator who grew up having my mind completely blown by Star Wars, and now seeing filmmakers like George Lucas acknowledge where AI storytelling is headed, I genuinely believe AI production belongs in the hands of storytellers, filmmakers, artists, and creative people who have something to say. It shouldn't be reserved for big studios with massive budgets.
What Higgsfield has done is help level the playing field.
I'll admit, the pricing had me concerned for a while. It's easy to burn through credits after rendering just a few high-quality videos. But the unlimited project option completely changed my perspective. If I'm actively working on a film or commercial, I can dedicate a day to creating everything I need at a price that actually makes sense. I don't need unlimited access every day. I need it when I'm deep into a project, and this model fits that workflow perfectly.
The platform keeps getting easier to use, and the tutorials are genuinely helpful. I'd love to see even more educational content because every update unlocks new creative possibilities.
I also think a lot of us have forgotten how much fun filmmaking is supposed to be. At its core, it's entertainment. It's imagination. It's discovering a story and finding the best way to tell it.
One thing I find myself saying more and more is:
"I like the way I do it better than the way you don't do it."
It's become my response whenever someone dismisses these tools without ever taking the time to create with them.
Don't get me wrong. There is still an incredible amount of work involved. Great prompts don't write themselves. Great stories don't magically appear. You still need vision, taste, patience, editing, timing, composition, cinematography, music, and the ability to communicate emotion. Those things have always belonged to artists, and they still do.
That's why I don't think AI replaces artists. I think it reveals them.
The people who are passionate about storytelling will keep creating no matter what tools are available. The people who love filmmaking will continue learning, experimenting, failing, improving, and pushing themselves. AI doesn't remove that journey. It simply gives us a new canvas to paint on.
This isn't stealing creativity. It's expanding what's creatively possible.
We're still writing the stories. We're still directing the scenes. We're still making the artistic decisions. We're simply using an incredible new set of brushes to paint pictures that used to require entire studios and budgets most independent filmmakers could never dream of.
Right now, AI is a loaded term because people associate it with replacing jobs. I understand those concerns. But from my perspective as a filmmaker, this feels much closer to the arrival of digital cameras, CGI, and modern visual effects. Every generation of artists has had new tools that challenged old assumptions. The artists didn't disappear. They adapted, and storytelling became richer because of it.
So thank you to the Higgsfield team.
Thank you for giving independent filmmakers, storytellers, musicians, and dreamers a chance to compete on a much larger stage.
Thank you for helping us paint with new brushes.
I'm excited to see where this technology goes, but even more excited to see what artists create with it.

Higgsfield’s subscription model is confusing and frustrating, particularly around its “unlimited” memberships. The company has suggested that longer wait times occur during periods of high demand, but many users report experiencing the same extended delays regardless of the time of day, leading them to question that explanation. When paying subscribers encounter throttling, unpredictable queues, and practical restrictions that make “unlimited” feel anything but unlimited, it creates a disconnect between the marketing and the actual user experience. If limitations exist, they should be communicated clearly and transparently so customers know exactly what they’re paying for.

It's a good app, don't get me wrong...
What's bad is their unlimited deals.
The unlimited gens take too long and it's 1 at a time.
They totally lost my trust, as their marketing is too aggressive and manipulative. They upsell the plan with the excuse of the unlimited gens, but at the end those unlimited gens are useless and you cannot use them unless you can stare at your laptop 27/7.

There was a major lack of communication regarding the supercomputer feature. It said “unlimited,” but it turned out that it definitely wasn’t (only text generation was unlimited, but this is literally an image-generation site, and nowhere did it say that image generation wasn’t unlimited).
+ I sent an email to support to discuss this issue, but I haven’t received a response from them...

I purchased the Ultra plan together with additional add-ons because I specifically wanted to use the Unlimited models.
Before generating the affected videos, I repeatedly checked that the Unlimited toggle was enabled. Despite this, more than 3,000 credits were deducted from my account in a very short period, reducing my balance from over 5,000 credits to under 2,000.
I contacted support expecting a proper technical investigation and a fair resolution. Instead, after several messages and a long wait, they simply claimed that their internal logs showed the toggle was off. They did not provide the requested generation-by-generation evidence, timestamps, toggle history, screenshots, or any explanation for a possible discrepancy between what was displayed in the interface and what their backend recorded.
They refused to restore the disputed credits and also refused to extend the limited 7-day Unlimited period, even though I stopped using the service while waiting for the investigation because I was afraid of losing even more credits.
The most frustrating part is that the entire responsibility was placed on the customer, while the possibility of a technical, synchronisation, or interface problem was dismissed without transparent evidence.
I paid for a premium subscription and additional packages, but my first experience was losing a significant number of credits and receiving an unsatisfactory support response.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Higgsfield. Customers should carefully record their screen before every generation and monitor their credit balance, because having Unlimited access displayed in the account may not be enough to protect them from unexpected credit deductions.

Overall, I’ve really enjoyed using Higgsfield over the past month. The platform offers so many great examples that I can easily reuse and turn into visually impressive videos, and the website does a good job of guiding new users through the process.
What I loved most was the complimentary month of unlimited Enhanced Seedance 2.0 access. As a beginner, being able to bring every idea to life—and keep refining it—without constantly worrying about the cost was incredibly helpful. It gave me the freedom to experiment, learn, and explore different creative possibilities.
In terms of video quality, some of the weaker results may have been limitations of the Seedance model itself. But most of the time, the model really delivered at full power, and the results were excellent.
That said, there are a few things that disappointed me or could be improved:
1. Losing unlimited Seedance access
This is definitely the biggest issue for me. After having 30 days of unlimited Seedance, suddenly losing it almost felt like withdrawal—I had gotten so used to the freedom it gave me.
I still have credits available, but the mindset is completely different now. I’m much more hesitant to test an idea because every attempt has a cost. As a result, my motivation to create has dropped surprisingly quickly. I would absolutely love it if Higgsfield continued offering some form of unlimited Seedance Fast access, even if it were limited to a specific duration or video length.
2. The prompt box in Create Video is too small
The prompt field is so small that I often have to keep scrolling just to review what I’ve written. It would be great if users could resize it themselves, expand it into a larger editing window, or if the default box could simply be made bigger.
3. Unlimited Seedance isn’t available in Canvas
It’s unfortunate that unlimited Seedance access can only be used through Create Video and not inside Canvas. Canvas is much more visual and intuitive for organizing ideas and developing a creative workflow, so being able to use unlimited Seedance directly there would make the experience much better.
4. Prompts disappear when switching models
In Create Video, if I switch from Seedance to another model, such as Kling, the prompt disappears. This means I have to copy the prompt first, switch models, and then paste it back in every time, which is quite inconvenient.
It would be much easier if the current prompt remained unchanged when switching between models.
5. Prompts should be fully visible beneath images in Canvas
I would love to have the full prompt displayed directly beneath each image in Canvas. This would make it much easier to review, compare, and manage different generations without opening them one by one.
6. The prompt text in the Canvas sidebar is too small
The prompt displayed in the right-hand panel of Canvas is also difficult to read because the text is too small. A larger font size—or an option to adjust the text size—would make it much more comfortable to use.
Overall, I genuinely love Higgsfield and had a great experience during my first month. Unlimited Enhanced Seedance 2.0 made the platform especially valuable to me because it encouraged experimentation without hesitation. I hope some of these improvements can be considered, especially bringing back an unlimited Seedance Fast option in some form. I would be very happy to keep using it!

Do not trust this platform. Tonnes of dark patterns in their pricing and 'unlimited' offers. I signed up to an unlimited generation offer and very quickly ran out of credits (within 1 day). Subsequently, the monthly renewal tried to automatically debit their highest subscription fee.
Extremely sneaky and Crazy UI.

Very disappointing experience with Higgsfield.
I purchased a subscription for professional video generation, but the output quality was consistently poor and unusable for our project. We tested multiple prompts, settings and generation styles, using 623 out of 1,200 credits, but the results still had weak prompt adherence, unnatural motion and inconsistent quality.
When I requested a refund, support refused because credits had been used, even though using credits is the only practical way to test whether the service can meet your needs. They cancelled the renewal, but would not offer a full refund, partial refund or meaningful compensation.
The platform technically works, but the quality did not match my expectations based on its presentation and examples. I would strongly recommend testing very carefully before purchasing, because once you use credits, getting a refund may be extremely difficult.
Also, their unlimited claim and feature is a lie. on my plus plan it keeps asking for generate using token. scam scam scam.
