I ordered an Italian branded product, and 8 weeks after delivery I have received a customs import tax bill for £18
This was never disclosed when I paid for the product. This is totally misleading and dishonest. The price advertised and pay should be the final price. DO NOT USE THIS WEB SITE IT IS NOT HONEST

Coffee table arrived broken. The glass top was in pieces. A refund was not offered unless we covered the cost of shipping the broken item from the UK to Turkey. We also had to pay import duties on the broken table and because a refund was not offered we have requested a replacement table and will have to pay import duty on that as well (it may arrive broken again!). The customer service is awful as well. Please avoid this company.

This is a SCAM website! never order. They will not process and will never get your refund back.

Ordered a suitcase from their website and paid extra for ‘Express delivery’ (website stated delivered next day if ordered in 12hrs) and no sign of it 17 days later! Also still waiting for a refund.
Helpline reply quickly, but it’s either complete nonsense or lies.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CLOWNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!

I ordered 12 laptop bags on the 9th of December, it is now the 12th of January, I have no bags and just keep getting told the courier has them. wast of time, do not use them. Give me my money back and close your worthless business down, do the internet a favor.

I purchased a headset on November 26 as a Christmas present. Delivery should have taken 4 days. Tracking number couldn't be found. After several emails and promises that the item has been shipped, I requested a cancellation of the order and a refund on December 21st because the headset didn't arrive. Refund also never arrived, only more excuses via email from hipeon. I contacted my lawyer and first steps have been initiated.

Still waiting on my goods for over 5 weeks now the tracking number given is invalid every email i send they keep telling me that the goods have being shipped.

Placed an order 12 days ago with a 3 - 5 days delivery. Still nothing. Tried contacting the company, 0800 is out of order and live chat is NOT a live chat but a messaging system. The only response I've had is the order status has been updated - still says "processing"!

I've now asked the order to be cancelled and will see how long they take to refuund!

Go elsewhere - avoid.

Item hasn't turned up. The response from Hipeon is that it is on its way. Avoid.

Still haven't received my order,almost a week.after I ordered it on 1-2 day Express delivery!

Not impressed my order was ment to come a week ago asked for a refund and and still nouthing I wouldn't buy from here as they will scam you for the money

Don't use this website, waited days for the item to be shipped after paying express delivery (1-2 day delivery) asked for a refund on the shipping as it arrived 6 days late which they agreed to.

5 days later no sign of a refund or the item, when the item eventually arrived it wasn't as advertised, thought we were buying a Ps4 with a controller and fifa 21 for £100 turns out it was just a controller and the game which is worth about £60 at most.

Wish I had paid the extra £20 and gone to a real website wasn't worth the waste of time being scammed. Messaged them to arrange a refund and suddenly no replies on anything. Looks like I'll have to contact the bank. Please don't chance using this website just pay the little bit extra.

Sending items back asap, shipping refund still not received

Fast shipping, nothing to complain about.

No sooner had I made the order it was cancelled due to being out of stock, so how can I rate an item I never received

Brilliant customer service Ordered 2 x Micro cards was sent 2 x normal cards Thought I had misordered and wrote asking for Microcards
Was told it was Hipeon's error not my geriatric confusion! Profuse apologies and replacement micro cards sent out that day Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Avoid
They offer next day delivery if you check out in a certain time (that's a lie)
Free postage when orders over £50 (also a lie)
Send an email with tracking info (also a lie)
Phone customer services on the number provided (doesn't work)

Bought an advent calendar on the 4th November 2020, chose standard delivery. As would be here in plenty of time. States it takes 1-3 days depending on location. We're in main land England so shouldn't even be a problem. I've tried to call.. the number doesn't work.. I've emailed.. no reply. When you look at the order it still says it is processing.. so they've not even shipped it yet!! Do not buy from them as it appears to be a scam site!! No actual contact details. 🤷
