False advertisement you will get ripped off and bogus email websites

If it were possible to give negative stars I would give -5 to this company, it’s a total scam .. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS PLACE !!

bought smart watch FALSE advertisement says $50 - 80 to return. Wish some way to shut them down

Ordered a Christmas ornament from this scam site. Online the ornament looked 3 dimensional but when I received it, it was a cheap flat piece of laminated cardboard! I was scammed out of $29.99 for this, but at least they bothered to send me something, which I guess is better than nothing! A sporadic purchase i regret! Lesson learned!

Received Cub01 dog today, rubbish for what was paid for it, comple.bte scam. Company should be closed down , DISGUSTING

The biggest scam company ever!!!!
I purchased the very useless Coldeeez portable Cooling airconditioner that is the worst product I have ever purchased. The Coldeez is not an airconditioner it is a low grade fan.
Despite numerous emails advising the company of my dissatisfaction of their product the company still insists that I ship it back (at a cost of between $50 = $80) as the company's policy is for customers to return a product at their own expense. No wonder the company has this clause in its Terms & Conditions.
STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS BOGEY COMPANY AS ALL IT WANTS IS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
Definitely do not recommend.

What I thought I bought was a 3D sculpture type items and they would have been worth what I paid. What I got was a 2D acrylic items that are worth maybe a $1. This is a complete rip off and scam. Please beware of what you're getting before you purchase.

Purchased a Dog Bark Controller. Waited one month to receive it. After reading over the cartoonish instructions, I was informed that the device was only for dogs under 50 lbs. There is absolutely no mention of this in the add for the device. After contacting them by email I was advised that I could return the item at a cost of $50 to $80 or accept a refund of $8.00 for a device I paid $65 for. These people are scammers that take advantage of people with misleading advertising. They revert to offering you to return the item while making sure they tell you how expensive shipping will be and then offering you a fraction of what you paid as a refund. Run away from these ripoff artists as fast as you can!!

What a rip-off! I ordered hanging ornaments that were shown to be animated. They were supposed to be cute little toy-size woods animals nestled in an acorn
$20 each. What arrived was a silkscreen sticker image on both sides of plexiglass. Not animated. Nothing. Very cheap, tacky underhanded stealing of people's money. The worst side of capitalism! False advertising.

The heating elements broke within two hours. They never heated the fingers of glove. Basically 100% pure garbage. I can tell by their return policy that I will rec. Nothing back also.

The toy dog which I brought for my granddaughter was very disappointing both in it does not do what it says on the website advert and I could have got a better one on the high street would not advise buying look on the high street first and pay half of what I paid for this minute toy.

Had the unit 2 days now, and regret this purchase. It's from China, with poor support for returns. The unit, fully charged, lasts 10 min. The " advertised" therapuetic time is at least 20 min. If you have large legs, it will not fit. False advertising targeting those trying to avoid surgery. Shameful.

What I paid for is not what I got fake advertising

I fell for an ad next to my email for a squirrel in a shell Christmas tree ornament. In the ad, the squirrel is 3D and moves into cute poses. I bought it for $29.99, more fool me. Then read the reviews and looked at the hilipert site where the ornament was $19.99. I asked about a refund of at least $10 -- no go. The ornament took forever to arrive. In the meantime, I received email notices about it going through customs, etc. It arrived yesterday. It is a flat piece of 3-in. plastic with a picture on it of a squirrel in a shell. It's worth about 50 cents.
Beware, Hilipert is a total scam.

What an absolute scam - can't believe I fell for it. I bought a Froplay puppy and it came without any mechanism! No replies to complaint, will just have to write off the £45 I paid!

Scammers. I bought 2 x spinning orbs from these clowns and they are absolute garbage. $140 AU paid and one was destroyed during transit due to totally inadequate packaging. The other is a gumball machine trinket that would not amuse a bored cat.

I ordered an Advent calendar that was supposed to contain sea glass trees. It's cheap plastic. All the pieces fell to the bottom of the box so wouldn't even open. The description was completely misleading and I paid $54.98 for what is worth about $3 at the dollar store. If you order from this company BEWARE!

Nothing more than online scammers. They sent and charged for 2 pairs of glass that are absolute rubbish and as I only ordered 1 pair I decided to return them, I payed $27.50 to return them to an address they eventually supplied in France, the address was false!!! good by money good by $2 shop glasses.. silly me

Ordered a robotic puppy for Christmas. Billing went through under Acyril. Puppy is nothing as advertised. Both Acyril and Hilipert deal in clothing not electronics. Total scam. This purchase has been reported to my card company.
