I will no longer buy Tommy Hilfiger products as the quality has declined significantly
I have been buying Tommy Hilfiger t-shirts for may years (over a decade) because the quality was very good and they didn't shrink - maybe a tiny bit but that was it. This year I bought my annual supply and after washing realized that they shrink about 3 inches. I was able to compare a new one that had been washed with one that hadn't been worn or washed yet. I then compared it with the ones I purchased last year and those ones had barely shrunk. I noticed that the old ones were made in Vietnam and the new ones are made in India. When I contacted Tommy Hilfiger their response was that they don't do anything about shrinkage but they offered me a 20% discount - seriously, why would I buy anything more from them? So I responded and then they came back offering me a $15 coupon but only if I am a resident of the US which I am not. In any event they do not seem to care that their product quality is no longer something I am willing to pay anything for. In addition, I had noticed that the neckline had expanded and was banded by fabric instead of proper edging material.

I’ve never experienced such poor customer service from a major brand like Tommy Hilfiger. I placed an order six months ago, never received the items, and have been fighting to get a refund ever since. Despite numerous promises from their customer service team, including countless emails saying I should “wait a few more days,” I’m still out of pocket and have received nothing in return.
Every time I ask for contact information for a manager or for a real solution, I’m ignored. It’s clear that Tommy Hilfiger’s customer service team is either unwilling or unable to resolve issues, and they seem content to string their customers along with empty promises.

I purchased 2 pair of the Imiera ankle boots in 2021, one pair in black and one pair in cognac, I wear them often. As of 24 Sept 2024 the black pair has still held up from routine polishing with shoe cream. The cognac, also kept routinely polished are cracked on the top which I'm not happy with. I'll consider buying a different brand in the future to replace the cognac.

I rarely write reviews, especially for clothing, but I feel compelled to share my disappointment with Tommy Hilfiger jeans. I’ve loved the feel and look of these jeans for years, so I kept buying them. However, this year alone, I've had three pairs—each costing over £60—tear within three months. LATE delivery, POOR quality products and very HIGH prices for what they offer, which is basically one disappointment after the other... Bag came scratched. I followed their size guide to a T every time and clothes were either FAR too big or FAR too small. For a brand that charges over £100 for a blouse, the stitch work on it is TERRIBLE. It is such a shame for a company that is supposed to sell a high quality products for a big price to actually sell us low quality products that fall apart after 2 months of wearing. If they don't take this problem seriously, they are jeopardizing their company's reputation and losing their customers. Tommy Hilfiger NO longer use 100% combed cotton. I just bought their sleepwear, white T-shirts and they looked and felt warm or has polyester blend on it, its static to touch. It does feel very Uncomfortable and does not absorb sweat like it used to or felt cooler to the touch on the skin . They brand their cotton now as Regenerative or Transitional or man-made cellulosics. and they're pretty costly .. It does NOT present a good brand value to your money no more !!

Delivery systems malfunctioning
I put in an order that was not delivered for weeks and when I called them they said it had been delivered back to them and they could not explain why. They could not help me reorder over the phone so I had to put the order in a second time. The same thing happened again !!! It’s to do with their system and how they allocate to usps or something…the advisor could not really explain it …I waited a while as they split the delivery into two package/ - one was sent back and the other sat with usps for over 10 days. I was so fed up I called to just get everything refunded- I didn’t even care about losing my $30 gift card at this point and the advisor was like he can’t process a refund as it hasn’t been delivered !!! It was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days and it’s been 10! Something is malfunctioning with their delivery system / processes. It really should not be soooooo difficult to order some socks and underwear ! I will stick with Calvin Klein going forward !

Placed an order #6101329629 for 4 items and stock was available. Got an email saying my order had been shipped with the tracking number.
