Avoid Hi Hi/4Com if you would like consistent broadband service
Whilst it is well documented that Hi Hi is expensive and locks small businesses into long contracts, their broadband arm, 4 Com are also inconsistent in level of service. Whilst on one hand I am offered bespoke help on an issue, involving an IT technicians time, on a basic essential such as broadband signal, they have proved really unhelpful. For the past 16 weeks I have been trying to get help as the broadband keeps dropping out on one of our 2 identical broadband lines on site. BT Open Reach was sent out 4 weeks ago and the engineer, who monitored our connection long enough to witness it dropping in person, diagnosed that the line was working up to the connection box in our office building, but that the Router, supplied by Hi Hi/4Com was faulty. After 4 weeks of trying to get it sorted since then and numerous calls, wasting so much valuable management time in a small business, they have refused to replace it. My advice to any business - large or small is to avoid Hi Hi and 4Com.

Support service is super fast!
Slight issue on updating software, their support team resolved quickly and efficiently. They were very helpful and gave lots of tips and a guide to using it. Definitely recommend.

Elliot was professional, friendly, and highly understanding of the fact that he was working in a nursery environment. He carried out the installation efficiently and with minimal disruption to our staff, children, and daily routines.

Initially they come across quite friendly and till you get a phone call back from the sales team starts to going through packages then fails to mention about the seven year contract they wanted to put me in but they did not mention about the upfront cost of 150 pound which were the initial contact I had was never mentioned and he said that there was no up from cost and he did not mention any terms of that length of contract or anything like that I don't know how anyone can run in business like that ripping people off I've seen other reviews of nearly the same thing go with a revital company and avoid this company are all costs as they just pressure people into trying to sign themselves into a lengthy contract and then known as four comms limited
