Scammers!!

Scammers!!! They issued a gift card, after a year, I found out that my balance is 0 without using the card. I called customer service and they said the store had deducted the money because the cashier made a mistake! Never seen such a thing!!!

I had an a horrible customer service…

I had an a horrible customer service today at the store and I am very not happy about that and going g tomorrow to talk to our family lawyer to discuss what I am going to do next to meet those people who work there at the store at the court house! no one has ever humiliated me so much in a store, when I came to shop at my favorite store and the store clerks laughed at me and my children, and I won’t just leave it like that!

Verbal Assault at Tommy Hilfiger, Saint Dorothee Laval

I visited the Sainte Dorothee, Laval store with my daughter, approximately 11 am on Sunday, March 17th. I was shopping for a birthday gift for my husband. We have shopped at this location many times in the past with no issue and great customer service. I had selected several items for purchase and was looking for more when I approached the weekend supervisor, not exactly sure of her name, and asked her if she could keep them at the cash for me. She said that they don’t do that at this store and threw one of Tommy’s blue bags at me and said I could use that to hold my items. I was taken aback, I could not believe her tone and the way she tossed the bag towards me. The worst part is she wouldn’t let me explain. I could not get a word in. She kept cutting me off and raising her voice. I am a senior citizen and was trying to tell her that the items were heavy and it would be difficult to hold them. My daughter clarified that we did not want to try them on, nor put them on hold, we wanted to purchase them, but we were looking for other items to add on.

She continued talking over us and getting more aggressive. She was unbelievably confrontational. There was no reason for her to act like this irregardless if she was already having a bad day. I put the items on the counter as I was trying to explain and before she would let me finish she said in a nasty tone, that if put them on the counter she would put them back on the shelf. She proceeded to grab the items aggressively off the counter and began to walk away with them causing a big scene.

This was very disturbing and disgusting behaviour and should have never happened. The two other associates at the cash along with myself and the other clients in the store were looking at her in shock.

I have many years of customer service experience and am well aware that it is usually the other way around, where the client is causing the scene. This was not the case.

At this point I was very upset and raised my voice a little and said that this was not the way that customers should be treated. Instead of de-escalating the situation, she proceeded to yell at me, saying that she didn’t “f—-ing” need to take this.

An associate swearing at the client for any reason is verbal assault and is unacceptable behaviour. I was and still am shocked and saddened at the events that transpired.

The weekend supervisor did the exact opposite of what a good brand ambassador of the company should do.

The first rule of customer service is to listen to the client, and let them speak. Your job as an associate is to listen to understand, empathize and find a solution. If there is something that is out of the associates control that is understandable, but the delivery is important. You offer an explanation, and offer to help the client as best you can. None of that happened.

We then left behind the items worth hundreds of dollars, and proceeded to leave the store.

They use to have classic fit jeans was buying for years then was regular first now its all skinny straight or slim they suck now after years of loyalty I have to find something else that fits good tommy hilfiger only make jeans like there's only one preference now

bad customer service and poor product…

bad customer service and poor product control. bought 2 pants size 34/32 and 34/34 but one is very small around the waist, but they are both 2 are 34 around the waist.
they tell me they can't do anything as it is damage from use. they are brand new with the tags on. one pair is marked wrong, there is not a 34 as it says

Do NOT order from this company under any circumstances

Order shipping from the Netherlands to the carriers depot (Parcelforce) 20miles from my house, Parcelforce now claim there is no delivery address? Tommy Hilfiger tell me they’ve opened an investigation which will take 6 working days after the 4 working day wait I’ve already suffered.

Utter shambles of a company & delivery partner, wish I’d have read the reviews. Will be doing a section 75 chargeback to get my money refunded.

Men's long sleeve shirt labeled as "no…

Men's long sleeve shirt labeled as "no Iron". Hang it up right out of the dryer and it looks like its been slept in for a couple of days. Ironing is more difficult than other shirts. The Mrs. has threatened to throw it in the trash and has forbade me to buy another one.
Tommy once had quality products, but no more. Material and labor are out sourced around the world.

Absolutely shocking customer service…

Absolutely shocking customer service and quality of product. Bought my son some wellies from a third party store (TK Max) even though a lot cheaper than purchased directly from Tommy Hilfiger, compared to the price of your standard children’s wellies they were still very much on the pricey side. Not even 3 months later with very little wear they are completely worn away. Since I was under the impression this was a brand problem instead of the place purchased I contact Tommy Hilfiger customer services and initially was dealt with very well. They explained that it would be best to go back to point of purchase but if I was unhappy with the resolution get back to them for further assistance. TK Max were no use unless I traveled to the store which would cost more than the wellies were worth to do so as my closest is an hour away. After trying to respond the the email it was no longer delivering so I contacted the Facebook messenger for help where I was just shut down straight away and told my claim was rejected and the decision was final.

If you cannot take accountability for your poor quality products don’t bother selling them!

It's terrible!!!!!!!!

It's terrible. I made a purchase in December 2023, and we're already in February 2024. I haven't received the purchase, and they haven't refunded me yet, claiming they need feedback from the carrier. I don't care about what happened with the carrier they hired. What matters to me is: I bought it, they know the merchandise isn't with me, and they won't return my money. Their contact team is simply the worst I've ever had to deal with.

Shocking customer services

Shocking customer services. The return services process from Ireland is simply broken. It requires booking of collection with DHL, but they don't give the right information, nothing works in the process. I am going in circles for over a week now and their customer service told me it is not their problem, and that I need to resolve it with DHL. SHOCKING!

Poorest customerservice ever !!!

I bought a pair of boots on Black Friday for a Christmas present, unfortunately the size was wrong, and I needed to change the boots for the correct size, this was only possible if I returned the boots and bought a new pair of the same boots in the correct size - FULL PRICE !!
I have now retuned the boots, and I did not buy a new pair, I will never support Tommy Hilfiger again. Furthermore I needed to wait 14 days after they received the return shipment before I got my money back !

Polo t-shirts bought couple of them in Premium outlet store but in the first time itself it was torn so worst quality. when i try to return the product they said it is expected. It was really surprised to hear from them.

Customer services team are rude and…

Customer services team are rude and obnoxious!
I placed an order on 21st December, 3 weeks later I've been fobbed off by customer service agents twice, the second 'Maria' was rude and obnoxious and cut off my chat before resolving my issue.
I can't get hold of Parcel Force and Tommy Hilfiger won't do anything about it. I just want my money back.

Stay away if you don’t want to have to throw away the clothes you buy from them after just 1 year

Completely unsustainable business model. I bought a down jacket and the zipper broke almost immediately. The way the jacket is designed makes it impossible to replace the zipper. Customer service gives you only 1 year to make a defective claim, and otherwise won’t help whatsoever. Disgusting way to treat the planet. Stay away if you don’t want to have to throw away the clothes you buy from them after just 1 year🤮
