Great communication and thorough service.

The team did a great job, the installation and dismantle was so smooth and hassle free.
The marquee was clean and tidy, we would definitely be using them again.

Highfield made the whole process of booking and amending our marquee order very simple; they liaised directly with our venue to organise set up and removal which made life very easy!

We had some last minute amends to our order which they facilitated easily - thank you.

We held a birthday party at our house in July 2022 and used Highfield Event Group. They were brilliant from first to last. Claire gave us excellent advice in the design phase (location and design of marquee, fittings and props, food, bar etc), and they were really calm and helpful when our event had to be rescheduled twice due to covid!

When we finally got to hold the event, their set up team was professional and customer focussed. We booked Claire to be on-site during the event and she was absolutely brilliant with our guests, doing any tasks that needed doing! And Kat in the office was patient with our change requests and efficient in dealing with the food, bar and other suppliers. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We have been using Highfield to supply our Speech Day 25m x 55m marquee for several years now and their communication, reliability and performance has always been exceptional. They were also very pragmatic and flexible during the pandemic, which helped us tremendously. On site too, the company perform well, with staff being well lead, polite and efficient. Overall, highly recommended.

Highfield performed brilliantly in all respects as they always do. The Marquee was absolutely perfect for the event, the service was exemplary and their contacts for ancillary matters (eg sound and lighting) was terrific. Outstanding!

The Highfield Event Group did an amazing job providing our marquee, dance floor, tables and chairs. They were flexible with me and worked hard setting it all up in advance of the day, everyone was courteous and professional. The email team was also excellent and very prompt with responses, all while being able to show me photos so I could get an idea of what to expect. I would highly recommend them and most definitely use them again in the future.

The quality of the marquee provided by Highfields was excellent. It was set up in good time and the team were a delight to deal with. It was perfect for entertaining clients at the annual arable event, Cereals, held in Cambridgeshire.

We had an event last weekend and Highfield supplied the marquee, the lads who came to put it up on the Thursday were all very nice and helpful. We were happy with the marquee and will use them again for our event next year.

Service was second to none throughout!! Chris Chapman was so helpful and came out to give us a quote straight away and was extremely helpful in giving us advice on what we needed and also what we didn’t need. Kat in the office was also superb and very attentive. Chris and Kat are always on hand and Chris even came back to us after hours when we needed help.
