I was a Higgsfield CPP for two years, during which I always put maximum effort into various projects and creations such as film trailers, short cinematic films, commercials, fashion commercials and product advertisements, receiving various compliments from the members themselves, Higgsfield staff, until 4 days ago I was told that they would not renew my CPP and that I would therefore no longer be part of their creators' program, because what I did during these two years was not what they were looking for, none of them, instead of giving me useless compliments, ever told me what they were looking for or wanted to achieve from this program, no one. The result is that not having had any indication or line to follow on what they wanted, it was used as an excuse to not renew my participation in their New CPP. Clearly without even explaining to me this time what this new CPP consists of, what they are looking for and who it is aimed at. After this treatment, when I thought I at least had the right to some explanations, I consider this platform very, very questionable, unclear not only towards those who promoted them with work and commitment on various social media but more generally with the creators also in terms of what it means to collaborate, create with them. I can only report my experience which, given how it ended, I judge to be very, very negative. If you can, stay away from Higgsfield. Don't make the same mistake as me. I had been warned by other creators but I didn't listen to them. You don't make the same mistake as me. They aren't the only ones in the world.

Simply signed up in an attempt to test the tiny littlest shreds that they might allow as a free new account.
You can see it claims you have 10 credits. Can you use them? No you can not. You cannot perform the slightest action without giving money, so it's another scam, they give the optical illusion of credits to experiment with, but there is no possible action: not even a 3 second 480p video which would cost 3 credits to generate can be generated: the credits are a scam, so you waste an hour attempting to test the system and it is utterly useless.
Save your money, save your time, find a company that does not resort to hostage taking behavior to try to entrap clients to force investment. Higgsfield AI is unethical,sleazy and deceptive.

The free plan comes with 10 credits so that new users can get a first look at the platform, but access on that plan does not extend to every model we host. When a model outside that selection is chosen, the platform asks for an upgrade, and that request relates to access to the model rather than to the cost of the run. This is why lowering the resolution and the duration did not change the outcome, as the balance was never the limiting factor in the first place.
The free plan is intended as a general introduction rather than as a full working setup, and the models included with each plan are listed on our Pricing page, so it is possible to see in advance what a given plan covers.
We also run promotions and campaigns for new users on a regular basis, some of which open up wider access for people on the free plan specifically, so that the platform can be tried more fully before any decision about paying for it. Those are announced on our social channels first, which makes them worth following.
Alongside that, our Higgsfield Academy is built for people starting out, with courses covering models, prompting, and settings, and it is worth a look if you decide to come back to us. Improving the experience for new users is something we are working on actively, and feedback like yours feeds into that.

This is a great company. They offer multiple AI subscriptions on one platform for a very good price. The value is insane. You will save thousands of dollars in AI subscriptions, and instead just have to pay Higgsfield like $60 a month or something, whatever the price is now, I'm not sure. Forced to Cancel and Lost My Unlimited Nano Banana Pro Plan
I subscribed to Higgsfield almost a year ago and paid on a monthly basis. At the time, I took advantage of the launch offer that included unlimited access to Nano Banana Pro, which was never made available again afterward.
The subscription initially cost around $29 per month, but the price gradually increased to over $69 per month. In my opinion, this became far too expensive, especially since I was only using Nano Banana Pro for image generation and was not using any of the video-generation tools included in the plan.
It was also never clearly explained that generation speeds could become significantly slower. In some cases, images took several minutes to generate, and there were even entire days when the service was completely unavailable.
Eventually, I wanted to temporarily pause my subscription because I was going on holiday and would not be using the service. However, there was no option to pause it. My only choices were either to pay for another month that I would not use or cancel the subscription entirely.
I chose to cancel, but when I later tried to subscribe again, I discovered that I could no longer access the unlimited Nano Banana Pro plan.
Overall, it feels very unfair. I was forced to choose between paying for a month of non-use or permanently losing access to the plan I had originally subscribed to.

On the pause, thank you for raising it. A pause option is offered within a window in the final days before a renewal, so depending on when you went through the cancellation, you may not have been at the point where it appears. A pause defers the renewal by 30 days, and it can be lifted whenever you choose, at which point the subscription resumes and the renewal goes ahead as normal.
On generation speed, Unlimited generations run through a shared pool, while generations that draw on credits are given priority within it, which is noted on the toggle when you hover over it. Alongside the level of demand at any given moment and conditions on the model provider's side, that is what shapes how long a run takes to come back.

In that mode, the work of the agent and all text requests run without consuming credits, which means planning a project, working through ideas, and everything up to the point of generating does not draw on your balance. Image and video generations are handled differently, as those always run on your plan credits. It is also worth knowing that Unlimited models apply on higgsfield.ai rather than in Supercomputer, so generations started there use regular plan credits as well.
Every generation is listed under Profile → Manage Account → Usage together with the model behind it and the credits it drew, which makes it possible to see exactly which runs used your balance during that session.

Part of me wants to give Higgsfield a five-star review. I think their product is outstanding in terms of accessibility, quality, technology, and customer service. They're genuinely innovative, and the MCP connection to Claude is simply brilliant.
That said, they recently changed their Terms & Conditions, which led me to cancel my account. Under the current Terms & Conditions, users now grant Higgsfield a non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable right and license to use, copy, reproduce, and modify user-generated content, including users' faces.
For me, that was a deal breaker. I would be happy to come back if the Terms & Conditions no longer granted such broad rights over users' content. If that changes, I'd gladly revise this review to five stars.

We have updated our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, effective August 27, 2026. The updates cover content ownership, billing, account deletion, and the newer parts of the platform such as the Supercomputer Agent and developer access.
On the point you raised, the licence is no longer perpetual or irrevocable. It exists only to let us run the Service, and it ends as soon as you delete your content or close your account. Contests and promotions may carry their own separate terms.
You own everything you create, and those rights stay with you even if you cancel your subscription, so you are always free to deliver your work to your clients. We only ever feature your work if you have made it public, such as posting to the community or entering a contest, or if you have given us permission. Private and client work is never used in our marketing without your consent.
On biometric data, it is used only to provide the feature you requested, it is never stored, and it is destroyed as soon as processing completes.
