I was very impressed how my query was handled when I unsubscribed, as I didn't know it was a monthly fee.
As a widow and pensioner I will find it difficult to cope with.

I had a very disappointing experience with this service.
Money was taken from my card without my clear permission, and I was added to a subscription I never intended to join. When I contacted support, the responses were unclear and I felt like I was being misled instead of helped.

I had to insist many times and threaten legal action before they finally agreed to cancel my account and issue a refund.
No customer should go through this amount of stress just to get their own money back.

Very poor experience, and I absolutely do not recommend this service.

Just refund all the deducted amount in my account and do not deduct anymore. I already unsubscribed long tome ago.

After I mistakenly opened up a membership with Hikingseller, Claire helped me cancel the membership in a timely matter. I appreciate their attention to this matter.

Escalation team is responding to me with reply to refund me, my undesirable deduction from my bank account after giving my positive review for the website , hopefully they will be refund my payment as they promised

First, I thought the company was not doing well. Later, I found it to be one of the best companies. Great customer support.

I make complain about transactions and the issues was solved by Edith thanks to Edith and the entire team
