Lacking support
My experience with Hikerdelic's service team was disappointing and, overall, frustrating. Although some of my challenges were resolved in the end, it required a lot of effort on my part to get the support I needed over a period of several months. And, while I agree that the quality of their products are generally good, I did receive an item that was scratched and scuffed with no offer to remedy the situation. I also found the sizing for some of their clothing off and that's what sparked my main challenge with them (overseas exchange). I like their products, but would be hesitant to purchase from their website again in case I have questions or issues about a future order.

Regarding your return, it appears the parcel was sent without being marked as “return of goods,” which resulted in it being sent back to you and caused delays. A free returns label was then provided, and we can confirm that your return has now been successfully processed.
