Hiring and Onboarding

The company actually made the hiring and onboarding process fairly easy. The communication was good. When their were questions they got back to me reasonably quick.

My experience with HireArt has been…excellent

My experience with HireArt has been extemely positive. I have applied for similiar positions with other companies. Several times I either questioned their legtimacy or got to a certain point and then everything went silent. HireArt set clear expectations about the process and kept in touch with me at every step.

Negative application experience - Ghosting

They're a company that offer HR systems and solutions but don't even have a good candidate process or experience for their own job postings. I have applied 2 times and have not received any feedback, it just seems like the application is stuck and they just want to waste applicants time. Definetely don't recommend them and I now see why they have mostly 1 star reviews.

Hireart is a joke

I quit my job and stated that I wanted to cause fireworks , go off on management, when I left and they sent police to my house. Avoid these dipshits like the plague because I am no longer an employee, of MY OWN CHOOSING, and they still try to exert force on you.

These guys are very pleasant and…

These guys are very pleasant and convincing. The problem is (I'm Guessing) that they rely too much on AI and things get screwed up. The fourth time I dealt with them (last week), I was congratulated twice for succeeding to find a job with the client, Snorkel AI. "Look for a response in 1 to 3 days. Its been 7 days. No response to emails, Nothing. I apparently have a job, except I have no idea what it is, or when it starts. The third time I was hired by HireArt, I was told that the role was on indefinite hold. The second time I was Hired by HireArt and very quick told that they made a mistake and that they changed their mind. The very first time was last May when I was hired by HireArt to do a freelance project that lasted all of 2 weeks. HireArt excells in excuses, wasting time and onboarding procedures for jobs that may not exists. In Their defense, Most of these on line contractor positions, Telus International, Data Annotation, Global Logic, are just wasting people's time. They are making money somehow. If you want to make money apply at a grocery store. They'll actually pay more and don't waste time. The Telus jobs actually have the AUDACITY to offer $14 per hr.

HireArt is an extremely racist company

HireArt is an extremely racist company. On realizing that I am black, they outright canceled my verification and terminated all my contracts on their platform. I did several follow up emails without any responses as to why this happened. We are living the American dream indeed!

Pay dropped to half

HireArt published a job announcement in LinkedIn for a job that would pay 15$ per hour. I applied, and got accepted, but in the letter of acceptance the wages had somehow dropped to 8$, with no comment. Obviously, I didn't agree. Don't waste your time on such a scam of a company.

Don't waste your time here

Don't waste your time here, they treat you like absolute trash in the hiring process. Went through multiple interviews and passed all their meaningless checks (BA degree and GPA) and was told all was good and would receive a final technical interview in a few days. Completely ghosted me, including after reaching back out to see what was happening. No excuse.
