Spoke immediately with a local customer services advisor who gave me all the guidance I needed to proceed.
Great availability of engineers and able to work with my availability with work.
Chris arrived in the time slot arranged.
Quickly found the issue, replaced the necessary part after completing diagnostic checks.
Really professional service.
Knowledgeable and helpful, sharing guidance and advice as I hovered nearby for ongoing care and maintenance of the Bosch appliance.

We had Paul from Highland Appliance Service install a new Bosch hob in out kitchen his work and service was excellent.

Paul the engineer arrived promptly with the parts to affect speedy repair to our washing machine. He gave us some good advice on the use of washing powders versus washing liquids Many thanks

From advice on the phone , ordering , delivery and installation by Paul - 10 out of 10 . Such quick service and my old appliance taken away . company was recommended by a friend and I wd have no hesitation in also recommending them .

This is at least the fifth time I have used this company and have been extremely pleased with the prompt helpful service and the quality of the products they deliver. This time it was a Bosch washing machine, installed efficiently by Paul (as usual!), who took the old one away for disposal.

Great help in finding a replacement Intergrated Microwave that would fit space and match existing appliances. Great communication from order to delivery date.
Engineers both friendly and polite and did a quick job fitting and explained the instructions. Took all waste packaging away.

First class service from choosing dishwasher to getting a super speedy appointment. Removed old appliance and fitted new one and took the old one away. Absolutely hassle free, wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Karen and the team were superb. Washing machine died at the weekend and they came to the rescue. New one installed and fitted with care and they go the extra mile. Really helpful and knowledgeable team who can not do enough. Thoroughly recommend them.

Chris Parker repaired our dishwasher. A very experienced, knowledgeable engineer who quickly identified the issue and dealt with it.

I will go to Highland Appliances first every time.

Had an issue with our washing machine the other day. Great service from Paul who was very friendly and identified the issue straight away. Would definitely use again.

Fan on the NEFF cooker had blown. Called Highland appliance services and they came the same day. They had the parts and all fixed without any fuss.
Very efficient and Paul was very professional and explained what had happened and what needed done.

Chris came to change the dishwasher pump. He arrived on time, took care of his environment, protecting the floor, hoovering, checking. Chris is also kind and considerate. We are delighted with the service that HAS provides. Our thanks go to the telephone lady too.

Excellent service provided. Arrangement of our hob repair appointment was efficient and timely, with a useful text reminder. The Highland Appliance Services engineer arrived in the time-slot arranged, with notification immediately beforehand. He repaired our induction hob, checking very thoroughly afterwards that all was well. The whole operation was tidily carried out, in a throughly helpful and friendly manner. Could not ask for better!

We had to make a claim under the warranty of our product. Highland Appliances knew what was wrong by our explanation of the problem and ordered the part before coming out to save a second visit. Chris, who came out, was friendly, helpful and arrived promptly. Problem was fixed quickly, easily and with no fuss.

Paul arrived on time and quickly set to work. Very diligent and exceptionally careful to make sure there was no damage to surroundings whilst he completed the work. Lots of useful tips help and advice! Would highly recommend Highland Appliance!

Had a old, bulky American Fridge Freezer to disassemble & place outside for uplift before new Fridge Freezer could be installed. Scott & Chris could not have been more helpful with both items & left with my sincere thanks for just a great service.
