I totally forgot to give them a fabulous five. There gentlemen C.S rep. Exceeded all expectations. I love love love this place.
I had a meeting with students on Friday and Saturday at the Holiday Inn Long Beach Airport hotel. I worked out a master contract that accommodated for students not having a credit card for incidentals. The front office staff and day manager began asking my students for their credit cards...quite embarrassing for those students who did not have one. I finally had the manager look at the contract and allow the students to get a room. I checked in and gave the front desk my ID and credit card. He took them both and acted like he put them in the system, but apparently he did not. As I returned from Long Beach I have a text mail from my colleague that the hotel needed my CC for incidentals. Mind you that when I checked out I asked the front desk staff if they needed my cc, but they said no sir everything is fine. When I talk to the manager he acts like I never left a cc for the incidentals, like I was trying to stiff them. I gave them my card and proceeded to share that this was the worst customer service I have received as a frequent business traveler. Unbelievable.
