Good experience using their shared web hosting service, which is reasonably priced. The control panel is user friendly for me to easily monitor and manage my 3 servers and my hosted services.
By going for Higher Hosting for my web hosting, I have made the right choice. I find the uptime to be very good and they have good options with regards to the specifications and configurations of servers. The support team is also ready to answer any doubts.
I was initially skeptical about their lower prices, but since they do have an attractive pricing, I went ahead with their premium level shared hosting and after 10 days so far, I can say that their servers are speedy and reliable.
Great customer service and good quality hosting options which are not expensive. I do like the fact that so far, their server's uptime has been better than other hosting providers.

I've had a good experience with their customer support. They were responsive and provided me all the information that I needed. Their hosting plans are affordable and I went for their platinum hosting plan and it indeed supports my high traffic website, so I am satisfied for now.

I went ahead with a US based server for hosting and the server speed and uptime are as good as expected to be.

For the price I paid Higher Hosting for hosting, it is better than other providers, as the plan included free ssl, unlimited bandwidth and daily backups too. I am happy with the hosting service.
