I bought a pair of heated gloves that were supposed to be XL and they fit very small so I wanted to return them but they said it would be $80 to return them so they offered me $8 just to keep them so I told them to keep the $8 and I would give them free advertising.

Ordered item for XM present DEC. 7th. was told processing would take 1-3 biz days...Got the item Jan. 12th...(so much for XM)...was defective. Company wanted a pic. of item...THEN I was then told to ship it back to CHINA! This would cost more than the item is worth. THEY SUCK! DO NOT DO BIZ. WITH THIS COMPANY.

I ordered heated socks thinking it had re-chargeable batteries. My fault for not reading further. Charged $9.95 to get it from China but trying to return was $50 shipping. Absolute and complete scam. Offered $8 refund. VISA no help. Guess I will have to eat costs and try to get some use out of them. Please do not buy from this company.

Big load of crap we ordered what we thought was an air conditioner and got a very cheap small fan. And it lasts about 5 min if that save ya money ppl. If I could give a zero I would. And it’s ya can’t get anyone to get back to you if you do want to complain

Me to send it back but I have to pay postage. Why should I pay postage when they sent me the wrong item? Then they offered me $20 then $33 then they told me I ordered a fan not an air-conditioner. They kept sending me the same crappy Emails so I make a point of paying by PayPal so I opened a dispute. They still only wanted me to send it back and Me pay for postage then escalated my claim and they had nowhere to go and I got my refund. Do not ever buy from this bullshit place reading all the reviews. They never send the right item anyway. Good luck with everybody else and with patience you will get your money back.

One star only because I can't leave a 0. Pd 70.00 for a product which I never received, even tho "tracking" says it is in my town and available for pickup but gives no location. I believe this is a fraudulent company.

BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered the SheremArt Eternal Rose on Dec 12, 2024 for $49.99 US + $10.00 shipping as a Xmas gift for my wife. After numerous messages to Hilipert for tracking info I finally got tracking info on Dec 24th when the carrier sent it back to the shipper. I figured I was never going to get it. I ordered the identical item from Amazon for $21.00 (free shipping) and received it on Dec 29th. The one from Hilipert was reshipped with tracking info, and I received the item on Jan 6, 2025. If I had known that it would take 4 weeks to receive, I would not have ordered it in the first place. I told them that I no longer wanted it, and they said they would refund the original price but would not refund the shipping cost nor pay for the return shipping. I did not trust that they would refund my $49.00, so I told them to "go ***k themselves".

They claimed that it would keep the room at an even cool temperature and was whisper quiet. They had obviously paid fora a 9.5 Rating and a lot of fabulous reviews because this product is nothing but a very small (30cm or 1ft) very cheap very noisy piece of plastic. After complaining to the company and expecting a money back guarantee which they had promised in their product information, they were unwilling to pay the return shipping cost which was $80 AJD they expected me to pay that. After many failed attempts to get them to accept responsibility for falsely advertising the product and pay the shipping I have had to except the loss and put it down to the fact that I was SCAMMRD.

I ordered the Hilipert Johnny Rolling Grill Basket as a Christmas gift for my husband who grills. Advertized as being stainless steel. I washed it on the top rack of my dishwasher. The metal was obviously rusted when I took it out. I contacted the company for a refund Their reply was that I needed to ship it back to them BUT the expense of shipping it back to CHINA would not be feasible. Absolutely a piece of junk!

Ordered Coldeez cooling fans, just arrived, 3 noisy tower fans that are junk.
Lesson learnt.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I waited long after the promised shipping time, and the incorrect item was sent! They do not pay the shipping cost to return the item, which is over $50. This is not a legitimate company and rips you off. I was fooled.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, they are fraud, they sell item from China, items that do not work, you order from Hilipert, but they charge you under a different name, support is also under another company, they refuse to send you a prepaid label for returning the unworking item back to them, so you can get a refund, their items do not work, they are selling you garbage, BEWARE, do not purchase anything from them, they are a scam company from CHINA, if you buy from Hilipert, you just lost your money, STAY FAR AWAY

Too bad there is no minus 1 category. I ordered a neck massager from Hilipert, knowing there was a return policy in place(which was not specified) It shocked us when it was turned on, literally. I spent $70 and finally received an email back since there was no phone number and they said the return shipping was on me which would cost $50-60 and it would better for me to accept $8 from them. this is how they make money. Horrible products (that are pictured to look good) with a no detailed return policy. Not sure where I would have seen it was coming from china directly. Learned my lesson...if it isn't a US based company or amazon or paid with paypal, just don't order it. Just a thought...if there are enough people within a state or region that would want to go together on return shipping....they would not expect that and they say they will give a refund if you pay for shipping. Just a thought. There is still the time frame to deal with.

Terrible Product & Service
Product comes directly from China which the website doesn't really spell out. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Gave it to my 45 pound Goldendoodle and it was in pieces in less than 5 minutes. Don't waste your time with this company or website.

Heated vest was junk! I ordered a medium; they sent an XL and it was still too small! Was supposed to be a Christmas gift but arrived in January. Grant you, it got held up on Customs, but never said that in shipping updates until after it was delivered. I will not order from this company again. Buyer beware.

Absolute trash company!!!! It took me forever to receive my item now they will not respond so I can return it. Take your business elsewhere!!!

I would not suggest ordering from this company if you live anywhere other than China. The website does not say anything about the sizes being smaller than actual size, way smaller! The sizes for the clothing are made for Chinese, so the American sizes are way different. Ordered a large, received a 2XL and still too small. Also ordered a 2XL and received a 5XL, still too small. Company wants to give me $15 since it would cost too much to return to China, which return cost is on me. Would NOT recommend this company at all! Spend a bit more and buy a Milwaukee heated vest or jacket.

I ordered a Coldeez Cooling Ace aircon unit but received a cheap little tower fan, worth maybe $10. I contacted hilpert.com but received no reply. I've now done a search on hilpert and realise many others have had the same problems and that this company is a total rip-off - slick adverts, lies about the product and no possibility of return or refund. Stay away from this company. I note that there are a bunch of other ,similar products being advertised online at similar proces. Watch out!

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. We purchased “indestructible” dog toys. What a joke my dog had them in shreds in less than an hour. They said they were guaranteed. Offered me $8 I asked to return them for a full refund because after all they were guaranteed and they offered $15. What joke. Seriously do not buy anything from this company.
