poor quality certainly not worth the…

poor quality certainly not worth the money. Long delay in arriving. sent email asking when the shoes would be deluvered. I received a reply fair enough. they were coming from china so drop shipping company. very cheaply made with a black label on the tongue of the shoe which says 'fashion' read what you will on that one. I chopped that out as they looked so cheap. Doubt very much they do what the advertisement for them states. Too flimsy. Passing very cheaply made shoes off as ortho care. I wouldnt bother

As easy as 123

The ordering process is easy, I have placed 2 orders a couple of days apart, this first only being a couple of days ago and the other today. Hopefully they will arrive soon, but so far I have no complaints and all going well, I will share what I bought with friends and family and that I got it from hikecare.

I ordered a pair of shoes and paid for…

I ordered a pair of shoes and paid for them on the 30th of march, they've still not been delivered and I have no tracking details, I have sent an email to hike care UK but no reply.
Think before you buy anything from them there based in china.

I though I was ordering from uk not the…

I though I was ordering from uk not the other side of the world, my order took weeks to arrive ,when I wanted to return them
I had to pay for them to go back,which was more than the item was worth offered me 10% discount to keep them ,why would I waste £78 for shoes that don’t fit
Got 50% in the end now hoping to sell them on eBay but reading the reviews not sure I can sell them to other people knowing what poor quality they are
Please don’t waste your money pay that little bit extra and get quality that’s lasts

Cheapest pair of socks ever

This review is no reflection on the customer service I received but purely on the product quality... I ordered some self heating socks which in itself, should have raised alarm bells but I thought I'd give them a try. They are possibly the cheapest, thinnest and shortest pair of socks I've ever seen. I'd guess even with 10 pairs on my feet would still be cold. I ordered these as a previously ordered product (gloves) didn't fit and this company don't offer refunds - they just give you another cheap product for free. But given the awful quality of the socks, I may as well have just thrown my money away. Will not be buying anything from this site again.

I bought this item Luminous cat – handmade lamp that makes hearts shine because it had 211 five-star reviews and looked great in the photos. However, what arrived was completely different - the materials are cheap and rubbish quality, nothing like described. When I contacted them to return it, they demanded I pay $15 shipping first, even though UK consumer rights say buyers shouldn't pay returns for items not as described. Very misleading reviews and bad customer service. Avoid this seller! [Photos attached: website picture vs what I received]

Fashionable yet functional for improving balance and comfort

Apart from the very good delivery service, I'm so impressed with the shoes. After a serious ankle operation and the need to permanently walk with 2 crutches I have had real difficulties in finding a shoe I feel safe in as well as comfortable and not a big clumpy boot. Looks fashionable as well as extremely comfortable and stable.

Beware don't be fooled rubbish spray

Beware don't be fooled with the rust remover pictures read every thing carefully I didn't. £20 for 30 ml spray size of a small perfume bottle that is useless Amazon sells these three for £5.99 still not worth it. Don't think of sending item's back as the cost is higher than the item going back.
