Bloody Scammers, Never again!

I would give 0 stars if that would be possible. Ordered and paid at the 15th of september, became the shipping notice on the 24th of september and still up to this date (14th of october) I didn't get any order. I tried to buy this for the birthday for my girlfriend which was in early october. But the worst of it is the 3 messages which I send to their customer support and neither of them gave me any response (I didn't even got a tracking number and when I try to look for my order number on their website it says 'order not found'). I'm starting to believe it's a complete scam site. to hell with you all.
