My family had nine rooms booked for a Hampton inn in Denison, Texas, and had a horrible experience. The shower cap popped off and hit me in the eye, my sister had no lock on her door for a day in a half, and my sister-in-law had no electricity in their room for a day. My nephew had freon leaking out the air condition in the room with his wife and son and numerous other problems. I reported to the management staff and was told I would be a comp for all our concerns with the final bill. It was a lie!!! I called customer service with Hilton honors and was assured it would be investigated, and I have the rooms comp, etc.; they did nothing, not even a callback. I would not recommend anyone use this Hampton inn are Hilton inn honors program; they flat out lie to you!! My family had a horrible experience, and customers service with this organization is useless, in my opinion. I am still fighting to get charges taken off my credit card from this sad experience in August 2021.

Hilton Honors program is a JOKE

Hilton Honors program is great if all you want to do is use your points for free stays. Try to take advantage of other Diamond level services and you'll get the run around, literally for weeks. I have been attempting to gift my elite status (one of the benefits as a Diamond member) for FOUR WEEKS. Each time I call the EXCLUSIVE Diamond service number I get the same sob story of "We have to snd you a link to do that" and I wait and wait for this mysterious email for days, weeks and it never materializes. I just called AGAIN and was told the ONLY way to do it is through this link that HILTON HONORS refuses to send. I complained again and was literally HUNG UP ON!!! I am moving my entire corporate account to Marriott TOMORROW and Hilton hotels will never get another dime of my companies money. I by myself have spent 125 nights in a Hilton property THIS YEAR and I have 10 other employees with as many or more nights. Never again, Hilton!

BOYCOTT HILTON

This is disgraceful. Hilton is licensing the constructing of a Hampton hotel on the site of a bulldozed mosque on China’s Uyghur region, where more than 1 MILLION MUSLIMS are being held in concentration camps. Hilton is SUPPORTING GENOCIDE and benefiting of the land of an oppressed people. This is a blunt act of corporate greed and complicity in the Uyghur genocide in the erasure of the Uyghur cultural, heritage and religion. This MUST stop. #Boycott Hilton

I would give ZERO stars

I would give ZERO stars ! Our experience was absolutely terrible. We stayed at the Hampton Inn in College Station, Texas for a baseball tournament. The beds were so bad (springs were coming through the mattress) we had to drive home to Dallas each night rather than stay at the hotel. We told the front desk, who said “we were just out of luck” he would not refund our money or give us another room. I decided I would then let corporate (Anuradha. L) case #101804884 know about our situation and give them a chance to make things right! They have given me the run around since the first of August. First they offered my 10,000 points (what a joke) and a refund of $96.00 dollars. Well then room for all those days was $400.00. I emailed back and basically said “are you kidding”? I could not even stay at your hotel for those 4 nights and you are offering my $96.00 and 10,000 points. First of all, 10,000 points does absolutely nothing! You need a ridiculous amount of points to earn a night. I am a teacher, I will never earn a night, and $96.00 is a slap in the face! I emailed the same person back and they said, fine, we will give you a free night at a Hampton Inn only but we are taking back the 96.00 and the points. I was astounded! This is a GREAT WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS! I have had enough with this company and the way they treat hard working people and the lack of care for the fact the hotel was not fit to stay in. I am going to spread the word about the way they treated me and maybe that will get the attention of someone that cares enough to make things right. I am truly appalled. NICE JOB HILTON! You lost this travel baseball parent, and I promise you when I post on all the travel ball sites, you will lose more! I put the case number in the review! Maybe someone with a heart will reach out!

Room complain

We stayed at one of your properties at Hilton Whistler. We booked two rooms 351 and 362 under the name Ravinder Kaur .
Our one room was great which is 351 , the other was just opposite to it. The room was not up to Hilton standards , was expecting more from such a Big Brand. Our jacuzzi was not working so as the AC. It was tripping after 5 minutes. Vending machines were other things which gave us a hard time dispensing and moreover no pops were there to be dispensed. They got to be refilled on regular basis.

The worst hotel I have stayed at in…

The worst hotel I have stayed at in Beechwood, OH with a dirty room, scum in the swimming pool, and nothing working properly in the suite The toilet did not flush, was repaired, and still did not work; the tub almost flooded when taking a shower. We had to turn off the water to let it go down the drain. Other things were not working in the room and we complained and did not receive any satisfaction. I left the hotel after a couple of hours and ended up at the Marriott for only 12000 points and it was clean and the staff was very customer-driven. I would not stay at an Embassy Suites anymore....Lousy facilities and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am trying to get my points back and they are giving me a hard time.

According to Hilton corporate customer…

According to Hilton corporate customer service, ALL guests are charged for incidental services, even though they haven't purchased or charged anything. After 2 weeks, 5 unanswered calls directly to the hotel, and 2 calls to Hilton corporate, they still have not returned the charges.
The bar prices weren't just excessive, the drinks were very watered (Double Tree Charlotte NC.)
I will not stay at a Hilton again.

Useless

Tried calling the Forest Pines hotel in Brigg to make a reservation but no-one could be bothered to answer, I just kept getting 'this service is currently unavailable' no matter which selection I tried.
After talking to the chat bot I was told to try option 0, which did get me through to reception but then I just got transferred to an asian sounding girl who couldn't understand my accent. We eventually got through to someone else who had never heard of Forest Pines hotel or even Brigg.
She took our details and apparently 'someone will contact us'.
Really. I'll not hold my breath.
I can however GUARANTEE that I'll never bother using a Hilton hotel again, anywhere.
If the hotel is as good as the service I've received so far then I'd probably be better off at the Taliban hotel in Kabul

Disappointing

Disappointing, with the world of hotel stay rebooting, Hilton had an opportunity to step up customer training and levels of service. As a Diamond member (lots of work travel before I retired) I booked my first stay in over a year and Hilton Manchester Deansgate, many staff not wearing masks (I know this is not mandatory but some of us continue to want that safety). Of the 3 lifts only one was working, impossible to socially distance (response from hotel - our lift contract does not cover the weekends). Being Diamond was upgraded before the stay on the app and checked into a upgraded room, at checkin the hotel downgraded the room as “we had a chance to sell the higher grade room” makes great business sense, but expectation setting is not good. Room was ok, clean, but this hotel is getting a little tired and the staff need a bit more training. The hotel is very very busy is not an excuse for showing stress to the guests. Great location, OK rooms at the lower level (small beds), looking a little tired and Hilton Deansgate needs to decide how they are going to make guests feel safe in a world where the pandemic is not yet finished. Cleaning rooms is great, but if you are on a high floor and only one lift, with some of the staff not wearing masks. My confidence is not high and I have cancelled my other bookings at this hotel.

We stayed at Hilton Dayton Beach…

We stayed at Hilton Dayton Beach Oceanfront Resort. It was AWFUL. The furniture in the room looks like it was purchased from a thrift store. The lamps were mismatched & rusty, the dresser was made into a tv stand, the couch sagged & and made noises if you sat on it. The bathroom was absolutely the worst. You literally have to squeeze between the toilet & the vanity in order to shut the door. It took over 15 minutes to even get Luke warm water to come out of the faucets/shower. The walls are so thin we literally had to ask the people (spoke through the wall) next to us to have sex more quietly. There is a 2 inch gap under all the doors, so you could hear everyone in the hallways, not to mention the light that shines through the door crack all night. Our tv kept freezing. We had to shut it off until it made a click noise then turn it back on. Then repeat the process every 15-20 minutes. The remote for the tv wasn’t the correct remote, so we didn’t have a guide and never knew what was on tv. Our bed did not have a fitted sheet on the mattress, it had a flat sheet that didn’t even fit the whole mattress. And there is no maid service so we were stuck trying to fix it every day.
Lastly, if you are going to order a mixed drink from the bars there…watch your bartender! I witnessed him NOT adding any liquor to 4 separate drinks.
I do NOT recommend this Hilton Ocean Front Resort.

We’re staying overnight at the Hilton…

We’re staying overnight at the Hilton Garden Inn in Albany, GA. When traveling from Cocoa Beach, FL to Callaway Gardens, GA, this is our go-to inn. The service is exceptional and the room service menu is delicious. I especially like the street tacos. Our last stay Ann was our server. So friendly and accommodating. I would give her 5 stars if you had a rating for servers. Robin is the chef and her street tacos were the best.

Room bill taken 3 times on arrival

We arrived at Hampton by Hilton Belfast for a 2 night stay booked online.
On arrival we were told to make the payment on my card as it had not been paid yet.
To my surprise when i checked my bank 3 full payments for the room had gone out and we were £274.00 out of pocket for the duration of our stay! This im told 4 days later is still being processed as a refund! This made for a very uncomfortable stay chasing our money back !

Hilton Slussen - Stockholm

Hilton Slussen - Stockholm
Hotel situated in city centre, metro station is just around the corner. However, the hotel itself is a bit outdated. There was also a lot of construction work going on around.
Plenty of restaurants and bars around the hotel for a quick bite or fancy dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Great for business travellers. There is everything that one needs; kettle, ironing board, hairdryer, etc. Rooms might be a bit small, but space is well utilised.

Car stolen from their parking lot! My husband and I stayed at the Hilton…

My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Doubletree in London Ontario Canada August 21 checked out August 23. Our experience was a nightmare we parked our car in the double tree parking lot and had it stolen the first night. Thankfully the police were involved and took our statements and were able to find the car and return it to us with things removed out of the car and certificates and set a set of keys were stolen as well. After the car was picked up we parked the car back in the parking lot and it wasn’t even there an hour and the window was smashed in with glass all over the car. The hotel area around the hotel was really sketchy and there were drug addicts and street people all over the place. We found it to be unsafe. The hotel management did not respond to my calls for a long time .They did look into the matter and handed over the footage of the car being stolen to the police thankfully. They offered my husband a free breakfast which was like a slap in the face for all of our troubles and concerns. The stress and the cost of repairs for damages made our stay at the Hilton doubletree a nightmare I won’t want to repeat. . I will never stay there again nor will I ever recommend it please don’t go, don’t take the risk it’s just not worth it!!!The room itself- taps were corroded and leaking very dated. There was mould all around the window frames I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will never stay there again. We’ve always enjoyed the Hilton hotel but after this we will never stay at a Hilton doubletree in London again thank you.

My partner and I stayed at the Hilton in Reading on Saturday 21st of August. We booked the Hilton because of its reputation. However, thay was the biggest mistake we have ever made. The room we were provided was disgusting! There was an awful smell and we have both arrived home covered with bug bites! My good Lady has submitted a complaint so I'll spare the details at this stage. Truly awful experience. 0/10

Have been a Hilton Honors member for over 20 years. When I started you points would fall off due to no activity but they would always restore them. Called to get points (188,610) restored, covid could not travel, in Aug 2021 and was told I could pay to but them back. Will be looking for a different hotel chain.
