I am extremely disappointed with the way Somerset Bridge Insurance has handled my case. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand, as many customers seem to have had similar negative experiences.

I sincerely hope the government and the relevant regulatory authorities take notice of how customers are being treated. The way this matter has been managed has caused me significant financial and emotional distress.

I just hire a car from this company , and been trying to get in touch for 3 days and getting answer machine saying, " office is shut"
I just wonder what happens if I run into trouble, who do I call , but also for the money it has to be in the day without delay

These people are not providing good service if there car is on rent and paying them money then is ok for them if you tell them I want to return my car they respond you after 3 or 4 days.
I had pay them £500 deposit.when I hired the car from them.I had returned my car more then 3 week they are not replying my email and not giving back my deposit.I try to contact them by email lot of time.if any one facing same issues please contact me.I’m going for legal action.

unprofessional service from this company one guy who control over the office doesn't have a clue about private hire business behave like idiot or he think people are beggers unprofessional car hire no clear response whatsoever absolute idiot name is Muhammad or something he drowned this company is hell no one else is there to make complain to just this guy has control over the office disgusting

Good company to work with. Been 3 years with them now, had no issues. Definately recommend them.

I've been renting a vehicle from HireBrid for more than a year now, and highly recommend them as a business partner for any private hire driver in need of a vehicle.

I have nothing good or bad things to say about Hire Brid but averagely I am fine.

Hirebrid has given me what I was looking for in terms of renting a car.
They are considerate with their costing especially at this pandemic time, bearing in mind the number of passengers/riders has dropped due to the pandemic.
I have and will recommend anyone to rent a car from Hirebrid. They respond to issues instantly.

You need to keep your term and conditions clear.. Make sure you don't change them half-way. Your servicing of cars, you wait until the driver chase you over and over again, I am not impressed, I know there is covid19 issues but you left my car 7 months without service.
You respond well to email which is a good thing.
