Saj is a CON MAN.
We SPENT £8000 on a car in October last year, five weeks later there was catastrophic engine failure. We tried everything to get it fixed under the warranty however no one would touch it as the job was too big so we told him we needed a refund or for him to repair it.
He IGNORED all communication from there, further WhatsApp messages and two emails so we had no choice and applied to court.
We won the court case in April.
He appealed it.
We won the court case again in July.
Because he is in the wrong.
He’s refusing to pay and ignoring the court order!
Now we are having to get bailiffs to get our money back because he’s ignoring us. I want to give him back the car. I just want a refund for the vehicle he sold us that doesn’t work. As is our legal right.
DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN HE IS A LIAR AND A FRAUD

I bought a car from this dealership via Auto trader at the start of the year, since then I have had nothing but problems.

When he delivered the car it was filthy, it had moss growing around the windows and on the roof rails and a car was didn't clean it, I had to spend half an hour manually jet washing to get it clean.

He was in such a rush I had 10 minutes to look at the car before he went.

I had to pay for a full service almost immediately as it was running poorly and I was getting warning lights. Since then I have had numerous dashboard lights come up, a number of electrical failures, I had to pay for a new alternator and drive belt as the car literally died on me while driving, I have just been told the air con condenser is broken (air con hasn't worked since I got the car) I've been quoted £1100 for this.

I still get intermittent warnings and the car regularly goes into limp mode, there are screeching sounds coming from the back and a knock at the front.

I wasn't made aware of any issues when I bought the car.

I've tried to recoup costs, I had to fight for the warranty to pay out for the alternator and have only received partial reimbursement for that and I've tried to recoup my costs from the dealer or ask for them to take the car back and they are not interested in doing anything, quote: 'im not sure what I can do'

I paid £3000, I've put well over £1000 into it in under 4 months and it currently has at least £1100 worth of repairs outstanding, I can't sell it, the only other option is WeBuyAnyCar and the offers are around £500 so I'm at a huge loss and the dealer doesn't care and won't do anything.

Absolutely avoid at all costs.

Having dealt with this company and seen how he deals with cars when he’s trying to “Get rid” of them here’s my opinion.
If you seriously are going to buy from this company in Leicester you can have a company perform an on the spot check to see if it’s safe. I highly recommend having the vehicle checked before purchase. I believe this guy has someone doing MOT’s for him on unsafe cars to move them on.
My mum purchased from this guy and the car had an MOT and it lasted less than 6 months. An actual garage said it had the timing belt moved to “get rid” of the vehicle. but It would never pass a “Legitamate” MOT!!!!.
Vehicle cost £2000 and lasted less than 6 months. No refund,help or even a response.
Take my advice and don’t buy from this company. If you’re do,have it checked by an actual company on site like Click Mechanic or something. Worth the money not to be ripped off.
I have passed the companies details onto the Motoring Standards Agency and all other relevant people. Hopefully he doesn’t rip anyone else off.
***As stated in the above if you can read English It was my 69 year old mother you sold a car to not me. This was late last year it was a Peugot 208 and as mentioned the garage failed the MOT as the timing belt had been moved and it was beyond saving*****
The reason I voice my concerns is that no one including yourself does a proper job anymore just rips of the public relentlessly. Including poor work at Kwik Fit and a £60 phone bill with no signal!!!.

Recently bought a BMW 1 Series from this dealer and can't complain with the service from start to finish. Was also offered free 18 months warranty with the sale.I'm very pleased with Saj's above-and-beyond customer service. Would highly recommend.

Please Do not buy a car from this dealer In Leicester, the owner is a dishonest man and he will scam you. He sold me a faulty car with a hidden problem. On the day of purchase he didn't want to give me a warranty on the car. I fought for it. I bought the car on the 8th of Oct. 2022. I have not been able to use the car. He refused to take back the car and repair it. Please DO NOT buy a car from this garage. The owner is a scammer. I bought a car from him on the 8th of October, I had to fight for a warranty as he knew that something was wrong with the car. I paid for this car £6000 and I have spend £2000 already on the car. He refused to take back the car I now have a car that worked for 3 weeks and today the 28th of January, I am unable to use. If I could rate lower I would but please people STAY AWAY FROM HIGHHGATE MOTOR IN LEICESTER, HE WILL SELL YOU A FAULTY CAR!

First you refused to give any guarantee and made me pay for a private warranty, I took the car to a garage as you didn't offer any help and told me to fix it myself, you only paid £370 and £400 from the warranty. Which's only half the total of the invoices that I have after 3 weeks of fighting with you. The car stopped in the 1st and 2nd week after I left your garage. The 3rd week it broke down completely, it had to be towed by the RAC. Which you told me to take it and fix it, The repairs after 3 weeks of driving the car was £1700. which I've ur transactions and I have proof you admitting the fault on the car, you only started to offer a car after I posted a negative review and I have your messages threatening me and threatening my work place. You refused to take responsibility and fix the car or give me a refund and only dragging the problem, and only starting to say you want to do this and that after I've posted the truth about such businesses and how they buy cheap faulty cars and sell them to people and avoid taking responsibility.
It's a hard lesson in life not to deal with such businesses.
All my paperwork is genuinely.
Plus I don't know who's we 'we', this is a one person business as far as people can see.
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Now he's trying to bring the reviews down, makes you doubt the rest of the reviews. This has caused me a lot of stress. I can prove every word of this.

Bought a skoda octavia from this dealer. Very fast response and availability. Pleased with the price too. Was all sorted within an hour.
Also they checked up on me a month later to see if the car was running great and if there were any issues.

Bought a BMW X5 from this dealer. Excellent service start to finish. The car was amazing with all the extra features I wanted. They were really helpful and very accommodating, going above and beyond to work around my schedule. Also sorted out all my paperwork for me!

I brought a car from the dealer with the full MOT that passed perfectly. After a day of owing a car I noticed few issues with a car. The car was loosing power and was ratting very loud when adding gas, so i took it to a garage. It turned out that breaks were unsafe to drive (even though it had passed its MOT~JOKE), car needed to have to be fixed. The dealer was happy to pay for a repairs but then again the next issue came up, which was an air lock (lound water sound when car is in motion). At this point i decided that this car was not for me and i took it back. The dealer offered my full refund but refused to pay for MOT which i paid for. After also taking it back to a mechanic of my choice i found out that the bumper was changed which was not mentioned during the sale.
