Total Scam! Do not use!

Also trading as GARDENSWAPSHOP.CO.UK now so I would avoid that as well!

All other complaints are completely accurate!.

Total scam. AVOID. Goods not despatched. E-mails not replied to and two contact numbers (both mobiles) are not contactable. Managed to get a bank refund.

Absolute Scam Website. Microsoft Edge suggested it for cheaper purchases over Amazon, and they have "tracking" website for shipping, phone numbers listed on the website that aren't connected, references to companies that do exist in companies house, but is absolutely fraudulent. Ihave taken up with my c/card provider

Do NOT use this company. They are SCAMMERS! They have taken my money and not supplied the product. They are not replying to emails and the phone numbers are all disconnected

They are late for about 3 weeks. After I bought the item they haven't replyed to my emails. The delivery website doesn't get back to me either. The delivery date is backdated and the website doesn't update it or give you any explanation. The whole thing became a joke. The plan, the waiting, etc. They messed up so much. Now I have to work on a dispute to get my money back to only then buy a needed washing machine. They messed up well. The numbers on website (2 mobile numbers) don't ring... Many emails, attempt to contact them and nothing. DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY, ENERGY AND TIME WITH THEM. In my case a proper scam.

Do not reply phones are fake numbers.

Looks like I've been ripped off too. Order for essential freezer fridges acknowledged 13 Oct 2023 and nothing since. Estimated delivery date is 28th have emailed them several times no response Wish I'd read reviews first before I ordered. They are scam I'm amased it's still on line.

Think this website is a scam! Ordered hedge trimmers on 6.10 and got an email to say they'd been dispatched within a couple of days and was given tracking info which said delivery would be 21.10, which in all honesty, I thought was a bit too long. When they didn't arrive I contacted High Class Market, got an e-mail back saying they were very busy and delivery would be 24.10. Still, they didn't arrive, so I contacted the website again and the messaged the courier. Had no reply, searched for the company and it looks like this site is a scam, as lots of reviews the same, haven't received orders. One word of advice, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. However, if you have contact your bank, mine have refunded the money and are now looking into this.

This is a scam. As others have stated below. You get a receipt, tracking number etc. Says it's on its way but once past the est. delivery date you get nothing. Phone numbers do not work and emailing their customer service gains no reply. Was provided this website via Microsoft Edge Shopping which is a massive c*ck up on their part.

Oh Dear, looks like I've been scammed as well :( Ordered the Ninja Air Fryer online -12 Oct 23. Looked like good value. Had to contact them as they were trying to ship to the billing address. Initially a couple of responses but as of 31 October they seem to have gone to ground. AVOID!

Website should be shut down, how can they still be allowed to ‘fake trade’? Ripping people off, absolutely disgusting. I did get some responses initially, just extending the date of arrival, now no responses. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

purchased a Ninja twin air fryer two weeks down the line nothing delivery now they will not answer any of the emails also no answer to phone numbers they do not exist, I also think that nameparcel.com is part of the operation and they will not answer my emails and the tracking has been displaying the same message parcel on its way

Payment taken in the name of GardenSwapShop.com but despite a number of emails saying the goods had been despatched, it hadn't. I emailed but no reply. AVOID YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
