I just want to say a big thank you to you all for enabling a smooth and enjoyable journey to and from Liverpool to Wales at the weekend. What a fabulous company . Comfortable travel that arrived on time. I especially want to thank Les our driver. He was cheerful and polite. Such a nice man and a great driver.
I will certainly recommend you and will most definitely use your company again. The communication with yourselves was perfect and I felt confident that good service would be provided. I can’t thank you enough. Thank you Marcus, Oliver, Brandon, Adam , Philip and excellent driver Les .

I booked a coach for my annual trip with HireGo. Spoke to a lovely gentleman called Anderson who was ready to meet our needs and ticked all the boxes that I was looking for. I didn't book straight away but when I called back Anderson, was really detailed in how he explained the terms and conditions which made me confident to book.

Rip-off. I hired a coach from Hire Go (Marcus)for a day trip to Bradford on 10/01/26 and was charged £1,250. For the exact same trip on another day just one week apart, I received quotes of less than half that amount from HS2 Coaches and Aziz Coaches. This pricing is completely unjustifiable. Please be cautious and compare quotes before booking — this felt like broad daylight robbery.

For your booking on 10/01/26, the price quoted reflected the availability and costs at the time of confirmation, including securing a suitable vehicle and driver for the full day. While it is possible that other operators quoted lower prices for a different date, this does not necessarily mean the original price was incorrect or “unjustifiable.” In this industry, prices of £900–£950 for a 24 seater may be achievable on certain days, but they are not consistently available, particularly when supply is tight.
We encourage our customers to compare quotes before booking, and we are transparent that prices are confirmed based on live availability at the time of reservation. Once a booking is confirmed, vehicles and drivers are allocated and costs are committed.

Abdul made our experience great! He is the kindest person and an absolute pleasure to ride with. He made sure we were comfortable and had water and snacks ready for us. He was quiet while we were resting and drove with confidence and care. We highly recommend him to anyone traveling! Marcus was an absolute pleasure to work with on setting it all up and when our flights got changed, they worked it out to make sure we were taken care of!
