Avoid if possible.
The school offers a base service, or with an additional cost to upgrade the service, send your certificate to the courts and update user with a confirmation from the court of the submission and closure of the case. If you decline and attempt to save the PDF file of yourself, the certificate, it's locked and the user cannot edit the permissions, with would allow the e-file utilized through the courts web submission page. If I hadn't figure a work around, I'd have physically mail the certificate or pay for the upgrade to their services. Also note, I was on the phone with the collier county clerks office, they reported not to trust the school sending the certs, it rarely happens. The file was locked and the site wouldn't allow me to proceed to the next step in the process. shame of this school, preying on unknowing customers.

Our optional confirmation service is designed to give our customers peace of mind, ensuring that the court receives and accepts your completion.
Our system currently locks the PDF certificate by default to prevent editing. However, you can contact us by email or phone, and we can provide an unlocked version of your certificate of completion. Our team is currently working on removing the locking feature of our PDF certificates.

Dont pay the extra for the videos. I thought it would be easier but there are 104 sections with 3 3-10min videos each. 4 hours turned into 24

Hi Leslie, I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy the video course. The course is required by the State of Arizona to be 4 hours long and all the videos combined are exactly 4 hours. You can spend more time on the course and videos if needed.
However, I have taken a look at your account and I am able to see that you only spent 4 hours and 38 minutes on the course.

Easy to navigate, easy to understand, easy to stop and continue at my will. Information both remindful, as well as new to me. Highly recommend company. When you finish the course, they submit everything to the court, you only need to follow up and make sure the court filed it.

its a place that’s cheap
It’s one of the cheapest, if not, the cheapest, and there are no hidden fees. You do not have to pay the extra $10. I just wish I wasn’t forced to sit there for three minutes after reading one paragraph.

Watch for ads!
My experience wasn’t too good I did the course perfectly fine and then when it came to the exam I was half way done and I got an ad and when x’d out of it my exam was failed. I called and they told me I was just gonna have to pay again so I wouldn’t recommend taking your exam here in case this happens to you and you have to spend double the money.
