Growth!!

Great company. Small enough to work closely with the CEO. big enough to be provided with lots of opportunity.

My personal experience with HighRange Collective

Going into this, I honestly didn’t know what to expect. I had seen some mixed opinions online so I kept my expectations pretty neutral.
After actually working here, I can say it’s been a lot more positive than I thought it would be.
The biggest thing is the environment. It’s very high energy and everyone is pretty driven, which kind of pushes you to step up too. If you’re shy or not used to talking to people a lot, it can feel uncomfortable at first—but that’s also where I feel like I’ve grown the most.
It’s definitely not a “sit at a desk and do the same thing every day” type of job. You’re interacting with people constantly and learning as you go. Some days are better than others, but that’s expected in anything performance-based.
One thing I did appreciate is that there wasn’t any weird surprises after starting. The role is pretty much what they explain during the interview process.
Also, the people make a big difference. Keegan and Garrett as trainers have been really hands-on and actually take time to help you improve instead of just throwing you into things. And Tristan (the CEO) is way more involved than I expected. he’s around, gives guidance, and clearly cares about people growing within the company.
Overall, I wouldn’t say it’s for everyone, but if you’re trying to build confidence, get better with people, and be in a more fast-paced environment, it’s actually a solid opportunity.
I’d say go through the interview and decide for yourself instead of just relying on what you read online.
