mostly out of stock! inconvenient and disappointing - pls inform customers
I think I am the first to post on the right page. Looks like your other customers (reviewers) have posted on a jewellery shop in Germany named Hi-Life. Would be good if someone could sort this out!
Maybe it is the title Town and Country pet food that is misleading (even though the website is only hilife)

The quality is very good in general
HOWEVER, my cat (senior) only eats chicken and a few months ago I discovered this brand and changed my cat to the Senior chicken pouches. YOu all know that it takes a while to change your cat the food, you have to do it progressively.
I bought them in bulk for a few months then they were not available; not on the shop online, not in Amazon or any pet shops. It was inconvenient but I tried the fish, not really impressed with the quality of the "normal" tuna as it looks like a mix of innards really. Found the "perfection' range (even though it my cat prefers the senior pouches because for her age it is easier texture) bought them.
Again out of stock! can't find them anywhere.
The price was also good when you bought 32 or more pouches and now the only thing available is fish or cans (mix of chicken with other meats) that also disappears sometimes and when back comes to a price that is not reasonable.
I did make a petition on their website and got a message it is back but it was the fish one. My cat doesn't like the fish, it makes her sick. I think it is the tuna, and as most of the fish you have is tuna with something else..
What is happening? Is there an issue?
why is it always out of stock (I don't believe it is because it is so popular and sold out)
I think you should inform the clients
What is happening with chicken? why don't you do just chicken? why don't you continue with the senior collection (no fish)? and why not do fish without tuna?
So I had to switch to another brand! Pity but if you can't be consistent and inform your customers this is what happens... disappointed
