Placed my order on September 26.
It is November 7th and I still have not received my item. They gave me 2 different tracking numbers and neither one of them are valid.
Tried to get a refund from PayPal, but no luck since they gave a tracking number even though it is not valid. Tried contacting both customers service and still no item, no refund and no satisfaction. DO NOT ORDER
No product review as it’s been over 8 weeks and I have yet to receive either of my 2 parcels. Very disappointed
The product arrived in a sturdy, well-secured box. No damage to note and everything was neatly organized inside. The packaging showed attention to detail and care. I appreciate the effort put into ensuring it arrived in perfect condition. Highly commendable!
