Very disappointing experience with Higgsfield.
I purchased a subscription for professional video generation, but the output quality was consistently poor and unusable for our project. We tested multiple prompts, settings and generation styles, using 623 out of 1,200 credits, but the results still had weak prompt adherence, unnatural motion and inconsistent quality.
When I requested a refund, support refused because credits had been used, even though using credits is the only practical way to test whether the service can meet your needs. They cancelled the renewal, but would not offer a full refund, partial refund or meaningful compensation.
The platform technically works, but the quality did not match my expectations based on its presentation and examples. I would strongly recommend testing very carefully before purchasing, because once you use credits, getting a refund may be extremely difficult.
Also, their unlimited claim and feature is a lie. on my plus plan it keeps asking for generate using token. scam scam scam.

False advertising and overcoating. They advertise to give you 7 days unlimited on plus and Pro but when you buy it and try unlimited they send you to buy Max plan for it. When asked in customer care they manuplates you

I did a lot of research before I decided on my AI subscription. Higgsfield won me over quickly. I am a new user and learning on the fly, but am amazed at some of my results already. Most realistic (when desired) generations I have found anywhere. The lip sync is incredible too.
I am very excited to see where I adventure with the help of Higgsfield AI.
But a bit of a warning about some features like Super Computer. It can be a great help, one of your best guides, but if you prefer your own creativity be careful how much control you give it. I learned to ask it for prompts instead of generating for me because features like Super Computer, Canvas, and possibly others will use your credits even if you have unlimited during that time. Also I want to approve the prompt as the vision I have. I highly recommend asking the Super Computer (in free mode) set you up with a template for which ever model you are using.
Happy Creating!!

I was told to give your site and product a try by a friend who has been using the platform for a couple of months. However, within about 3 hours of the site freezing and blanking out frequently, and after being able to generate just a couple of test videos and images from "24 hours of unlimited access", I received an error saying unlimited access is no longer available. So the offer of a day unlimited access is a complete lie and I received around 2 hours. While I think the output from the few prompts I saw were decent, I think i will just look elsewhere and have canceled the subscription. Hugely disappointed.

The unlimited future is a lie. I have to wait more than 30 minutes while trial users get instant generations.

Reply from Higgsfield AI
They run a campaign that all models can be used for free and with unlimited credits. I register, I sign up for the trial, then when I want to run the first video, they still prompt me to pay for a plan and pay today. What a cheap trick

Reply from Higgsfield AI
The tokens were running out very fast,
I was thinking the tokens are for one day and after a few video generations I was out of tokens for the whole month.
Besides this there is markeing campign about seedance 2.0 unlimited usage but as a signed up user we got nothing :(

Reply from Higgsfield AI
Seems like a scam, they had a pop up saying you can try out their unlimited plans for 24 hours if you sign up to a plan, but once you go to the payment page, there is no 24 hours trial anymore. In fact they still have this offer on their website but once you sign up, it just disappears. Not a honest way to do business.

I was having problem with 7 days unlimited offer and think it would take forever and never get helped but Theo from higgsfield helped me in 30 minutes and everything was done extremely smooth. Perfect Experience

Update: Higgsfield responded quickly to this review. I need to correct two points from my original post. I misunderstood a lower upgrade price shown on my account; the annual plan I originally purchased has not had the price reduction I described. I also located a previous reply from support, although that reply did not identify or resolve the issue I was experiencing. I have corrected those claims in fairness to the company. The rest of my feedback stands. The resolution was that Higgsfield fully refunded me.
Original Review:
I've been a power user. I'm on the max plan that gives me 9000 credits per month. I purchased a year's worth when they advertised it as 44% off, and 2 weeks later they lowered the price to lower than the discount I got as the regular price. So I basically over paid by 50% on a one year commitment because predatory advertising. I also purchased a 1 week unlimited pack for a certain model, and using it has been HELL because how much I'm queue throttled on something I purchased. And it's ONE generation at a time, no queuing. What takes 1-2 min if I were using credits, on the unlimited pack I PURCHASED, it takes 25-30min ONE AT A TIME. It completely destroys my workflow and has been a huge time sink. What's worse is that they often hide the unlimited toggle and I have to find it. Last time I couldn't find the unlimited toggle so I emailed their support and they never replied me. I had to find where they had hid it. The unlimited Boolean isn't something that's exposed in their MCP servers so you can't make that an API call. I paid $175 for an unlimited pack and based on my calculus, getting throttled at 15min per gen, I actually CAN'T get even half of my money's worth in credit equivalents if I bench mark off of the subscription, which I am already OVERPAYING for, none of that was explicit in their advertising. Unlimited is extremely limited. It's extremely disappointing how they conduct their promises vs delivery, moving goal posts, hidden curbs.

# Higgsfield permanently suspended my account and never explained why.
In my opinion, Higgsfield's advertising was misleading.
As I mentioned in another post in late June or early July, many accounts purchased during the Christmas and Black Friday promotions were permanently suspended through the same generic email. The same thing happened again in February.
I'm in contact with many affected users on Discord, and we all went through almost exactly the same process. Our accounts were suspended, and the remaining value of our subscriptions was refunded.
What Higgsfield never did was explain **what we supposedly did wrong.**
Every one of us asked for examples of the images or prompts that violated their policies.
None of us received any.
The **review@** email address never replied. Whenever I contacted **support@**, they told me they couldn't handle the case and that only **review@** could review account suspensions.
The only meaningful response I ever received came after I posted my complaint on Trustpilot. Ironically, they told me to contact **support@**—the very department that had already told me they couldn't help me.
That left me with the clear impression that the **review@** address is effectively unmonitored.
## The real issue: misleading advertising
This is, by far, the most serious part of the story.
According to Higgsfield, my account was permanently suspended for generating NSFW content.
I asked them dozens of times to identify the specific image or prompt that violated their policies.
They refused every single time.
The Nano Banana Pro model constantly generates false positives.
My last prompt before the suspension was:
> "A sticker of a human face on a MacBook Pro."
That generation was flagged as NSFW.
After six months of using the platform, you can imagine how many false positives accumulated if something as harmless as that could trigger their filters.
Meanwhile, nine months before I subscribed, Higgsfield itself published a promotional video on its official YouTube channel titled **"WAN 2.5 Unlimited."**
youtube /watch?v=S5H_g_HG5B4
The video showed a woman exposing her breasts (blurred only to comply with YouTube's rules) while promoting the model's ability to generate nude women.
That is significantly more explicit than a prompt about "a sticker of a human face on a MacBook Pro."
After I pointed out this contradiction, the video was removed and set to private.
The same thing happened with their Community page.
higgsfield /community
Higgsfield proudly displayed user-generated images containing exposed breasts, exposed genitals, men exposing their genitals, scenes of sexual abuse, dictators, people wearing Nazi uniforms, rapists alongside politicians, and dead people.
After I complained about the inconsistency between that content and my permanent suspension, the Community page was also redirected.
I have screenshots documenting everything I am describing.
I also archived the WAN 2.5 promotional video before it disappeared.
Then there is Higgsfield's own Trust page:
higgsfield /trust
It states:
> "Content moderation is applied at the model level—each model scans prompts, reference images, and outputs through its own filtering logic, so content policies may vary depending on the model being used."
It also states:
> "While private generations are the responsibility of the creator, any content shared publicly that violates our Community Guidelines can be reported via email and is subject to immediate review and removal."
If moderation is performed automatically by each model, and private generations are the creator's responsibility, why was my account permanently terminated without identifying a single violating image or prompt?
Even today, Higgsfield has never explained what I supposedly did wrong.
They refunded the remaining value of my subscription.
I never wanted a refund.
I wanted the service I paid for.
I lost money.
I lost time.
I had to rebuild my workflow overnight, learn new platforms under pressure, and find emergency alternatives to keep delivering work to my clients.
I have never failed a client.
Higgsfield failed me.
The most concerning part is this:
**If Higgsfield cannot explain why a paying customer's account was permanently terminated, then no customer can know whether their own account is actually safe.**
I repeat:
**I have screenshots of everything.**
I have the emails.
I have archived copies of their promotional material.
I have the WAN 2.5 video.
If other users have experienced the same thing, I would like to connect and compare our cases.

Unlimited use passes are probably one of the best way to access large amount of generated content from any platform. Sure it takes a while to generate, but it beats spending thousands going directly to ByteDance or OpenAI directly. Their combination of tools will always live in my premium tool kit.

The unlimited usage! The tutorials! The tools! Claude connection! And more!

Reply from Higgsfield AI
It works, but they deliberately throttle the speed on the "unlimited" options, not a very honest way of doing things...

Reply from Higgsfield AI
Everything is good but you have very less duration time for unlimited access. It should go for 30 days with the subscription we buy.

Higgsfield is an important part of my workflow. I love having access to unlimited Nano Banana!

The website itself is pretty simple to use if you take the time to learn it, but the customer service is horrible. They WILL NOT refund you for ANYTHING, even if you show them the malfunction was on their part. I bought an unlimited seedance bundle and the Higgsfield models were stretching my generations no matter what model I was using. This went on for two days. I contacted customer service and got no solid answers, directions, or explanations as to why this was happening. All they said is that they were going to escalate it but I never got a solution to my problem. This issue went on for two days and my unlimited is only for a week. They absolutely refuse to refund me or credit me for the two days I lost, even though I emailed them physical evidence of the problem. Terrible, customer service that are more interested in your pockets than you getting the most out of their website. I am currently looking for a more reputable AI video producing site and don’t plan to use Higgsfield again for any future projects.
UPDATE: Higgsfield has made things right in terms of loss credits. I’m growing more and more familiar with the platform everyday and learning what to do and how to do it to create the best projects. I’m having a blast as I now have ways to express my creativity through a visual medium totally under my control and Higgsfield makes it easy. There were a few bumps in the road with their customer service in the beginning, but once that was fixed I am extraordinarily happy with them. Sure, there are a few glitches here and there, but if you toy around with all the models and find which one is good for what then that’s half the battle. My friends are STUNNED at what I’ve been able to produce and so am I quite honestly. Higgsfield made it all possible so I’m upgrading my review from a 3 star to a 5 star and as of now, Higgsfield is my “Go To!”

I've been using Higgsfield for AI video/image production for about a week now, and my experience has been mixed.
On the positive side, the Discord support team (shoutout to Theo) was genuinely helpful — responses weren't always fast, likely because they're dealing with a high volume of cases, but they were honest and actually followed through on resolving issues, including a duplicate charge refund and a system bug that removed my active add-on perks.
However, I ran into several frustrating issues along the way. First, the checkout system let me get charged twice, seconds apart, for the same "Ultra Monthly 3K Addon" — something that shouldn't even be possible to purchase more than once. Even after confirming this was a duplicate and clearly not something I intended, support still deducted a 6% "service fee" from the refund, citing their standard refund policy, despite the charge being entirely their system's error, not mine.
Second, while working on the Higgsfield website on my PC, a promotional popup for the "GPT Image 2 (2K) - 7-days Unlimited" bundle appeared right as I was mid-click on something else, and the popup's buy button ended up exactly where my click landed — resulting in an unintended purchase. When I explained this and requested a refund, support told me: "the bundle is categorized as a non-initial purchase, add-ons like this fall outside what our Terms of Use allows us to refund, regardless of how the purchase happened, whether it overlaps with existing access, or whether it's been used." Since it apparently doesn't qualify as an "initial purchase," it was ruled ineligible for a refund entirely — and I was stuck using an add-on I never meant to buy for a full 7 days.
Because I already have a card on file for my active subscription, any accidental click on these popups turns into an instant charge — there's no confirmation step to catch a mistake before it goes through. It honestly made me question whether this is unintentional at all. After these two incidents, I tried to remove my card from the account to prevent it from happening again, but found out you can't remove a card while a subscription is active — you have to cancel the subscription first. So I ended up cancelling my subscription entirely just to get the card off my account.
The models and features themselves are solid, but the checkout UX and refund policy need real improvement — the system makes accidental charges easy to trigger and then refuses to take responsibility for it.

I purchased the 2-day Premium offer mainly for the Unlimited Wan 2.2 access. Unfortunately, my experience was far below my expectations.
What I experienced:
I couldn't complete a single video during my unlimited period.
Image generation often took 5–7 minutes per image.
Unlimited mode only allowed one parallel generation, making the workflow extremely inefficient.
The processing page only showed "Processing" with no ETA, progress bar, queue position, or estimated completion time.
Many premium image and video models appeared selectable, but only after clicking Generate did the platform ask me to upgrade my subscription. There was no clear indication beforehand which models were actually available.
Support experience:
Support responded to my emails and eventually provided a 100-credit promotional code as a goodwill gesture after declining my refund request. I appreciate that they took the time to respond.
However, I later discovered that promotional credits do not unlock subscription-restricted models. Many of the image and video models I wanted to use were still inaccessible, despite having the credits in my account.
If I cannot use these credits with the models I actually need, what is the practical purpose of the compensation?
While I appreciate the goodwill gesture, the credits have very limited practical value if they cannot be used with the models that require them.
I hope the team improves generation speed, provides clearer model availability, allows meaningful use of promotional credits, and adds proper progress tracking for long-running jobs. At the moment, the platform does not fit my production workflow.

Higgsfield is a scam, plain and simple.
On June 29, my account was suspended for no reason.
I wrote to them about it, and their response was to refund the money to a credit card I no longer have, so I’ll never get that money back.
They NEVER gave me a reason for suspending my account.
In recent weeks, Nano Banana Pro has been performing terribly on Higgsfield; the platform itself acknowledged this and posted warnings about it. The last day I was able to use my account, I was creating images of “a sticker of a human face on a MacBook Pro.” I queued up four images; two were accepted, and two were flagged as “NFSW” material, which is clearly absurd.
For this reason, from that day until today, I’ve been writing to the Reviewa ccount without receiving any kind of response whatsoever.
After persistently reaching out to the support accounts and the Discord channel, they finally had the Review account respond to me…
The response was a copy-paste of the answer they’d already given me; they didn’t address my concern and replied as if it were the first time I’d written to them. Clearly, no one is reviewing the Review accounts personally and carefully.
This arbitrary and absurd decision affected the work projects I was working on, forcing me to restructure them; my budgets became obsolete, I lost money, and I had to work against the clock to meet my clients’ expectations with the sense of responsibility that defines me.
Talking to other people on Discord who were in the same situation that same day, we realized that ALL OF US had UNLIMITED ACCOUNTS purchased during Christmas and Black Friday.
These accounts allowed us to create unlimited images with models like Nano Banana Pro, Flux.2 Pro, Seedream 4.5 and 5, among many others.
Higgsfield stopped selling unlimited plans, and right at that moment, many users’ accounts began to be suspended.
After looking into the matter, I discovered that in February there was a major Higgsfield scandal involving the mass suspension of user accounts—many due to false positives—but the truth behind all this is that Higgsfield sells a fantasy at super-low prices, which it later can’t sustain, so it starts canceling the accounts of users who are causing it to lose money.
HIGGSFIELD IS A SCAM; IT HAS NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
THERE IS NO ACTUAL PERSON BEHIND THE “REVIEW” ACCOUNT; YOU CAN’T TALK TO ANYONE.
