I accidentally purchased the unlimited Nano Banana Pro package by clicking the purchase button in the interface. Unfortunately, I later realized that there was no way to cancel the purchase. I contacted support hoping that either a refund would be possible or that the payment could be converted into regular credits instead. They explained that neither option was available due to their current policy.
Although the original request could not be fulfilled, I also pointed out what I believe is an important usability issue: it is very easy to purchase a package by accident, while there is no confirmation step or option to cancel the purchase afterward. I hope this is something that can be improved in the future to prevent similar situations for other users.
What impressed me most was that the support team did not simply close the ticket after explaining the policy. They took the time to understand my situation and, as a gesture of goodwill, offered me a promotional code with bonus credits. This was a thoughtful solution, especially considering that I already had access to the unlimited Nano Banana Pro package that I had unintentionally purchased.
I really appreciate that the team looked for a practical way to help instead of just repeating the policy. Their responses were professional, courteous, and genuinely customer-oriented throughout the conversation.

I recently contacted Higgsfield Support after running into a confusing issue involving credit usage while using the Higgsfield MCP integration through Claude.
From my first interaction, the support team was professional, respectful, and took the time to understand exactly what happened instead of sending a generic response. Jason clearly explained how Unlimited plans work through the Higgsfield website versus the MCP integration, which helped clear up a misunderstanding I had.
Tim followed up after reviewing my account, confirmed they had investigated my usage history, answered each of my questions in detail, and even offered a goodwill credit despite explaining that the completed generations were processed correctly on their end. I never felt dismissed, and they were transparent about what they could verify and what would need to be handled by Anthropic since the permission prompt originated on Claude's side.
Overall, I'm very happy with the level of customer service I received. The team was responsive, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me understand what happened. I want to give an honest warning to anyone thinking about a paid Higgsfield plan, because the product can look impressive while the way the business operates is a different story.
Start with the "unlimited" plans, because that word is doing a lot of work in their marketing. In practice it is not unlimited. What users and tech reporters have described is a queue system. Your request sits and waits for an arbitrary stretch before it reaches the model that actually does the work, so the plan feels unlimited while your real output gets throttled to a trickle. The pattern people keep reporting is the same. Fast and smooth for about a week, then slower and slower, and eventually a "battery" style lock that conveniently nudges you to spend more to keep going. Some users also noticed that a prompt flagged as a "safety violation" on the unlimited plan goes through fine the moment they switch to paid credits, which makes the limits look less like moderation and more like load management.
Then there are refunds, which are close to impossible to get. By their own terms, once you have used any credits you can lose your right to a refund, so there is no safe way to try the product and find out if it works for you before your money is locked in. Their U.S. Better Business Bureau profile is not accredited and carries multiple unanswered complaints, describing things like being charged twice, credit amounts that did not match what was advertised at signup, premium models that were promised and then walled off, and recurring charges that kept hitting accounts. To be fair, a handful of those cases did end with a refund, but the overall pattern is not reassuring. The checkout leans on dark patterns too, starting with a page that quietly defaults to annual billing, so it is easy to commit to a full year when you only wanted to test it for a month.
It also helps to understand what you are actually buying. A large part of the platform is a wrapper around other companies' models, names like Kling, Sora, and Google's Nano Banana. Bundling them in one place has real convenience value, but you are paying a markup, and when the throttling kicks in you can end up with far less than you would get going to those tools directly.
One more thing worth knowing. In February 2026, Forbes published an investigation into the company that documented racist marketing material and creators who said their promised payments never arrived. Higgsfield has said that content did not reflect its values and that putting it out was a mistake.
None of this means the tool is useless. It can produce strong results, and some people are happy with it. But if you are an individual creator deciding whether to subscribe, go in with your eyes open. Do not prepay for a year. Screenshot every "unlimited" promise before you hand over a card. Start on the cheapest plan and confirm it does what you need before committing to more. And watch your bank statement, because getting money back later is the hard part.

At first I was pretty upset
At first I was pretty upset. There was some confusion with an upgrade I made to Seedance 2.0 Unlimited, I pulled the trigger immediately and didn't realize it was limited to the 720p Fast edition. I reached out to support after using only two credits, and given my loyalty and history with the platform, I figured they'd simply refund me or work something out. Instead, they came back and declined to refund me or do anything to help.
That changed when I reached out on Discord and spoke with Theo. He was extremely helpful, quick to respond and gave me the kind of support I'd expect after spending thousands of dollars with Higgsfield AI. Honestly, the initial experience had me considering leaving the platform, which is the main reason I'm not giving a full five stars. But maybe over time they'll earn that back as I see them continue to look out for their loyal customers.
As of now, everything is great. Theo handled things really well, and the four stars are largely for him. If the whole process had been this smooth from the start, it would've been an easy five. I have no real complaints about the platform itself... it works solid for the most part aside from a few minor bugs, and they seem to be expanding rapidly while still trying to resolve as many issues as they can along the way.

Very confusing/misleading…
They have very confusing/misleading pricing. There support email address does not work.
They were running a special on unlimited video generations. But they don’t tell you that you can only make 1 video at a time and they put you in the slowest rendering speed category. When I was spending credits (on the same model) it took less than 90 seconds to render, and I could do 4 at a time. Now with unlimited, it takes anywhere from 5-15 minutes per video.
Overall I am unsatisfied. Saving grace is I get to experiment with a few different models. Most likely will be going straight to the companies they are providing.

Perfect for Creators
I’ve been with Higgsfield for nearly a year now, and it has genuinely become the main tool I use as a creator. In my 2025 yearly summary, I was listed as one of their top 1% of creators, which honestly says a lot about how much I use and value the platform.
One of the things I appreciate most about Higgsfield is that I don’t feel like I’m just one creator among hundreds. They recognise me as a person and as someone who is actively using their tools.
