Had a bad experience with this casino. After wining I tried to make a redemption but was cancel. It was cancel because I use a my husband card which we have a join bank account. I tried to explain this to the support team but no luck. We told them that we could show proof but no luck.They called it fraud. After back and forth emails they decided to close my account and
confiscated my winnings. CAREFUL WITH CASINO!

I love the online casino sites and have been to almost huge majority of them at least once.. High 5 Casino is on my top 5 sites and I frequent it daily - but I am only giving it two stars because of the lack of customer service - in theory, it appears to have customer service but it really doesn’t so when something goes wrong- and play long enough and often enough and it will go wrong at some point- it is absolutely impossible to get your problem resolved. Few months ago I had made two payments back to back (pry messed up their system) and didn’t get the credit for them so literally went thru weeks of trying to get in contact with them for them to credit my missing money. They literally respond with generic non related emails ending them with “your ticket is now closed if you have further problems, please create a new one”. Before this experience the site was my #1 with most of my cash going to it so I didn’t want to risk my account getting closed if I disputed it thru the bank (that violates your agreement with gambling sites and they can say it forfeit any winnings in the future so don’t dispute or charge back things unless you’re done with the site) so I spent weeks trying to find a way to get the stupid things credited- all while continuing to make new payments and spending the majority of my money with them. I eventually got mad enough and said screw it- and I disputed the charges thru the bank and got reimbursed. High 5 dropped to my #10 site and I spent very minimal money there cause I feared if I won they’d say I couldn’t have the winnings from prior charge back. Well it took a couple months but I eventually got up to $1000 without spending any money (off daily sc stuff like that) so I redeemed it and received that no problem so started using it regularly again- still never #1 - here I am two days ago and a payment I made didn’t get credited sl- no response to the ticket I put in two days ago- did the contact them thing thing again today- nothing. I’m so sick of this site I’m completely done- the fact that they can’t respond or fix this so that I know for certain that my actions don’t violate an agreement and keep a risk that I could waste hundreds or thousands of dollars on their site for nothing is too much. I love the games they have- they are unique and different from other sites but the lack of customer service and customer care and retention is not worth it. I’ll go dispute the charge and never spend another dollar on the site. I’ll play with their free sc till that eventually stops with no payments coming in but the site isn’t worth it.

Won a 2000$ jackpot. Went to redeem and suddenly there were issues with my account. After emailing back and forth my account was permanently banned and all winnings and funds I had paid for were kept by them. No further explanation and they no longer reply to emails

I do not have the patience to sit around while a game takes over a minute to load up. Just to access the page of the free daily .20 takes about 30 seconds. It's so ridiculous! I'm not sure how this casino has a 4.3 rating because it's not great in my opinion. The first time I played on this site I won a few hundred but it's been almost a year and nothing. Doesn't matter what I spend. Also, they stopped giving bonuses for some reason, but it's fine I can live without the 30 cents. And the winnings from the games are very low. I had a bonus on one game and it was giving me x . 2??? Not x2 but x0.2....really?? That's a few pennies on a 0.50 spin..... How is that a bonus??

Let me preface this by saying High5 use to be my all time favorite online casino. I sang their praises and was a diehard, loyal High5 customer and fan.

When I first started playing here I was shocked by how much I won because other online casinos are scammy and tight and I had no idea how a legitimate casino truly operated. I would say I cashed out at least 3-4 times per month. They had a wide variety of games, customer support was great and you really got the sense that they truly cared about their customers.

Fast forward to when the CEO or whatever he is, let his finance/wife or whatever stick her hands in the mix. Now I don’t know if she’s responsible or if the timing was just coincidental but here is what I have noticed.

As soon as she started her High5 stream on YouTube, things started going downhill. First, wins really started to dry up but didn’t hit hard until about a year ago. Now, you can forget it. I can’t even remember the last time I cashed out on High5.

They are the only casino that I play (out of 50+) that backslides your VIP level. They have this thing called “Lucky Drop” that happens I think once a week … it’s a lousy $2! TWO FREAKING DOLLARS! My VIP level is quite high and when I win free spins, I get FIVE. I use to get between 25-40 and now it’s FIVE SPINS.

They have got to be the greediest casino I play at. Look at sites like CrownCoins that give oodles of freebies every single day and once you achieve a vip level there, it’s permanent.

I could honestly go on and on about how High5 has changed for the worse, but I think you get the hint. I hate to say it and it actually makes me sad, because I loved High5 SO much … but it’s just not worth it anymore. After this review, I am deleting my account and moving on.

They offer absolutely nothing that 99.9% of other sites don’t already offer, and then some. And when it’s been about a year since I was able to cash out? Forget it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. When you want a company to know you will no longer put up with their BS, you hit them where it hurts … the pocketbook.

So long, High5. I am sorry you decided that greed was more appealing than customer satisfaction and destroyed a good thing. Just remember, when you start running off your loyal customers, everyone else will follow.

UPDATE: things are still terrible at High5. Still unable to get a single bonus, cash out or win a dime. Also, after carefully reading their TOS and Sweeps rules, they clearly state that anyone who posts a critical review or feedback will be banned and their winnings/Sweeps Coins will be forfeited.

That right there should tell you everything you need to know about this company.

SECOND UPDATE: login to my account tonight to be greeted by a pop up window that says I had 25 free spins on one of their new games. Check my notifications, also says I have 25 free spins. Then I check my email … again 25 FREE SPINS. However, it won’t work. Later on they send a second email that says “sorry about the typo in the last email.” It wasn’t just a typo … the 25 free spins were also added to my account and they still show up in my notifications on the website but they still insist it was a typo.

With my VIP level your 5 free spins are INSULTING. Yalls entire VIP system is complete trash and a real slap in the face for people with almost max VIP.
