I bought snow boots-excellent quality

I bought snow boots and examined the stitching. But I went to a store with snow boots and tried them on. They run larger than my usual 40 but very good quality, heavy chunky heels and insulated and padded. Definjtely worth the money, but I needed to buy in store not online.

Very bad experience - No customer support!

Hi, I have ordered my item during the black friday window on the 30/11/2025 and today the 10/12/2025 I still haven't received my order .

I appreciate it has been a busy period over the black friday period but it's been 10 days now with no updates until yesterday.

I have been charged 4.90£ for shipping (showing in the invoice) when it should have been free for order above 50£.

I have also tried to contact you several times since the 01/12/2025 filling the online form but I didnt get any response yet.

On my previous contact attempt I also explained that I subscribed to your newsletter but I just realised there was the option of getting the 10% discount straight after I placed my order for the black friday - once I got the discount code the email said it expires on the 31/12/2025.

Considering I have made a big order of £ 134 and not able to do another one in a very short period of time, I did ask (as a genuine oversight on my part) if you could still apply the discount and refund the 10%. I have had this issue with another merchant and they were happy to honour it. The discount code is:
TOMMY-OB (cant include the full one as someone else could use it but I got it if you need it).

The email I got with the 10% discount code it also stated that with black friday I could have also gotten an extra 10% if spending more than 45£ with the code EXTRA10 Which I was not aware of.

Please as my order was placed during the black friday window could you also apply that code I was entitled to as spent more than 45£?

Please could you also refund the shipping charges?

Trusting you will try your best to honor my requests considering my first online shopping experience with you hasnt not been the greatest and very disappointing (taking almost 2 weeks), locking forward to hearing from you soon,

Terrible company

Terrible company , don't ever use them again. No updates whatsoever, parcel still has not arrived and it has been more than a week!!! Outrageous!!! Contacted them and can't even cancel the order even when it's not shipped

I ordered a pair of shoes from Tommy…

I ordered a pair of shoes from Tommy Hilfiger (order number 31072405926) on November 25th. I waited over a week for the delivery. I contacted the store, but they completely ignored me. The shoes finally arrived after more than a week, but they were not the ones I ordered — they sent me someone else’s order. I wrote to them again, and once again received no response at all. Terrible company with zero respect for customers. I do not recommend them.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a jacket several days ago, only to receive an email at 11 PM informing me that my order was being refunded because the item was “no longer available.” For a brand like Tommy Hilfiger, I expected accurate stock information and professional communication—not a last-minute cancellation days later.

What makes it even worse is that during Black Friday I had plenty of options from other brands and websites, but I chose this one because I trusted the brand. Now I’m left without the jacket and without the chance to benefit from the discounts that were available at the time.

Customer service has been terrible: simply refunding the order after several days is not acceptable. They made no effort to locate the same jacket from another store or warehouse, and didn’t offer a fair replacement. Just an automatic refund and no real support.

This experience has shown a complete lack of reliability and care for customers. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Parcels have gone missing

Parcels have gone missing, emailed several times and when they did reply, I was told to contact the Royal mail which was an absolute nightmare, then told to download and print a form a photograph of my signature, I don’t own a printer so how do I do it? their telephone number is abroad and I cannot ring it because of my basic Phone contract. And now I’m unable to log into their website.

No more Tommy Hilfiger

I placed an order over a week ago, and it has still not been dispatched. We relied on this order for Christmas presents and the delay has caused us significant issues.
Given this experience, I will not be purchasing from Tommy Hilfiger again.

Bought leather shoes for the winter for 180e, the quality is something I could have found for 50e (cracking after being worn for less than a day). Customer service offered 20% off, then ignored my emails and said they're closing the file due to lack of response from my side.

Awful quality Jeans.

Premium denim quality has plummeted in the last decade. My once-favourite Scantons are a shadow of their former selves.
​I purchased an Austin slim and a Scanton slim 15 months ago, and both have completely failed: frayed knees, holes, and a massive tear across the seat. I'm 6ft/14st and don't put them through much.
​The fact that these cost over £100 per pair is an absolute scandal when they have the lifespan of cheap fast-fashion. Meanwhile, two pairs of my six-year-old Levi's are still structurally perfect.
£100+ for 15 months of wear is unacceptable.

I am disappointed by the quality to…

I am disappointed by the quality to price ratio of their jackets, and the jacket I ordered looked different in their site than what it actually looked like in person but I can admit I am amused by how nice and quick their refunding process/spokesperson was. They deposited the money back, the next day that they received the jacket.
Excellent logistics, bad quality for their price products. I honestly thought that the 250$ jacket I got would cost just 40$ if it was from a smaller brand.

I visited the Tommy Hilfiger showroom at Treasure Island Mall (TI Mall) Indore (M.P.) today for shopping, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The behavior of the sales staff was shockingly rude, and their unprofessional attitude made it impossible to continue shopping there. Instead of assisting customers politely, they spoke in a harsh and disrespectful manner, which completely ruined the shopping experience. Because of this unpleasant interaction, we left the store and purchased our items from another place. A reputed brand like Tommy Hilfiger should immediately replace such staff who do not even know how to speak courteously to customers.

Incident in the Alaman Outlet store, Vaud, Switzerland:
Meanwhile Tommy Hilfiger did its best to leave the russian market in 2023, their staff in Vaud, Switzerland damage the brand reputation and image by supporting the russki mir.
Yesterday I went to do shopping there and the shop assistant looked at my Eastern European facial features and asked me if I speak Russian. The TH staff is unethical and have a huge educational and moral problem when they decide that it is ok to ask customers if they speak russian. I didn't know there are such huge fans of the russki mir atrocities working at your stores, to the point that they feel entitled to ask us, Eastern Europeans, if we speak the language of the empire that commited and continues to commit atrocities and crimes against humanity on our lands. I didn't know that russki fascism is in vogue at this Tommy Hilfiger store in Alaman. What if I were Ukrainian? Would that feel ok with the moral compas of your Brand to ask clients identity questions based on their racial features? Do you find it ok to ask people with Eastern European features if they speak russian? Do we have to? As a client of the shop with my email in your database, my name and surname don't even have Anything to do with the Slavic ancestry. It's a pure association with russian imperialist entitlement. What a shame on you, Tommy Hilfiger to have such an immoral, analphabet and lacking awareness staff. You should investigate this. My country, my family and me personally, have suffered enough due to russki mir imperialism. The Mademoiselle at the counter has no idea what it feels like for us to be identified with Russians. It is an insult.

Case no 03548768 I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by Nisha. It is clear that emails are not being read carefully, and there is little consideration for customer concerns or emotions.

I gifted this watch to my wife on our 11th wedding anniversary, yet the machine stopped working in less than two years. When I raised the complaint, I was told to send the watch at my own expense, only to be given a repair estimate afterward. This is highly unacceptable.

Despite already explaining the situation, I was forced to repeat the same issue twice over email, which shows a lack of attentiveness and accountability from your team.

For a brand of your reputation, both the product quality and the way this case has been handled are very disappointing. I strongly urge you to review the matter and take proper responsibility.

Enormous prices for this quality

I had high hopes for the Tommy Hilfiger Water Repellent Square Down Parka, but it turned out to be more style than substance.

While the design is sleek and modern, and it does offer some warmth, the 400 Euro.

I really thought it's something unique and cool like Stone Island, for example. But so much money for a casual parka - never more.

It's quite good, really. I was wearing it during the last winter. But nothing surprising and too expensive
