Trouble with return
My order was confirmed on 7/21/2026. My order was delivered on 8/02/26. On 8/13/26 the link provided for return wasn’t functional. I used a contact link, explaining that the return link didn’t work and I was returning the shoes because they were too small. I received a response the same day, requesting the order number and to confirm my email address. I responded the same day, providing the order number and to confirm my email address. I have received 25+ promotional emails from Hike but NO response with the information needed to return the shoes.

I received the shoes on August 8, 2026 and informed HIKE on the tenth that I couldn’t wear them because of several reasons that I explained in e-mail. This is the worst customer service I…
This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life for any product I have ordered. I had a chat session opened for 8 hours to which no one ever responded. The response was "Busy at the moment and would get back to me".
Today i requested a call back on your customer service site and the first available call back is September 14. And my understanding is they have to be returned by September 10.
I had sent an email in July requesting information prior to ordering the shoes and finally received response after I had already received the shoes.
Once I received the shoes they were too short. I typically wear a size 8 so I ordered 8-8.5.
When i emailed customer service letting them know i need to return i get this lengthly text telling me i can keep the shoes and for 9.99 shipping fee i can get a new pair!! My order confirmation is #2518328.
Why can't i speak to someone??

My favorite shoe for comfort
These are my " go to shoes" I have them in many colors. Prefer the regular over the high tops. More comfortable. Only downsize is that I have a few with broken laces after a year of wear.

Super comfortable
It feels like I don’t have shoes on my feet. Not as helpful with foot drop. I can still trip with these shoes. However, with the nerve pain in my feet that normally make shoes uncomfortable, these are unbeatable.

Not too impressed
First of all, while I love free shipping, the time it took seemed really too long.
Secondly, the pair of shoes I ordered look great, but they are very "short" length-wise. I have never tried a pair of size 11 shoes that weren't long enough for me until I tried the Hike shoes. What were supposed to be a size 11-11.5 feel more like a 10. I never had this problem with other zero-drop "barefoot" type shoes.
Sorry, not too impressed for my first experience with Hike.

Nice shoes, but hard to put on.
While they are very nice shoes, I’m having trouble putting them on even with a shoehorn. Once they are on and I walk around I found them to be very comfortable and my balance seems to be improving.

Your customer service was very good when I was unhappy with the shoes,as they look like they were coming apart, you sent me another pair. I asked for the sandals instead I can’t wear the sandals because the inside of the sandal feels like there’s no cushion and it’s very uncomfortable so I have to end up wearing them with socks, which looks ridiculous.. I love the weight of the shoes and how they look but now the bottom soles are coming apart. I hardly ever wear them. I don’t understand why they are made like this???0I tried glowing them with leather craft and glue, but they’re still falling apart I am so very disappointed.
