I had a great experience with Highway Traffic School. The Arizona Defensive Driving Course was straightforward and easy to follow. Thank you for making the process simple!

Overall good course
Overall good course, I have been driving for 66 years and learned things that I did not know. I was not surprised to discover that you could not move on to the next page in the course until a specified amount of time elapsed. This way you had to spend the full four hours on the course, even if you could have finished in an hour.

Simple. Easy.
Easy to use, easy to login, easy to stop and go! Actually learn a number of things I had no idea about, but everything in the curriculum is actually needed. Very straightforward into the point, and they took care of all the arduous filings with the state. I just received an email it was all done.

Apparantly
Apparantly, I read faster than a lot of people. It took more time than was necessary for me. However, the course was thorough and well rhought out.

Unprompted review
This school failed to send the payment to the courts.
This school failed to send the financial portion to the courts so I got a Suspension of my license and failure to appear in court. I had to call the court and MVD to straighten it all up before I couldn't drive. I recommend going with a more reliable school that will actually do what they say to do in the email. You don't want your license to be suspended when you have taken a 4 hour course and paid your dues.

Good Afternoon Courtney,
Thank you for your feedback.
We have taken a look at your case with the court and have confirmed the issue. We apologies for the inconvenance this might of caused. Based on our finding we do show your case was reported by us on time and correctly. The court did receive your court fees we collected on 03/05/2021 and cashed the check. Once the court received those fees with your completion (which was flagged in their tracking system on - 02/24/2021) they close the case as completed. For some reason the court did not close the case causing the suspension.
We will be sending this issue to the Administrative Office of the Courts for further review since this issue should not happen and it is out of our control. Our apologies again.
Respectfully,
Customer Service Team

I didn't like this cause
I didn't like this cause. Unless you got all questions right you failed. If you failed, they wanted $29 more to retake the test, which I can't afford.
This was for Janice VanSise NOT James VanSise!

Thank you for your feedback. Our apologies for the confusion. I see you have taken the FL Wireless Device Course. This course is a guarantee to pass with us. You can take the exam as many times as you need without any additional cost. I see you passed the exam on your first attempt.
Not sure if you are confusing us with another school.

Highway Traffic School Great for Reviewing Basics of Driving Rules
After completing my traffic course with Highway Traffic School, I feel equipped to be a better and more thoughtful driver. It was great to review the basic rules that we mostly forget after learning to drive.

They made a frustrating and difficult situation easy to resolve. For someone who hates online interactions I was surprised at how simple it was to sign up for and then get through the course material. I even have to admit to appreciating the refresher course. No one likes to deal with a ticket, but Highway Traffic School was the best answer to getting it off my record. I highly recommend them.
