Still a firm favourite!

This is one of my favourite stores so I do order fairly regularly. Whilst their sizing can be inconsistent, they do offer free returns which is very straightforward with a sticky label provided with your parcel. A big plus considering most online stores charge for returns. Whilst sizing can be an issue, you tend to know what sizes fit best in the various items the more you shop there. Their sales are really good but I think their original prices are now way too high, especially in comparison to shopping in their Florida stores. For this reason I have stopped buying many full price items online and wait for the sales or my next trip to the US! Good quality and classy clothes nevertheless, will always be a favourite to kit out the whole family.

Surprisingly worst customer service ever !

Absolute robot shocker here , absolute none conversation with these people ! For a global brand like they are its beyond a joke ! Cant return a single item even tho return label was requested within weeks of purchase ! Proof of conversations provided but ignored ! Just lost a loyal customer of 10 years 👏 over £200 item , wouldnt exchange for smaller size either

Caca Brand the worst

Worst customer service I’ve ever had the online store has no way of communicating with anybody and I was trying to start a return. Zip. I do not recommend this brand.

Sole failure due to lack of stitching?

Bought some shoes which I wore for maybe six months but only occasionally, before the bonded sole started to unpeel. I don't know how they thought the shoe would deform without unpeeling - there's no stitching around the sole.
Changed a very low score to a moderate one because maybe I had a little flood water - even though I thought I stayed dry that day, maybe the shoe was affected.
Honestly seems like a design flaw though, not having stitching at a point of failure.

My mom ordered a jacket in January…

My mom ordered a jacket in January 2025. She never received the jacket. We have been calling them for the last 3 months to ask them for a refund. They kept saying money has been refunded but we still have not received it.
Worst customer service ever! Never buy here again.

What a shame I can't leave 0 stars

What a shame I can't leave 0 stars, worst company I have ever bought from. Have told me lies from the day I ordered a very expensive pair of sunglasses at £155. Ordered on 14th April and they still haven't left Holland. I emailed about it and one of their customer service people basically called me a liar and said they had been delivered to me, so I asked for proof from Parcelforce who told me they hadn't even reached their system in the UK yet. I am now £155 out and have no option but to contact my bank to try and get my money back.

AVOID AT ALL COST. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Ordered a set of swim shorts for a cruise that we go on tomorrow. They were supposed to be here Thursday but as of today. They are still not here.

My wife contacted Tommy Hilfigure and they said that the parcel needs to clear customs and might be delivered Monday.

We ordered a week ago, this is not good enough. Avoid ordering if you need an item for a certain date.

Poor service
Poor customer service too!!!

Just received the 3 colour puffer…

Just received the 3 colour puffer jacket and I don't know what's happened to the sizing. Marked as 2xl, which is the size I always order for my Tommy puffer jackets and gillets. This arrives and it's massive on me, must be at least 3xl but probably 4xl!!!! Absolute joke after waiting so long for it to arrive!!!! Never ordering another thing off them!!!!

Horrendous quality for the price

Horrendous quality for the price. I've washed 3 t-shirts ONCE...totally shrunk and mishaped...even on a 20 degree wash. You may as well buy tshirts for 5 quid, they'll last longer.

Irresponsible and bad after sale service

Tommy hilfiger is one of the wrose online platform i ever used. I bought 2 pants blue and green. They send me only one and green was missing. I contacted but they every time repeated warehouse send the item and no one ready to help. They are bad and their customers service are very irresponsible and poor. I never ever buy Tommy products again. Their after sale service is very very bad.

Kailin customers service was very discriminate because of her I lost nearly $100. Shame on you!

Avoid!

Avoid!! My parcel was delivered to the wrong address which Royal Mail confirmed and I had photo evidence. Tommy Hilfiger said that it had been delivered and they had evidence which they were not prepared to provide. Their email system was not allowing attachments to be received which was confirmed by one of the customer service team I spoke to. Royal Mail managed to retrieve the parcel and deliver it to me. However it had been opened and an item was missing. Tommy Hilfiger was not interested and continued along their line of they wont help! I’m now having to pick it up with PayPal in the hope they will be able to help. I have shopped with TH for years and years sadly this will be the last time.

Poor quality

I bought a pair of Leather Mixed Texture Cleat Biker Boots around the 25th of November 2024, and honestly, I’m really disappointed with them. I’ve only worn them a couple of times, maybe 2-3, and for the price of £180, the quality is just terrible. You’d think that after spending so much, you’d get something decent, but no, that’s not the case. The interior is already starting to rip after just a few wears, which is completely unacceptable for a brand like this. I expected better, and it’s frustrating to see such poor craftsmanship.

Delivery Times & refunds

Purchased a Christmas Present delivery quoted 3- 6 days. No assistance when calling prior to Christmas with delivery or helping to track. Had to go to shop to purchase a replacement. Finally arrived 27th December, too late. Returned 30.12.2024 for refund, checked tracker delivered 9.01.25. When I called 17.01.25 was told not received, gave ACS tracking no, said would get a call back. Called again 20.01.25 confirmed was received 17th & refund would take another 15 days or more. Awful customer service, totally uninterested in helping. Way too long to process refunds.

A happy customer

Living in Greece I regularly order from gr.tommy.com and I am more than satisfied with both quality and service. My orders are processed immediately and are delivered within 2 days. The packaging is impeccable. The returns policy is very easy and free of charge. The purchase price is refunded as soon as they have received the returned article, usually 2-3 days.

Make you feel like your telling lies and will not refund you nbor help you had to ask CAPITAL ONE TO REFUND ME

Placed an order on Christmas eve for sale item trousers and a jumper 2 seperate orders as above. 03/01/25 Delivery company left both parcels in a wheelie bin as a safe place !That bin was emptied that day !Contacted TOMMY hillfiger @13:57 pm on the 6th/01/2025 by 4pm they contacted me by email with the following case id of 04143280 stating delivery was made to me and that they would not do anything to help me at all ! They then sent me an email asking how the resolution team scored honestly ! I contacted my credit card company on the 7th/01/2025 within 48 hours they had fully refunded me for both orders of £77:00 and £54:00 This has to be one of the very worst customer service from a huge brand readong some of the other reviews makes me feel upset for those people leaving the reviews :(

Delivery took ages which is the only bad thing but brought a coat cause they had a sale and I’m just glad it’s true to size and the same as shown online and is still the same length as shown on the picture cause the model was 5’9 and I’m 5’2. Overall worth the money

Missing Parcel

I recently ordered a coat which Royal Mail helpfully left on my doorstep in full view - needless to say someone helped themselves- I eventually received a refund from Tommy but not before signing a legal statement saying I never received it with all kinds of threatening wording - never heard of this. Clearly a mistake by Royal Mail who were given a designated safe place and not a fault of Tommy. Have reordered another coat albeit a different colour - hood totally useless as too big - now wondering if I should keep it given comments on quality!! No real problems with customer service as received a refund relatively promptly after an "investigation!"

Ordered a jumper which was very…

Ordered a jumper which was very expensive. It came with a watermark. It wasn’t that noticeable however it was there. I chatted to the online help who said they couldn’t see the mark. I said well it’s there. I didn’t bother returning as the most refund would be 20% They kept emailing me to say they’d not received my response. I sent it many times. Awful customer services Not the quality I was expecting for the price. Will not buy online again. As previous reviews have said their service is terrible.
