Even though they claim they have a clear refund policy - they refuse to give you a refund. I was fully eglegible for a refund, but support kept wanting screenshots, kept asking questions - I needed to open a paypal dispute claim to get my money back.

Their proxies are not virgin proxies as they claim and all of them were shadowbanned by Facebook.

I bought 100 Uk Proxies for Facebook use from them.None of the proxies worked - they were all banned by Facebook for policy violation so I asked for a refund, after 20 hours. They claim to have a 3days refund guarantee. They refused it, even though their proxies don't work. Scam site.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! All of my accounts get action blocks for no apparent reason while using them. They have a horrible refund policy if you do have issues like I am having and now I am down $150...

Freaking bad website! Never got my proxy! I sent an email and no answer. DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I recently wanted to try out whether using proxies would benefit my use-case in my app.
Unfortunately it turned out that I couldn't use proxies for this specific use-case because of the added delay.

I had paid via PayPal and the refund appeared immediately in my account.

Their proxies are not fresh and new as claimed.I had an Instagram account DELETED after using their proxy - no doubt it was linked to a seriously bad account and by association, my account was deleted.

When I tried informing their customer service department, all they did was to constantly ignore my issue and tell me to read their FAQ's

I would try to explain in more detail to help clarify the situation, but they weren't interested and they continued to tell me to read their t&c's.

I should have known from the start, I bought a proxy and requested it be from Australia and it was Paris, the next I requested from USA and it was in London.

I've lost 2 clients due to High Proxies but I'm glad I only tested 2 proxies with them instead of buying 100 like I first intended for all my clients.

My advice to anyone thinking of buying proxies from High Proxies is DON'T.

Not only will you not receive what you pay for but their service is ABYSMAL.

Their proxies do not work. I kept getting blocks - despite NOT using automation. When I investigated, it was a proxy issue. High Proxies did not help at all, just emailed me back generic advice saying it must be my settings. Terrible service. You pay peanuts but you get what you pay for. Don't waste your money

First attempt to use the proxy gave a timeout on the second attempt, the IP was banned. I deleted the product and asked for a refund but did not get it.

Bought 5 proxies from them, could not set it up right, asked for assistance via team viewer and all I got was links to some crappy tutorials which could not help me at all!

I asked for a refund now I am waiting for answer

They use the same datacenters as many other providers and their proxies tend to be slow, but in the world of proxies they work well and they have good support.

Hate their proxies, they are all abused
