Its been several weeks no tracking . Emails not responded to.. either its a scam or poor coustomer service ..

My order just didn't arrive
After lots of emails to Hikishop
They used to be a top company but are now hopeless
Second time this has happened

My three items arrived today just over a week after I ordered them and the workmanship on each item was impeccable as was the quality of the cloth they were made from, and the sizing was perfect! I could not find any fault in any aspect of this transaction! I am mystified by any negative reviews!!

Product quality is good , especially those WW1 themed. Costumer service is prompt and nice. The price is reasonable as well. Very good shop.

Products arrived in 10 days!! No order confirmation, no emails after the purchase. They just appeared out of nowhere in my countrys customs and came to me after paying the taxes.

Ordered Finnish M36 jacket and pants, came in good quality and are really close to original ones (aside the jacket being a little more bluish than originals) but there was alot of variation back then so its fine!
- Kinda scary not knowing if the parcel is even being sent but atleast it arrived fast.

I've been waiting 3 months now !!!!!!
I've emailed them 9 times and they never reply. Buyers beware

Have to say I'm pleasantly surprised at my first order with these guys. Super quick and a far better quality item than another similar item purchased from China. I received no notification re shipping but arrived well packaged, and am delighted with the item. Have placed a second order for a bergmutze and am looking forward to receiving the item. Free postage, well packaged and delighted with how quickly it arrived. All good so far

I was ordering a specific garment that almost no-one makes an reprlica of and hikishop was one of few that produced it so I made an order. They weren't replying to my emails for almost a MONTH when I was asking about my order, and ONLY replied when I was threatening with refund through PayPal. Just ridiculous, zero customer service.
But if you get the product that you orderd it's decent quality and the price is very good it's a real shame that they have such a poor customer service if this one issue was sorted I would definitely order again.

Purchased on a Wednesday evening,arrived a week and a half later on a Friday afternoon. Tracking was kept up to date and I followed it to my door! Item is brilliant,good quality and fits the bill.

Always prompt delivery considering the distance, I have never had any problems with the items or delivery.

I got what i ordered. I ordered one Finnish summer blouse which arrived in good condition. The materials used are fair and the stitching is okay. So all around the condition is good for the price. Also the size i got was the same i ordered so no problems there. However the delivery time was well over a month.

Most of the items are from medium to good quality.
The prices are reasonable. You get what you paid.
Customer service has been sometimes poor in the past. But I always got everything. If you don't get a tracking number after 14 days, email him. Again and again....you may not get an answer, but a tracking number on your order status. Take it easy you are protected by pay pal. and I think he's a business man and doesn't want to lose this partner !

Having placed an order 27/05/24 I have still not heard back from them, and they don’t answer any emails… I absolutely do not recommend buying from them.

I have recently purchased several products spending over $200 and in the past the same thing. I am extremely disappointed, despite the prompt delivery I received a product with the wrong sizes. I have sent several emails with photos attached and he doesn't respond. I strongly advise against shopping here and will never do so again

Would never purchase from this company again.
No after sales help, do not answer emails when you have a problem.
I Purchased a M43 cameo German coat made sure it was bigger than I needed.
There’s terms and conditions suggest that you use a local Taylor to make alterations as the problem I had was that there was not enough room under armpits of the M43 cameo this would be economically unavailable and would have been cheaper to send back.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
Unless you want some thing you can’t were.

scam. for 6 months i asked an order for 300$ ca.
they were silent for several months, until when i asked if the package was ready to be sent.

They continue for two other months saying it was ready, the tailor was ill but then weeks after weeks, they sent me nothing.

They told me to wait 9 days and then still nothing. Losing time for an historical event, embittered, I give up and I asked for refund. 40$ for tailoring disappeared.

NEVER AGAIN!

When I came upon this website, it seemed really sketchy, with how the layout of there website was. But then I found another website with the same name. So I clicked on that one and it’s basically a updated version of the old website. So I bought from the updated website and it was totally worth it. It took about 17 days for me to get my package and they are as legit as it can get. The quality of there uniforms is really good, I didn’t like how the buttons on there where loose, but a little sewing it will fix the problem.

So if you want to buy from them, go for it. I recommend them.
Just look up “Hikishop.biz” this is the correct website. If it says .com that’s the old website.

......well, guess I can join in the pitty party. Saw the website and thought, "hey, here's a set of cheap frogskin cammies that would be fine to use at the range". Placed the order, no issues. Waited for a confirmation, none ever came. Sent a couple emails. Eventually got the same response, problems with the order system, covid, city lockdowns. Mine is not as bad as others. I'm out a C-note. Kind of mirrors another situation in the news of people being duped out of money, doesn't it. Don't expect to ever see my order!

Addendum: Hikishop: sure does have a slick website!

2nd addendum: in regards to John, I used the ". Biz" site....glad your experience was a positive one....not so much for most of the rest of us.....like someone else, if my items show up in a timely manner, I will readdress this!

3rd addendum: after more than three weeks. My items showed up. Not displeased with the product. Not responding to emails, no tracking number still gives me pause to order again.

I ordered an IJA tunic and a dress shirt from them in early May. They only responded to the very first email I'd sent them. Same message as what I've been seeing here. "Don't worry. Shipping takes a while because Covid." Anyway, long story short, I've sent multiple emails asking for a tracking number or possible whereabouts of the package. Nothing. Truth be told, I don't think it'll ever show up. It seems I'll be another poor sod just waiting for years for an order that will never arrive. Do not buy from these people. Use Epic Militaria, At the Front's a good option too. If you're lucky enough to have a tailor in your area, I'd recommend asking if they make specialized garments. Don't waste your money or your time with these people.

EDIT:

I finally received my order. About 9 months after it was placed. My point still stands that I wish these people would answer their emails and be more transparent. So many of the reviews here say they are a scam company and if I hadn't received my purchase, I'd still believe that. While I don't think they are necessarily scamming people, I do think that they have a serious communication problem and should be more up-front with their customers especially when there are concerns raised about their orders. I at least got my stuff in the end, but this is the last time I buy anything from here.
